        적외선 광학렌즈 제작을 위한 GeSe의 벌크 제작 및 특성 연구

        Chalcogenide glass has superior property of optical transmittance in the infrared region. Glass made using Ge-Se how many important optical applications. We have determined the composite formular of $Ge_{0.25}Se_{0.75}$ to be the GeSe chalcogenide glass composition appropriate for IR lenses. Also, the optical, thermal and physical characteristics of chalcogenide glass depended on the composition ratio. GeSe bulk sample is produced using the traditional melt-quenching method. The optical, structural, thermal and physical properties of the compound were measured by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), and Scanning electron microscope (SEM) respectively.

        현탁액 재안정화 공정으로 제조한 $TiO_2$ 여과막의 미세구조

        다공성 알루미나 지지체를 이용하여 졸에 침지하는 미세한 기공으로 이루어진 티타니아 여과막을 제조하였다. 티타니아 졸은 현\ulcorner액 재안정화 공정으로 제조하였고, pH 1.23-1.32범위에서 졸의 평균입지크기는 15nm 이하였다. 이 여과막은 $600^{\circ}C$에서 1시간 열처리한 경우 평균입도는 30-40nm로서 입도 분포가 좁은 양호한 여과막을 제조하였다. 이때 입자의 모양은 구형이었다. 열처리 온도가 $600^{\circ}C$보다 높아지면 여과막을 구성하는 입자 모양을 다각형으로 변하고 입도의 분포는 넓어졌다.

        Synthesis and characterization of the ultrafine $ZnFe_2O_4$ powder by glycothermal

        $ZnFeO_4$ 분말은 금속 질산염을 수산화 칼슘으로 침전시켜 이를 1,4-부탄에디을 속에서 비교적 고온고압을 가하여 얻어졌다. 미분말이 얻어진 온도는 225-$300^{\circ}C$, 압력은 1-3.5 MPa이였다. 분말의 미세구조는 주사전자현미경으로 결정상은 X-선 회절 분석으로 행하였다. 분말의 물성과 반응온도, 반응시간 및 농도의 관계를 조사하였다. $ZnFe_2O_4$ 분말의 평균입자 크기는 반응온도와 시간이 증가함에 따라 증가하였다. $270^{\circ}C$에서 8시간 반응을 행한 경우의 평균입자 크기는 약 50 nm였다. The $ZnFe_2O_4$ powder was prepared under glycothermal conditions by precipitation from metal nitrates with aqueous potassium hydroxide. The fine powder was obtained at temperatures as low as 225 to $300^{\circ}C$. The microstructure and phase of the $ZnFe_2O_4$ powder were studied by SEM and XRD. The properties of the powder were studied as a function of various parameters (reaction temperature, reaction time, solid loading, etc). The average particle size of the $ZnFe_2O_4$ increased with increasing reaction temperature. After glycothermal treatment at $270^{\circ}C$ for 8 h, the average particle diameter of the $ZnFe_2O_4$ was about 50 nm.

        수열합성법으로 합성된 나노 Sm<sub>x</sub>Ce<sub>1-x</sub>O<sub>2-2/x</sub> 분말의 수계 분산

        Dispersion stability of the $Sm_xCe_{1-x}O_{2-2/x}$ nanoparticles, which was produced by hydrothermal process, was studied in aqueous suspension using ESA (Eletrokinetic Sonic Amplitude). The average particle size of the synthesized $Sm_xCe_{1-x}O_{2-2/x}$ at nanoparticles was about $5{\pm}2nm$. The dispersion and rheological behavior of the $Sm_xCe_{1-x}O_{2-2/x}$ nanoparticles aqueous suspension was investigated using $NH_4OH\;and\;HNO_3$ as a disperse agent. The colloidal stability of aqueous suspensions with $Sm_xCe_{1-x}O_{2-2/x}$ nanoparticles at different pH values has been investigated by means of zeta potential, average particle size, and the distribution of synthesized $Sm_xCe_{1-x}O_{2-2/x}$ nanoparticles. The isoelectric point of the $Sm_xCe_{1-x}O_{2-2/x}$ nanoparticles was at pH around 11 and the value of zeta potential was at its maximum near pH 6.5.

        Synthesis and Characterization of Nanosized Mn<sub>x</sub>Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> Powders by Glycothermal Process

        Nanosized $Mn_xFe_2O_4$ powders were prepared in ethylene glycol solution under mild temperature and pressure conditions by precipitation from metal nitrates with aqueous potassium hydroxide. The average size and distribution of the synthesized $Mn_xFe_2O_4$ powders was about 20 nm and broad, respectively. The phase of synthesized particles was crystalline reacted at 200${\circ}C$ for 6h. The magnetic properties of the synthesized $Mn_xFe_2O_4$ powders were about 35-60 (emu/g) with superparamagnetic character.

        The chalcogenide glass has superior optical properties in IR region transmittances. We have determined the composition of GeSbSe chalcogenide glass for the application of good IR lenses, resulting in the composite rate of $Ge_{19}Sb_{23}Se_{58}$. The optical, structural, thermal and physical properties were measured by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), X-ray computed tomography (X-ray CT) respectively. The fabrication of the chalcogenide glass lens for infrared optics applications was proposed using a diamond turning machining technology which is known as the suitable ways for the production cost reduction and the accurate fabrication process control.

        Colloidal coating sol were prepared using sol-gel processing. The dispersion stability of Zn powders was investigated using colloid surface chemistry. In order to understand their physical and chemical properties, sol-gel coating films on stainless steel were fabricated. The adhesion and flexibility of the coatings were characterized. The influences of the amount of additive component incorporated into the coating and the aging of sols on corrosion protection were studied.

        실무능력 향상을 위한 통합교육에 관한 연구

        (연구배경 및 목적)실내디자인은 기능, 미, 경제성을 조화시키는 종합예술로서 인식되어 왔다. 그러나, 지금의 대학교육은 디자인과 기술전공으로분리하여 교육이 이루어짐으로서 종합적인 능력을 필요로 하는 산업체의요구를 충족시키지 못하고 있다. 디자인, 경제성, 시공성 등 예술과 기술을 종합할 수 있는 교육 개발을 통해 학습자의 실내디자인 실무능력을 향상시키는데 목적이 있다.(연구방법)이에 본 연구에서는 통합교육의 이해를 바탕으로 학습자와 산업체의 요구도를 조사하였다. 창의적인 디자인 결과물에 목표를 둔 디자인 실습 강의를 바탕으로, 기술 중심의 이론 교과목을 연계하여 실내디자인의 전체과정을 학습할 수 있는 교육과정을 마련하였다. (결과)교육과정 적용결과 학습자들은 자존감과 성취도가 높아졌으며, 설계단계에서의 역할교환을 통해 디자인의 과정을 이해할 수 있었으며, 실재하는 공간을 체험함으로서 공간 지각력의 향상을 가져왔다. 특히,기존 디자인 실기수업에서 이루어지지 않았던 실시설계, 적산, 시공관리를연계하여 진행함으로서 실무능력향상에 뛰어난 효과가 있었다. (Background and Purpose) Interior design is recognized as a composite art form that harmonizes function, art, and economic efficiency. However, current college curricula separate design and technology; as such, they do not meet the needs of an industry that requires integrated skills. This study aims to improve the learner`s practical interior design skills by developing an approach that combines art and technology, including creative design, economic feasibility, and workability. (Method) This study explains the requirements of learners and industry based on the comprehension of overall education. Based on practical design lectures aimed at creative design outcomes, a curriculum was designed that adds technology -based theory and includes the whole design process. (Result) The curriculum helped learners build self-esteem and feel a sense of accomplishment. The learners were able to learn and understand the design process through role exchange in the planning stage. They improved spatial sentience by experiencing actual spaces. In particular, enforcement design, estimation, and construction management were added to the program, which turned out to be very effective in terms of improving practical skills.

        역-마이셀 공정에 의한 CoAl<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> 무기안료 나노 분말의 합성 및 특성

        Inorganic pigments have high thermal stability and chemical resistance at high temperature. For these reasons, they are used in clay, paints, plastic, polymers, colored glass and ceramics. $CoAl_2O_4$ nano-powder was synthesized by reverse-micelle processing the mixed precursor(consisting of $Co(NO_3)_2$ and $Al(NO_3)_3$). The $CoAl_2O_4$ was prepared by mixing an aqueous solution at a Co:Al molar ratio of 1:2. The average particle size, and the particle-size distribution, of the powders synthesized by heat treatment (at 900; 1,000; 1,100; and $1,200^{\circ}C$ for 2h) were in the range of 10-20 nm and narrow, respectively. The average size of the synthesized nano-particles increased with increasing water-to-surfactant molar ratio. The synthesized $CoAl_2O_4$ powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) and color spectrophotometry. The intensity of X-ray diffraction of the synthesized $CoAl_2O_4$ powder, increased with increasing heating temperature. As the heating temperature increased, crystal-size of the synthesized powder particles increased. As the R-value(water/surfactant) and heating temperature increased, the color of the inorganic pigments changed from dark blue-green to cerulean blue.

        역-마이셀 공정에 의한 NiAl<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> 무기안료 나노 분말의 합성 및 특성

        $NiAl_2O_4$ nanoparticle was synthesized by a reverse micelle processing for inorganic pigment. $Ni(NO_3)_2{\cdot}6H_2O$ and $Al(NO_3)_3{\cdot}9H_2O$ were used for the precursor in order to synthesize $NiAl_2O_4$ nanoparticles. The aqueous solution, which consisted of a mixing molar ratio of Ni/Al, was 1:2 and heat treated at $800{\sim}1100^{\circ}C$ for 2h. The average size and distribution of synthesized $NiAl_2O_4$ powders are in the range of 10-20 nm and narrow, respectively. The average size of the synthesized $NiAl_2O_4$ powders increased with an increasing water-to-surfactant molar ratio and heating temperature. The crystallinity of synthesized $NiAl_2O_4$ powder increased with an increasing heating temperature. The synthesized $NiAl_2O_4$ powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD), a field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM), and a color spectrophotometer. The properties of synthesized powders were affected as a function such as a molar ratio and heating temperature. Results indicate that synthesis using a reverse miclle processing is a favorable process to obtain $NiAl_2O_4$ spinels at low temperatures. The procedure performed suggests that this new synthesis route for producing these oxides has the advantage of being fast and simple. Colorimetric coordinates indicate that the pigments obtained exhibit blue colors.
