        이러닝학습에서 실재감, 학습만족도, 학업성취도의 관계에서 학습몰입의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of learners" learning flow in the effect of presence on academic achievement in web-based e-learning. For this purpose, this study analyzed the influencing relationship between the each factor based on the structural model with the learning flow as a mediator variable. Based on existing theoretical studies, learning satisfaction and academic achievement, which represent learning outcomes, are set as dependent variables, and teaching presence, cognitive presence, and social presence are set as independent variables. Data collected from a total of 256 e-learning learners were used in the analysis of this study. According to the results of the analysis, teaching presence, cognitive presence, and social presence were found to have a significant effect on academic achievement when a learning flow is a mediator variable. Concretely, teaching presence, cognitive presence, and social presence have a positive effect on the learning flow, while learning flow has a positive effect on learning satisfaction. On the other hand, learning flow has a negative effect on academic achievement. As a result of verifying the mediating effect of learning flow on the relationship between presence, learning satisfaction, and academic achievement, there was meditating effect in the aggregate. This study implies that in order to increase the level of learning satisfaction and academic achievement, it is necessary to make the teaching-learning design in the provision of contents and materials for e-learning so that the learner can feel the presence. The results of this study can be used as a basic data for seeking support and promotion strategies for enhancement of future learning flow and presence.

      • 설문조사를 바탕으로 부서 간 만족도 향상을 위한 개선 안

        Purpose Recently, there has been increasing demands for clinical departments at Asan Medical center in Seoul. They want to see the results of lab tests about blood samples as soon as possible and to be reported to them on the day. As the main contents of the survey, we explained the goodness of Asan medical center's in vitro and the points to be improved. Based on this, it became an opportunity to create a positive image of In vitro laboratory. In addition, we could identify their specific requirements through the surveys. Materials and Methods In September 2016, a total of 14 questionnaire surveys were conducted for 49 clinical departments and outpatient nurses at Asan Medical center in Seoul. The survey consists of description questions to be able to express the intention of the individual and the questions made on the Likert 4 point scale. The main contents of 14 questions are composed of goodness of In Vitro laboratory and points to be improved. Results 62% answered that the best service in In Vitro laboratory was "good accuracy and reproducibility". On the other hand, as an inconvenience when requesting blood tests, 73% pointed out that "the result report time was long", which was recognized as a part to be improved. There are many contents that "The result of all tests is reported within 2 hours" on the day of the examination. In the question - 'Are there some examination results which do not coincide well with clinical observations?', 55 of 56 people answered "no". Above all, the majority answered that waiting for re-examination results is too long. This problem must be causing discomfort to the patients. Conclusion In order to improve these problems, the first thing is to increase the number of blood tests by using the current personnel, equipments and reagents to the fullest by item in Asan Medical Center's Nuclear medicine in vitro part. Secondly, in case of re-examinations, we use the "AMIS message" to show other clinical departments the reporting time. This methode improves the efficiency of work with nurses and increases satisfaction of custom service. Thirdly, the correlation was evaluated by selecting the test species that can be carried out by the shortening method. Currently, C-peptide and insulin are implemented in the reaction process to shorten 2 hours into 1 hour. Finally, we are considering purchasing new equipments for quick test results.

      • 채혈 시간에 따른 부신피질 자극 호르몬 검사의 참고치 설정에 관한 고찰

        Purpose The reference range described in Adrenocorticotropic Hormone reagent used in our laboratory is 10-60 pg/mL at 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., and 6-30 pg/mL at 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. However, in the case of outpatients, blood is mainly collected between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., accounting for 57.8% of the total. Therefore, This study is intended to help make a more accurate diagnosis by reevaluating the reference range provided by the manufacturer of the Adrenocorticotropic Hormone reagent and setting split-timed reference range. Materials and Methods The patients collected blood before 10 a.m. were group A (68 people), and the patients collected blood after 10 a.m. were set to group B (80 people). A T-test was performed between groups to test their significance. And it was confirmed whether it was necessary to set the gender classification as a subgroup. The method of setting the reference range was calculated by the Bayesian's method and the Hoffmann's method. Results The reference range of Group A was 8.6 to 60.6 pg/mL by the Bayesian's method, and the Hoffmann's method was 3.6 to 61.3 pg/mL. The reference range of Group B was 6.9 to 50.5 pg/mL when applying the Bayesian's method, and the Hoffmann method's was 2.3 to 48.9 pg/mL. Conclusion This study was concluded that it was necessary to set the split-timed reference range. Through this study, the later the blood collection time, the lower the level of Adrenocorticotropic Hormone, indicating that blood collection time is important for patients with clinical significance. If a large number of subjects are selected and supplemented in the future, it is believed that systematic and accurate reference range can be set.

        비소세포폐암 환자의 종양 축소에 대한 SB 주사 효과 증례

        Objectives : To study the effect of SB injection on tumor size in an advanced non-small cell lung cancer patient. Methods : A patient was clinically diagnosed as advanced non-small cell lung cancer (Stage IIIa). Four cycles of intravenous SB injection were conducted. Each cycle lasted 4 days. The content of 7vials SB was injected every day. To compare the tumor size before treatment and after four cycles of SB injection, chest computed tomography (CT) was performed. Results : Follow-up CT images showed that the tumor size was reduced. In admission, size of the tumor $6.7{\times}8.5{\times}9.5cm$ on the left lower lobe of lung. After SB injection, size of the tumor $5.6{\times}6.8{\times}8.4cm$ by Chest CT. The patient's symptoms such as cough, sputum were improving until four cycles of SB injection. Numerical rating scale (NRS) showed improvement of Chest pain from point 3 to point 0. Conclusions : This case study suggests that intravenous SB injection may have significant effects of anti-tumor for non-small cell lung cancer.

        3차원 공간정보 오픈 플랫폼을 활용한 일조 시간 산정

        오늘날 도시성장과 인구밀집으로 인해 많은 대도시에서 빌딩숲이 생겨나고, 그로인한 쾌적한 거주환경에 대한 요구가 커지면서 일조권 침해에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이와 관련한 법규 및 관련분야의 연구가 수행되기 시작하였으나, 특정 전문기관에 의뢰 없이 일반인이 쉽게 건물 층별 일조권을 파악하는 데에 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공간정보 오픈 플랫폼을 이용하여 도시음영지역 분석 시뮬레이션을 통한 건물 객체별 일조량을 산정하였다. 연구 대상지는 부산광역시에 위치하고 있는 해운대구 신도시를 대상으로 하였다. 이를 위하여, 해운대구 신도시지역에 대한 공간정보를 구축하기 위해 기 구축된 건축물 3차원 공간정보 데이터에서 건물높이를 추출하고, 태양의 고도와 방위각을 이용하여 3차원 도시 공간 음영분석 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 건물의 각 객체별 일조권을 연속 일조시간과 총 일조시간으로 구분해 정량적으로 분석함으로서 일조권 침해 여부를 보다 정밀하게 간편하게 판단할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. Due to urban growth and increasing population density, many large cities contain building forests. Moreover, due to increasing demands for pleasant residential environments, there is growing concern over the encroachment of sunshine. Although research on related laws and other related fields is emerging, there is a limit to the extent to which the public can easily determine the amount of sunshine per building without referral to specialized agencies. Therefore, in this study, the duration of sunshine per building object was calculated via a simulation of urban shaded area using a spatial information open platform application programming interface. The study area was the'L'apartment complex located in the new city, Haeundae, Busan, China. To perform the duration of sunshine simulation for three-dimensional urban spatial objects, the building height was extracted from pre-built three-dimensional spatial information data, and the position of the sun was determined from calculations of the altitude and azimuth of the sun. This study provides a more precise and easier method of judging whether sunshine is impeded from reaching buildings by quantitatively analyzing sunshine and classifying the total duration of sunshine and the continuous duration of sunshine on each object.

        교원능력개발평가 사서교사 평가지표와 문항의 중요도 및 수행도에 대한 사서교사들의 인식

        이 연구는 2009년에 개발되어 현재 선도학교를 통해 활용되고 있는 교원능력개발평가 사서교사 평가지표 및 문항에 대한 설문조사를 통해 그 개선점을 제안하였다. 연구결과 현행 평가지표 및 문항의 중요도에 대한 사서교사의 인식이 대체로 긍정적인 것으로 나타났고, 각 문항의 중요도와 수행도에 대한 사서교사의 인식에는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 평가지표 및 문항에서 개선해야 할 점으로는 현재의 평가문항에 다양한 독서교육활동 실시여부에 대한 항목 추가, 자료조직 및 관리 관련 평가문항 수정의 필요성, 학생지도 평가영역 명칭에 대한 제고 등이 제기되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 현재 활용되고 있는 사서교사 평가지표와 문항이 대체로 타당하기는 하지만 일부분에서 수정 보완이 필요함을 제시하였다. This study aimed to analyze teacher librarians' perceptions of the importance and performance frequency of their roles inherent in the indicators and items for teacher evaluation and to determine their appropriateness. The results revealed that most indicators and items are appropriate for evaluating teacher librarians' job performance, but some items need to be revised to properly reflect teacher librarians' job tasks. Specific recommendations for their improvement were discussed.
