This paper introduces a gate drive IC for power modules with shoot-through immunity. A new approach uses a bootstrap diode as a high-side voltage bias and a level shift function at the same time. Therefore, the gate drive circuit becomes a simple and low-cost without conventional level shift functions such as HVIC(High-Voltage IC), optocoupler and transformer. The proposed gate drive IC is designed and fabricated using the Dongbu-Hitek's 0.35um BD350BA process. It has been tested and verified with IGBT modules.

최근 아시아의 물류산업은 중국경제의 급부상과 함께 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있으며, 전 세계적으로 물동량이 계속적으로 증가하고 있는 상황에서 물류비용 절감을 위하여 다양한 연구가 활발히 수행중이다. 근해운송시스템은 연안해운을 중심으로 두 가지 이상의 수송연계 수단을 효율적으로 이용하여, 국제간 고부가 가치 물류 시스템을 창출하는 시스템으로써 유럽에서 상당한 성과를 올리고 있다. 따라서 우리나라에 알맞은 근해운송시스템을 도입하기 위해서는 효율적인 선박, 항만, 컨테이너 하역 및 운송 장비, 터미널 운영 및 관리시스템 기술, 화물 정보 추적 및 통신 분야의 요소 기술 개발이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 현 단계의 요소기술 현황을 살펴보고, 앞으로 나아가야 할 공학적 기술에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. Recently, the logistics industry in Asia is growing rapidly mostly with Chinese economic development. A variety of studies have been carried out to reduce the logistic cost under the situation that the global freight traffic continues to increasing. The Short Sea Shipping(SSS) system, a multi modal transport system centered around coastal shipping to realize high value-added logistics, achieved considerable success in EU. To implement the SSS system in Korea, it is necessary to develop the various essential technologies related to development of efficient ships and port facilities, including equipment for loading and unloading containers, operating and managing systems for freight terminals and technologies for tracking and securing containers. The present paper focuses on the survey of the current essential technologies available for implementation of the SSS system and suggests the direction of future development in the technologies.

The conventional flat plate systems were designed and built to resist gravity loads only. Because, the conventional flat plate system was designed and built to resist gravity loads only, the slab-column connections this system may not be appropriate to sustain deformation reversals during an earthquake of moderate intensity. This paper presents an analytical approach to evaluation the vulnerability of reinforced concrete flat plate structures subjected to earthquake load. Nonlinear dynamic analysis and reliability evaluation were studied for three type of buildings, 5, 10, and 15 story heights with flat plate structural system. And, a model was developed to predict punching shear failures at interior slab-column connections based on experimental results. Based on the reliability analysis, the probability of failure of existing flat-plate system are presented for different soil conditions and peak ground acceleration varying from 0.05g to 0.3g. The reliability index for typical 5, 10 and 15 story with flat plate structural system was evaluated by the Monte Carlo simulation (MCS). Under seismic loading, the probability of punching failure increased with increasing expected peak ground acceleration and the number of stories in the building. Also, the local soil conditions have a significant effect on the probability of punching failure. Conclusively, the conventional building structures that were designed with flat plate slab system to resist gravity load only, slab-column connections of these building have showed punching failure in this study. So, it is needed to appropriate reinforcing detail to sustain deformation reversals during an earthquake of moderate intensity.

The increased use of raised floor closely followed the change of technology from analog to digital equipment in the telecommunication and other industries. Raised floors are also found in control rooms in electric power water gas, and transportation facilities, and in banks and insurance companies. The rapid expansion of Internet servoce accelerated the use of raised floors. This paper will discuss issues related to the seismic performance evaluation methods of raised floors for equipment used in telecommunication facilities, electric power facilities, emergency services, and other applications.

Stabilizer fins are installed on each side of a ship to control its roll motion. The most common stabilizer fin is a rolling control system that uses the lift force on the fin surface. If the angle of attack of a stabilizer fin is zero or the speed is zero, it cannot control the roll motion. The Coanda effect is well known to generate lift force in marine field. The performance of stabilizer fin that applies the Coanda effect has been verified by model tests and numerical simulations. It was found that a stabilizer fin that applied the Coanda effect at Cj = 0.085 and a zero angle of attack exactly coincided with that of the original fin at α = 26°. In addition, the power needed to generate the Coanda effect was not high compared to the motor power of the original stabilizer fin.
태권도 품새 수련이 초등학생의 자세 안정성및 기능성 운동 수행능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 초등학생 60명을 대상으로 태권도 품새 수련그룹(EG/30)과 태권도 일반 수련그룹(CG/30명)으로 나누어 태권도 품새 수련이 자세안정성 및 기능성운동수 행능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 수행된 연구이다. 태권도 품새 수련 후 자세안정성의 변화는 태권도 품새 운동 그룹에서 앞쪽 , 앞안쪽, 안쪽, 뒤 안쪽, 뒤쪽, 뒤 바깥쪽, 바깥쪽, 앞 바깥쪽에서 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였으며, 태권도 일반 운동 그룹은 뒤쪽, 뒤 안쪽에서 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 또한, 그룹 간 차이에서는 사후검사에서 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 태권도 품새 수련 후 기능성운동수행능력에 관한 연구에서는 태권도 품새 운동 그룹 에서 카리오카, 동시수축, 크로스 오브 업 스텝, 한발멀리뛰기에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 태권도 일반 운동 그룹은 한발멀리뛰기에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 그룹 간 차이에서는 사후검사에서 기능적 운동수행능력의 모든 변인이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 위의 결과로 보아, 태권도 품새 수련이 초등학생의 자세안정성 및 기능성운동수행 능력의 변화에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 최근 성장기 초등학생 들의 운동부족과 부적절한 생활 식습관으로 인한 신체불균형의 해소와 신체적 운동 수행능력 향상을 통한 건전한 신체활동과 발육발달에 효과적일 것으로 생각된다. This study was to investigate the effects of Taekwondo Poomsae exercise on Elementary school children s posture stability and functional exercise performance abilities in the Elementary school children s. The participants were divided into two groups: Taekwondo Poomsae exercise group (EG, n=30) and Control group (CG, n=30). The EG took part in the Taekwondo Poomsae exercise program for 12 weeks. The results of this study were as follows: First, there were significantly increased in SEBT-A, SEBT-AM, SEBT-M, SEBT-PM, SEBT-P, SEBT-PL, SEBT-L and SEBT-AL in EG compared with CG after 12 weeks. Second, there were significantly increased in carioca, co-contraction, shuttle-run, cross over up step and one-leg hop test in EG compared with CG after 12 weeks. As conclusions, this study confirmed that the Taekwondo Poomsae exercise program could improve the posture stability and functional exercise performance abilities of Elementary school children.
