        경부 밸런스 테이핑 요법이 골프 스윙 시 몸통회전에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 경부 회전에 관여하는 사각근, 흉쇄유돌근의 안정화를 위한 밸런스 테이핑 요법이 골프 스윙 시 몸통회전에 따른 경부 근활성도와 몸통, 골반의 움직임에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 KPGA 및 아마추어를 대상으로 테이핑 전후의 경부 회전각도, 근전도, 몸통 및 골반 회전 각도를 각각 측정하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 경부 밸런스 테이핑 전후의 경부 회전 각도는 프로군과 아마추어 군 모두 유의한 향상 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.001). 경부 밸런스 테이핑 전후의 근전도 측정 결과 1구간에서 프로군의 아이언과 드라이버 스윙 시 흉쇄유돌근에서만 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며(p<.001), 아마추어군에서는 아이언 스윙 시 사각근에서만 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 2구간에서는 프로군의 아이언과 드라이버 스윙 시 흉쇄유돌근, 사각근 모두 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며(p<.01), 3구간에서는 프로군의 아이언과 드라이버 스윙 시 흉쇄유돌근에서만 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.001). 경부 밸런스 테이핑 전후의 몸통 및 골반 회전 측정 결과 1구간에서 프로군의 드라이버 스윙 시 몸통회전에서만 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며(p<.05), 2구간에서는 프로군의 아이언과 드라이버 스윙 시 골반회전에서만 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.01). 이러한 결과로 볼 때 경부의 밸런스 테이핑은 골프 스윙 시 경부의 밸런스 안정에 도움을 주고 몸통과 골반의 회전에도 도움이 된다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of balance taping therapy for stabilization of scalene and Sternocleidomastoid Muscle participate in neck rotation during golf swing. Data were collected from 4 KPGA Golfers and 4 Amateur Golfers. It measured neck rotation degree, an electromyogram, trunk and pelvic rotation degree by taping before and after. The results of this study were as follows: All subjects are revealed significant difference on neck rotation degree(p<.001). On electromyogram’s first section, KPGA group’s driver and iron swings are revealed significant difference in Sternocleidomastoid Muscle(p<.001). and Amateur group’s iron swings was revealed significant difference in scalenus(p<.05). On second section, KPGA group’s driver and iron swings are revealed significant difference in Sternocleidomastoid and scalene Muscle(p<.01). On third section, KPGA group’s driver and iron swings are revealed significant difference in Sternocleidomastoid Muscle(p<.001). On trunk and pelvic rotation degree’s first section, KPGA group’s driver swing was revealed significant difference in trunk rotation(p<.05). On second section, KPGA group’s driver and iron swing are revealed significant difference in pelvic rotation(p<.01). As a result of this study, neck balance taping therapy helps stabilization of neck and rotation of trunk and pelvic during golf swing.

        진동운동시 주파수에 따른 하지근육의 활동 비교분석

        The aim of this study to analyze electromyography(EMG) responses of lower extremity muscles to squat, non-vibration, and different vibration frequencies. Nine male collegiate were participated in this study. WEMG8 EMG system was used to record muscle activity from Ractus Femoris, Vastus Lateralis, Vastus Medialis, Biceps Femoris, Tibialis Anterior, Gastrocnemius Mediali and Gluteus Maximus. The EMG data were sampled for 15 sec. during Squat, non-vibration and vibration half squat position, respectively. The raw data were band pass filtered to remove noise and full wave rectified. ANOVA were performed to see the differences of maximum EMG-rms between Squat, non-vibration and vibration trials. The results indicated that vibration produced much more muscle contraction than that of non-vibration trial for all selected muscles(p<.05). 30Hz was most effective vibration frequency to muscle activity Squat trial muscle activities was 1.49 - 5.72 times higher than the non-vibration. especially, the tibialis anterior muscle activity was most high.

        자연과학편 : 전신진동운동이 파킨슨 환자의 운동학적 보행변인에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 전신진동운동이 파킨슨 환자의 운동학적 보행변인에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 이 연구는 Hoehn & Yahr scale 3~4단계에 속하는 파킨슨병 환자 5명(나이: 76.2±3.27 year, 키: 160.9±4.59 cm, 몸무게: 64.4±7.80 kg, 병력: 12.4±5.77 year)을 대상으로 실시하였다. 8주 전신진동운동 전 후로 나타나는 파킨슨 환자의 보행을 측정하기 위하여 3D Motion Capture Camera(MX-Tseries, Vicon, UK) 장비를 사용하였다. 전신진동운동이 파킨슨 환자의 운동학적 보행변인에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 Timed up and go test, step length, step width, walking speed, HipㆍKneeㆍAnkle of ROM 값을 산출하여 분석하였다. 대응표본 t-test 방법을 사용하여 통계적 검증을 실시하였다. 전신진동운동 후 Timed up and go test, step length, walking speed, HipㆍAnkle of ROM이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of whole-body vibration exercise on kinematics gait variables of parkinson`s disease. This study was conducted a parkinson’s disease 5 subjects (age : 76.2±3.27years, hight : 160.9±4.59cm, weight : 64.6±7.80kg, medical history : 12.4±5.77 years) belong to Hoehn & Yahr scale 3~4 stage About whole-body vibration Exercise for 8 weeks, 3D Motion Capture Camera(MX-T series, Vicon, UK) used to mearsure gait of parkinson’s disease. Whole-body vibration Exercise analyzed Timed up and go test, Step length, Step width, Walking speed, Hip, Knee, & Ankle ROM to investigate gait improvement effect of parkinson’s disease. The analysis based basic statics, Paired-samples t-test was conducted through PC using SPSS/PC version 21.0. There were statistically significant differences for timed up and go test, step length, walking speed, hip angle ROM, ankle angle ROM after whole-body vibration exercise.

        일시적인 전신진동운동이 준비운동으로서 효과

        The purpose of this study was attempted to quantify the acute effect of intermittent whole body vibration exercise for the effects of warm-up. The subjects of this study were 20 university students were participated. Subjects performed 6 set of vibration exercise that have 1 min vibration exercise(40Hz, ±5mm) and 2min rest, maintaining an half-squat position on vibratory platform. vertical jump and whole body reaction time test were administered before and after each vibration exercises. One-way analysys of variance(ANOVA) were performed to see the differences of jump height and reaction time between pre and post exercise sets. The result showed an increase(not significant) in vertical jump height when exercise time was further, and maximum height was found at after 5set. After 3 or 4set vibration exercise Significantly higher than pre(p<.001), and over 5 or 6set were none. The results indicated that whole body vibration may be a potential warm-up procedure for increasing vertical jump height and whole body reaction time, but optimum exercise time were important factor. Future research is warranted addressing the influence of various protocols of duration and frequency on whole-body vibration exercise.

        진동운동시 발뒤축들기 동작의 근활동 비교분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze lower extremity muscle activities for heel raise during vibration exercise using surface electromyography(EMG). Four collegiate wrestlers were participated in this study and they performed heel rise motion with squat posture on vibration exercise machine. The vibration was activated for 30 seconds randomly to the subjects and the muscle activations were collected for 10 seconds each, with vibration and without vibration, respectively. The selected muscles for EMG were Vastus Lateralis, Biceps Femoris, Tibialis Anterior, and Gastrocnemius. The raw data were band pass filtered to remove noise and full wave rectified. Paired sample t-test were performed to see the differences of maximum and average EMG between non-vibration and vibration trials. The results indicated that all muscle activations with vibration were greater than those of non-vibration. Particularly, the activation of Biceps Femoris with vibration was 59% higher than those with non-vibration. This result implied that vibration exercise device users may consider to perform proper posture for training a certain muscle group and that posture can be applied carefully after pre-test due to the individual differences.

        골프스윙시 체중이동 곡선 유형에 대한 연구

        This research introduced that It can recognize the weight shift type while golf swing and It can understand a special quality of golf swing. When they back swing, right and left weight variation which was showing that the beginning of take away they moved too much weight and the weight variation was reduced at the top of back swing. These cases are from right side movement of swing axis, lower body , and head sway. These effects bring about that they could not make a nomal orbit by the reverse pivot when they down swing. While down swing, It is the best way that they have to move a left foot quickly by lead of lower body. The beginners and plump people could not turn their left foot because the pelvis has slowed. As a special they moved with left foot at the beginning of down swing and they moved weight on the right foot at the impact and then it moved on left foot at follow through. These actual states are from the most young player and a long - ball hitter. It isn't from women's players. Generally, they put their weight in front when they swing. The most people moved the body in front about the weight distribution at backswing top. After follow through, they leap up the upper body behind the left foot quickly so many times.
