Chemical experiment KS F 2545 and Physical experiment ASTM C 1260 has been accomplished to estimate the potential of alkali aggregate. Used for testing aggregate samples are forest aggregate and recycled aggregate which collected in Gangwon province Samcheok and Pyeongchang, Jeollabuk province Gimje and Kochang, and Gyeongsangnam province Goryeong. As the results of chemical experiment confirmed that if silicate rock and carbonate rock are mixed, reduction in alkalinity is increase. So it has been identified that case makes a disturb at the result of alkali aggregate reaction. In 9 out of the 62 aggregate samples check dissolved silica exceeding 100 mmol/ℓ. and mortar bar length increase rate confirmed that 5 of 9 chemical method aggregates were 0.1~0.2% and 2 aggregates were 0.2%. As a result of the alkaline aggregate reaction test using the chemical method and the mortar bar method, the aggregates showing alkali aggregate reaction are sandstone and tuff aggregates. Therefore, Alkali aggregate reaction tests are required to use clastic sedimentary rocks and volcanic pyroclastic rocks aggregates.

3D 적층가공(3D Additive manufacturing, AM) 기술은 기존산업의 패러다임을 혁신하는 새로운 비즈니스 모델로 자리매김하고 있다. 2000년대 초 선보인 건축용 3D 프린팅(3D printed building) 기술 또한 미국과 유럽을 중심으로 기계/전자 기술과 연계하여 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 그러나 건축용 3D 프린터 시스템의 경우 기존 전통적인 건설공법에 사용되는 시멘트/콘크리트 원료 제품과는 다른 기계적 특성을 요구한다. 이에 따라 시멘트 산업과 자원리사이클링 산업에서 생산되는 소재원료의 활용도를 높이기 위해서는 건축용 3D 프린팅 기술의 특성을 반영하기 위한 소재가공 및 활용기술 개발, 새로운 물성평가 및 테스트 방법의 확보, 환경적 안정성과 관련된 장기간의 데이터베이스 확보가 필요하다.

청정석탄발전기술 중 하나인 순환유동층보일러(CFBC) 기술의 고도화에 따라 국내외 로내탈황 기술개발 현황과 국내외 유동층보일러용 석회석의 탈황특성 연구현황을 조사하였다. 석회석계 탈황제는 고온탈황특성이 우수한 원소 중 하나로 $850-950^{\circ}C$ 내외에서 최적의 탈황특성을 가지고 있다. 그리고, 탈황시험방법에 따라 흡수제 표면의 격막의 확산반응, 입자의 크기, 기공의 수량, 크기 및 구조에 의한 탈황공정의 효율성을 결정할 수 있다. 2015년 이후 대형 순환유동층형발전소의 본격적인 가동에 따라 석회석의 광상학적, 결정학적 특성 및 소성특성과 연계된 추가적인 연구가 필요한 것으로 사료된다. This study investigated that status of domestic and international furnace desulfurization and desulfurization characteristics of limestone for fluidized bed use depending on the technology for CFBC one of the CCPs. Limestone-based desulfurizing agent is one of the superior elements which are optimal at around $850-950^{\circ}C$ on high temperature desulfurization. And effectiveness of desulfurization process can be determined by the desulfurization experiment method such as diffusion reaction of the diaphragm of the absorber surface, the size of the particles, the pores of the quantity, size and structure. And, desulfurization efficiency depending on geological and crystallographic properties and calcination process of limestone needs additional research in the future.

Precipitated calcium carbonate(PCC) inorganic fillers for plastic offera higher replacement ratio with improved mechanicalproperties than any other inorganic fillers. Due to its secure economic feasibility, its fields of application areexpanding. For optimized PCC grain size and polymer replacement ratio, it is good to maintain at least 0.035 μm grains and keepdouble the grain size of distance between particles, depending on the molecular weight and volume replacement rate of thepolymer. PCC has unique characteristics, ie, with smaller grain size, dispersibility decreases, and if grain size is nothomogenous, polymer cracking occurs. The maximum replacement ratio of PCC is approximately 30%, but in the range of10 - 15% it produces the highest mechanical strength. When mixed with a biodegradable plastic like starch, it alsoimproves initial environmental degradability.

The possibility of economic exchange with North Korea is increasing, but there is still a shortage of information of cement industry, which occupies the largest proportion of North Korean construction material industry. Therefore, this study researched the status of cement production facility management using satellite photographs of 16 cement factories in North Korea, and examined the operating status of North Korean cement industry by observing smoke discharged from the chimneys of the cement production facilities. When the satellite photographs were analyzed, it was observed that the monthly stack fog ratio of the North Korean cement factories was 55% in 2016, 60% in 2017 and nearly 65% in 2018. This demonstrates that the average operating ratio has been increasing continuously. However, the operation rate of the five major cement factories reaches the limit, actual cement production is estimated to have maintained the previous level or small increased.
