附子毒素에 依한 組織變化와 甘豆湯및 黃連解毒湯의 中和에 관한研究

For the purpose of investigation of the neutralization effect of "Hwang Ryoun Hae Dock-Decoction". and "Kam Doc-Decoction" and the tissue changes by Aconiti Tuber toxin, the auther performed the present experiments by administering the aconiti tuber to mice and "Hwang Ryon Hae Dock-Decoction", "Kam Doo-Decoct ion" again and observed tissues of mice organ. The results obtained are as follows. 1. When "A.T.-Decoction" was given, a degeneration of the tissues was observed in brain, liver, spleen but almost not in lung, heart, kidney. 2. In case of acute intoxication due to Aconiti Tuber toxin, the damage of the mouse brain tissue was fetal. 3. "H.R.H.D. Decoction" was more effective on the 3th day after administration but then "K.D. Decoction" was less effective on the 6th and 9th day than "K.D.-Decoction" 4. "K.D.-Decoction" was less effective compared with "H.R.H.D. - Decoction" on the 3rd day of administration of "K.D. - Decoction" but the recovery of "K.D.-Decoction" was much better than "H.R.H.D. - Decoction" on the 6th and 9th day. 5. The detoxication effect made better changes as dosage of "K.D. - Decoction" and "H.R.H.D. - Decoction" increase. As the above results, it is considered that "H.R.H.D. - Decoction", that is, a herb medicine of cold nature, has neutralized in case of acute intoxication by Aconiti Tuber, and that "K.D. - Decoction" was effective in detoxication-action.

본 논문에서는 비전 기반의 손동작 검출 및 추적 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 기존의 손동작 인식 시스템은 정적인 관측 환경에서 배경을 제거함으로 손을 검출하는 단순한 방법을 사용함으로써, 카메라의 움직임, 조명의 변화 등에 의해 견실하지 못하였다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 기하학적 구조에 의하여 손의 외형을 인식하여 검출할 수 있는 통계적 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 카메라의 각도에 의한 손이 겹쳐 보이는 문제를 줄이기 위하여 다중 카메라를 사용하였으며 비동기식 다중 관측으로 시스템의 범용성을 향상시키었다. 실험 결과 제안된 방법이 기존의 외관을 이용한 방법보다 $3.91\%$ 개선된 $99.28\%$의 인식률을 나타내어 제안한 방법의 효율성을 입증하였다. We present a vision-based hand gesture detection and tracking system. Most conventional hand gesture recognition systems utilize a simpler method for hand detection such as background subtractions with assumed static observation conditions and those methods are not robust against camera motions, illumination changes, and so on. Therefore, we propose a statistical method to recognize and detect hand regions in images using geometrical structures. Also, Our hand tracking system employs multiple cameras to reduce occlusion problems and non-synchronous multiple observations enhance system scalability. In this experiment, the proposed method has recognition rate of $99.28\%$ that shows more improved $3.91\%$ than the conventional appearance method.
“顔面神經麻痺 治療에 關한 臨床的 硏究” : 針治療와 血流移動療法中心

The clinical study on 39 patients with the episode of facial palsy were examined to determine the effect of asupunctwe and other therapies on facial palsy at Awpuncture Therapy Room of Won Kwang Oriental Medical University Hospital in Kwangju. The patients were treated with acupuncture, blood motivation(blood letting) and physical therapy over the period Apr.1 to Jun.30, 1981 When this study was reviewed, the following results were obtained: 1) Atlack rate of facial palsy was 61.5% of 39 subjects in male and 38.5% in female. 2) The highest age incidence group was productive age group : youths and manhood, which amounted to 61.5% of total subjects. 3) Early treatment had favorable results : the sooner the treatment began, the more shortly and easily patients reavered. 4) Blood motivation (blood letling) therapy was effective to relieve migraine and facial neuralgia in early stage. 5) Complete cure value was 82.1% ; the rest was those who ceased to be treated. 6) The completely cured patients were given average 10.8 times treatment, which required about 20 days.

본 논문에서는 얼굴에서 양 눈의 홍채를 검출하기 위한 새로운 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 방법은 분리 필터를 이용하여 소영역을 먼저 추출하고, 그 중 쌍을 이루고 있는 소영역에 대하여 허프 변환과 분리 필터 값을 연산한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 허프 변환과 분리 필터 값을 최소로 하는 소영역 쌍을 선택하여 양 눈의 홍채로 검출하게 된다. 안경을 착용하지 않은 150장의 얼굴영상을 가지고 제안된 방법으로 실험한 결과 최고 97.3%, 최저 95.3%의 성공률을 얻을 수 있었다. In this paper we propose a new algorithm to detect the irises of both eyes from a human face. Using the separability filter, the algorithm first extracts blobs(intensity valleys) as the candidates for the irises. Next, for each pair of blobs. the algorithm computes a cost usings Hough transform and separability later to measure the fit of the pair of blobs to the image. And then, the algorithm selects a pair of blobs with the smallest cost as the irises of both eyes. As the result of the experiment using 150 faces images without spectacles, the success rate of the proposed algorithm was 97.3% for the best case and 95.3% for the worst case.
