이 논문은 지상의 청정에너지원의 대표적인 태양에너지를 이용하는 쏠라-셀 전원장치와 전자발광테이프 조명소재를 사용하여 동굴내의 특수 생태환경과 구조적 특징을 보호하고 자연환경 파괴를 최소화할 수 있는 독립적 청정에너지친환경전원 및 동굴조명 시스템의 기술적 타당성과 가능성을 비교, 검토하여 동굴환경에 적합한 적용방법을 제시하였다. In this paper, it was studied to investigate and apply the optimal method for well-management of cave with use of solar-cell power source and electro-luminescent tape of illuminating equipment of flat light - lamp for build up the pro-environmental management system of the long way cave on the mountain or the others.

Copper pillar tin bump (CPTB) was developed for high density chip interconnect technology. Copper pillar tin bumps that have $100{\mu}m$ pitch were introduced with fabrication process using a KM -1250 dry film photoresist (DFR), copper electroplating method and Sn electro-less plating method. Mechanical shear strength measurements were introduced to characterize the bonding process as a function of thermo-compression. Shear strength has maximum value with $330^{\circ}C$ and 500 N thenno-compression process. Through the simulation work, it was proved that when the copper pillar tin bump decreased in its size, it was largely affected by the copper oxidation.
양자교환 방식에 의한 방향성 결합기의 제작 및 특성연구

In this study, a directional coupler which is fabricated on X-cut LiNbO₃ substrate by using proton exchange method is described. It is found that the directional coupler waveguide varied widely with controlling diffusion process. On the other hand, the on-off state of modulator is performed by annealing process and self-aligned electrodes are used in fabricating the direction coupler. As a results, the direction coupler has good characteristics : the measured on-off switching voltage of about 2.7-3V.

We develope a high-speed optical range finder which can be used for surface irregularity measurements. For range measurement to an object, we use a triangulation principle where a LED and one dimensional PSD are used for a light source and an angle detector of the reflected light at an object, respectively. The implemented range finder is optimized for ∼30㎝ range measurements by designing appropriate transmitting and receiving optics. The experimental results show measurement errors within ±1.5㎜ at 20 ∼ 30㎝ of object ranges. The range finder has a very strong endurance against external optical noises or variations of object reflectance.
P-N-N Solar cell의 I-V 특정개선에 관한 연구

In this study, PN junction solar cell and ?? BSF solar cell, using N-type(1110 ?? [atoms/㎤] wafer, were fabricated applying that ion implant method whose dose are 1E14, 1E15, 3E15 and acceleration energy is 50 [Kev], 100 [Kev] respectively. The impurity concentration of two types of front-side are ?? [atoms/㎤] and back-side concentration for BSF solar cell is ?? [atoms/㎤]. As a result of comparison for 2 typical types of cells out of various fabricated samples, open circult voltage (Voc), short circuit current (Isc) of BSF solar cell are larger than those of PN solar cell by 48[%], 14[%]. Considering that the efficiency of BSF cell is 2.5[%] as well as PN solar cell's is 7.5[%], 10.0[%] of efficiency improvement effect can be obtained from BSF solar cell. Futhermore, in consequence of front-side impurity concentration change from ?? [atoms/㎤] to ?? [atoms/㎤] alternately, the most ideal result an be expected when it is ?? [atoms/㎤].

The superconducting thin films have ben deposited on the SiOx substrate by R.F magnetron sputtering using YBa₂Cu₃Ox single target. The thickness of films was 1000-2000Å with a rate of 20-25Å/min and superconducting properties were studied of thin films depend on the compositions. We have studied the superconducting thin films obtained under the various conditions in this sputtering method of fabrication and aiso analyzed SEM photograph and X-ray diffraction patterns of calcination powder to target and the thin films have an influence in addition. We could measure the annealing condition and the electric properties of superconducting thin films owing to substrate about 50K.

We performed theoretical simulation for directional coupler using BPM program. Simulation results showed that the optimum optical waveguide width and the gap between the guides were 4μm. Using the parametes of n₁=2.25, n₂=2.25, n₃=2.2, gap=4μm, W=30μm, Z=0.1μm, λ=1.5m, we decided other design parametes. Proton exchange of proton diffusion method was applized to pattern a waveguide on a LiNbO₃ substrate.

In this experiment, Al_2O_3 thick films were prepared by electrophoretic method using Al_2O_3 fine powder of which compositions were FA-5-500 and FA-5-900. As a result of measurement for Al_2O_3 thick film characteristics due to applied voltage and deposition time, deposited films which was prepared with 65 volts of applied voltage and 2 seconds of deposition time exhibited superior than others.
