Client(patient) satisfaction has been used for a variety of purposes in different settings, yet, those receiving home care services have been the focus of few satisfaction studies. Satisfaction is considered an indicator of quality of care and is also being used to assess the performance of home care providers and home health care delivery at multiple levels. The aim of this study was to develop the tool for evaluating client satisfaction in several aspects with home care service while maintaining or achieving acceptable reliability and validity. Firstly, Client Satisfaction Instrument made preliminary of 43 items composed basic 6 criteria and 7 indicators, based on a review of literature, quality improvement and client satisfaction findings in home care. Secondly, there were consisted in two expert panel groups who were made in professionals of research and practice in home care field. The tool was modified to 6 criteria and 7 indicators, 25 items after reviewing by two expert panel groups. The content validity index of the tool was above 0.8 and the results of internal consistency was more than 0.8 in all items. Finally. The Client Satisfaction Instrument in Home Care Service was made up 6 criteria such as client satisfaction of nurses's instruction of home care educational need. knowledge/technique/attitude of homecare nurses's performance. interpersonal relationship and emotional support of nurse. easiness of homecare accessibility, continuity of homecare service. overall efficacy of homecare use, 7 indicators. and 25 items. The results of evaluating client satisfaction will be able to contribute in quality improvement and service marketing in home care.

In this study, the direct water quenching technique is applied to validate the applicability of direct water quenching as a cooling method in the hot stamping process of 3.2 mm thick boron steel sheet. Cooling performance of conventional die quenching and direct water quenching is compared. Higher cooling rate is obtained by hot stamping with direct water quenching compared to die quenching. As the flow rate of cooling water increases, the cooling rate increases, and a high cooling rate of 71 ℃/s is achieved under flow rate conditions of 0.8 L/min. Through direct water quenching, the cooling time required for sufficient cooling of the sheet is reduced. Full martensitic microstructure is obtained under flow rate condition of 0.8 L/min. Hardness increases with increasing flow rate. From these results, it is verified that the direct water quenching is applicable to the hot stamping of thick boron steel sheet.

Direct water quenching technique can be used in hot stamping process to obtain higher cooling rate compared to that of the normal die cooling method. In the direct water quenching process, setting proper water flow rate in consideration of material thickness and the size of the area directly cooled in the component is important to ensure uniform microstructure and mechanical properties. In this study, to derive proper water flow rate conditions that can achieve uniform microstructure and mechanical properties, microstructure and hardness distribution in various water flow rate conditions are measured for 3.2 mm thick boron steel sheet. Hardness distribution is uniform under the flow condition of 1.5 L/min or higher. However, due to the lower cooling rate in that area, the lower flow conditions result in a drastic decrease in hardness in some areas in the hot-stamped part, resulting in low martensite fraction. From these results, it is found that the selection of proper water flow rate is an important factor in hot stamping with direct water quenching process to ensure uniform mechanical properties.

본 논문은 생태계 군집 시스템을 네트워크 기술에 응용한 적응형 라우팅 알고리즘인 AntNet을 기존의 상용 네트워크 프로세서 기반에서 최적화할 수 있도록 개선된 알고리즘을 제안하는 연구이다. 현재 사용되고 있는 네트워크 프로세서는 단순한 패킷 프로세싱만을 위해 설계되어 AntNet과 같은 복잡한 연산이 필요한 적응형 라우팅 알고리즘을 구현하는데 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이를 분석하고 해결하기 위해 AntNet의 강화인자를 연산하는 부분을 중심으로 적응 성능은 유지하면서도 효율적으로 연산실행시간을 줄일 수 있는 개선된 AntNet알고리즘을 제안하였다. 이를 시뮬레이션을 통해 비교분석함으로서 제안한 개선된 AntNet알고리즘의 효용성을 검증한다. In this paper, a new modified and optimized AntNet algorithm which can be implemented efficiently onto network processor is proposed. The AntNet that mimics the activities of the social insect is an adaptive agent-based routing algorithm. This method requires a complex arithmetic calculating system. However, since network processors have simple arithmetic units for a packet processing, it is very difficult to implement the original AntNet algorithm on network processors. Therefore, the proposed AntNet algorithm is a solution of this problem by decreasing arithmetic executing cycles for calculating a reinforcement value without loss of the adaptive performance. The results of the simulations show that the proposed algorithm is more suitable and efficient than the original AntNet algorithm for commercial network processors.
가변적인 복수 해슁을 이용한 글로벌 IPv6 유니캐스트 주소 검색 구조

IP 주소 검색 구조는 IPv6 주소체계의 도래와 함께 더욱 고속 네트워크 기술의 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 인터넷 라우터를 위한 새로운 글로벌 IPv6 유니캐스트 주소 검색 구조를 제안한다. 제안하는 구조는 적절한 프리픽스 그룹화를 수행하고 각 그룹별로 가변적으로 복수 해슁을 수행한다. 이를 통해 적절한 개수의 포워딩 테이블에서 해슁의 충돌(collision)을 효율적으로 분산함으로서 오버플로우를 최소화하였으며 포워딩 테이블 구성을 위해 필요한 메모리 크기를 줄였다. 또한 단 한 번의 메모리 접근만으로 포워딩 테이블 구성 및 검색이 가능한 고속 주소 검색 구조이며 추가적 업데이트가 용이한 구조이다. 실제 6bone 테스트 라우팅 CERNET 데이터를 이용하여 균일한 복수 해슁을 이용한 구조와 제안한 구조를 비교, 실험하였으며 동일한 8개의 테이블에서 약 15%의 포워딩 테이블을 위한 메모리 절약과 약 50%의 오버플로우 감소를 확인하였다. An IP address lookup scheme has become a critical issue increasingly for high-speed networking techniques due to the advent of IPv6 based on 128bit. In this paper, a novel global IPv6 unicast address lookup scheme is proposed for next generation internet routers. The proposed scheme perform a variable multiple hashing based on prefix grouping. Accordingly, it should not only minimize overflows with the proper number of memory modules, but also reduce a memory size required to organize forwarding tables. It has the fast building and searching mechanisms for forwarding tables during only a single memory access. Besides, it is easy to update forwarding tables incrementally. In the simulation using CERNET routing data as a 6bone test phase, we compared the proposed scheme with a similar scheme using a uniform multiple hashing. As a result, we verified that the number of overflows is reduced by 50% and the size of memory for forwarding tables is shrunken by 15% with 8 tables.
