목적 비만은 세계 각국에서 흡연 다음으로 중요한 문제로 다양하고 심각한 문제를 야기하고 있다. 우리나라 청소년의 비만은 매년 증가하는 추세로 비만에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 이로 인한 비만 예방을 위한 실천 방안을 모색하고자 하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위하여 2018년~2021까지 조사된 청소년건강행태 자료를 활용하여 분석하였다. 설문에 참여한 중학교 1학년에서 고등학교 3학년 청소년 234,694명 중 체질량지수와 식습관, 신체활동 등 주요 독립변수에 결측치를 보인 청소년을 제외하고 221,036명을 분석하였으며, 복합표본 빈도분석과 복합표본 교차분석(Rao-Scott X2test)을 진행하고 영향 요인을 분석하기 위해 복합요인 로지스틱 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 결과 연구 결과 청소년의 성별, 학년, 경제 상태, 도시 규모, 학업 수준, 탄산음료 섭취, 아침 식사 결식과 패스트푸드 섭취, 60분 이상 운동 여부가 비만과 관련이 있었다. 결론 비만을 예방하기 위한 방법으로 식습관 개선 및 신체활동 증진 등이 필요하며, 이는 개인 및 가정에서 뿐만 아니라 학교 내에서도 고려되어야 한다. 학교 내에서 신체활동 증진을 위한 환경을 마련하고 건강한 식생활을 위한 균형 잡힌 식단과 관리가 필요할 것이다. 이에 교육 프로그램 등 비만 예방을 위한 정책의 필요성을 시사하였다. Objectives Obesity is the second most important problem after smoking in many countries around the world, causing various and serious problems. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect obesity as the obesity rate of Korean adolescents increases every year, and to seek action plans to prevent obesity. Methods For this purpose, the data on adolescent health behaviors surveyed from 2018 to 2021 were used and analyzed. Of the 234,694 adolescents from the first grade of middle school to the third grade of high school who participated in the survey, 221,036 were analyzed, excluding those with missing values in major independent variables such as body mass index, eating habits, and physical activity. (Rao-Scott X2test) was conducted and multi-factor logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the influencing factors. Results As a result of the study, gender, grade level, economic status, city size, academic level, soda intake, missing breakfast and fast food intake, and exercise for more than 60 minutes were associated with obesity. Conclusions As a way to prevent obesity, it is necessary to improve eating habits and promote physical activity, which should be considered not only in individuals and families, but also in schools. It will be necessary to prepare an environment for promoting physical activity in school and to have a balanced diet and management for a healthy diet. This suggests the need for policies to prevent obesity, such as educational programs.
한방병원 간호사의 한방간호지식, 한방간호업무수행과 역할갈등이 재직의도에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of Korean medicine (KM) nursing knowledge, nursing practice and role conflict with retention intention among KM nurses. Methods: The study used a survey design with a sample of 152 nurses working at Korean medicine hospitals in Kyunggi province and Seoul. The data were collected from January 15 to March 18, 2016 and were analyzed with SPSS WIN 21.0. Results: The factors that influenced on retention intention were knowledge (β=.36, p<.001) and role conflict (β=-.18, p=.020) of KM nursing which explained 25.3% of retention intention in KM nurses (F=6.06, p<.001). Conclusion: The findings suggest that it is necessary to develop and offer KM nursing education programs for increasing retention intention among nurses in Korean medicine hospital. It is also important to specify the roles of KM nurses for reducing role conflict.

Catalytic Effect of $MO_4^{2-_4}$ (M=Cr, Mo and W) on Hydrolyses of Carbon and Phosphorus Esters

Second-order rate constants have been measured spectrophotometrically for the hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl ac-etate (PNPA) and p-nitrophenyl diphenylphosphinate (PNPDPP) with MO42- (M = Cr, Mo and W) in phos-phate buffer (pH = 8.00) at 35.0 $^{\circ}C.$ Thes e MO42- species exhibit large catalytic effect in the hydrolysis of PNPA and PNPDPP except WO42- in the reaction with PNPA. The catalytic effect of these MO42- species has been observed to be much more significantin the hydrolysis of PNPDPP than in the hydrolysis of PNPA. Since the smallest CrO42-would be most highly solvated by H2O molecules, CrO42- is expected to exhibit the least catalytic effect, if solvation effect is the most important factor. However, in fact, CrO42- shows the highest cat-alytic effect toward PNPA, indicating that solvation effect is not solely responsible for the catalytic effect. The most basic CrO42- shows the highest catalytic effect, while the least basic WO42- is least reactive toward PNPA, indicating that the basicity of MO4 2- might bean important factor. However, in the hydrolysis of PNPDPP, no correlation is observed between the basicity and catalytic effect, suggesting thatbasicity alone can not be re-sponsible for the catalytic effect shown by the MO42- species. Formation of a chelate is suggested to be respon-sible for the high catalytic effect of MO42- in the hydrolysis reaction of PNPA and PNPDPP. The formation of chelate is considered to be more suitable for the reaction with PNPDPP than with PNPA based on the larger catalytic effect observed in the reaction with PNPDPP than with PNPA.
