      • 참깨$\cdot$시들음병균(Fusarium oxysporum)의 배양여액이 참깨의 종자발아 및 유묘기의 생육에 미치는 영향

        1) 강력한 위조독소(Wilt toxin)인 Fusaric acid를 생성하는 것으로 알려진 참깨$\cdot$시들음병균(Fusarium oxysporum f. vasinfectum)의 배양여액이 참깨의 종자발아 및 발아후의 유식물의 생육에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 이 시험연구에 착수하였다. 2) Fusarium oxysporum f. vasinfectum의 5종의 계통의 배양여액은 모두 참깨종자의 발아를 억제하고 종자의 흑변, 괴사를 초래한다. 3) 공시균의 어떤 계통의 배양여액에 대한 참깨종자의 발아반응에 있어서의 품종간 차이는 없다. 4) 공시균의 5종의 계통의 배양여액이 참깨종자의 발아를 억제하는 독성에는 뚜렷한 차이가 있다. 5) 공시균의 5종의 계통의 배양여액을 첨가한 육묘상에서는 발아후의 참깨유식물의 뿌리나 줄기의 신장이 다 같이 억제되며 조직은 흑변, 괴사하게 된다. 그러나 배양여액을 $10\%$ 첨가한 육묘상에서는 줄기의 신장생장 약간 촉진되는 경향이 있다. 6) 공시균의 배양여액을 $1\%$ 내지 $1\%$ 첨가한 Knop Solution에 본엽이 생기지 않은 참깨 유식물을 배양하면 참깨의 뿌리나 줄기의 신장생장이 억제되고 제2본엽이 전개할 때까지에 줄기나 잎자루나 연화, 흑변, 괴사하며 제1본엽에는 맥간에 염갈색반문이 형성되고 제2본엽은 권축, 흑변, 괴사하며 특히 제2본엽에 나타나는 병상은 포장에서 나타나는 참깨의 잎의 위조병징과 흡사하다. 7) 공시균의 5종의 계통간에 나타나는 배양여액의 독성의 차이는 공시균의 각계통자체의 기생에 의한 병원성의 차이와 일치하지 않는다 1) The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effects of culture filtrates of Fusarium oxysporum f. vasinfectum which is known to produce fusaric acid (wilt toxin) on the germination of sesame seeds and the growth of sesame seedlings. 2) Culture filtrates of Fusarium oxysporum 1. vasinfectum used in this study strongly or weakly inhibited the germination and bring about necrosis accompanying black discoloration of sesame seeds. 3) Varietal difference of sesame in the germination response on the culture filtrates of Fnsarium oxysporum f. vasinfectum is not shown in this study. 4) This study reveals that differential five strains of Fnsarium oxysoprum f. vasinfectum used in this study differ greatly in the toxicity of culture filtrates inhibiting the germination of sesame seeds. 5) In the seedling bed added with culture filtrates of Fnsarium oxysporum f. vasinfectum, the growth of shoot as well as root system of sesame seedlings are notably inhibited and necrotic black discoloration appear on both shoot and root system. But in the seedling beds added with weaker concentration of culture filtrates $/(10\%)$ the growth of shoot is slightly promoted. 6) In culture of sesame seedlings with Knop's solution containing 1 to 3 per cent culture filtrates, the growth of shoot as well as root system are slightly retarded" and till the time of development of the third leaves the whole stem and leaf petiole tissue are weakened so that they become thread like accompanying brown discoloration, interveinal light brown area appear in the second leaves, and the third leaves curl from both sides towards the middle with necrotic brown discoloration, especially symptoms of injury on the third leaves are nearly similar that of the leaves of wilted sesame in the field. 7) A pararell relationship is not found between toxicity of culture filtrates and pathogenicity of five differential strains of Fnsarium oxysporum f. vasinfectum used in this study.

        The purpose of this study is to find good references for the administration & operating system of Korea Architects License Examination. It is because we may predict to discuss with its system to develop the international level. To achieve this goal, the 'Architect Registration $Examination^{(R)}$($ARE^{(R)}$)' in the USA was selected and analysed as one of the role models. As a result, the analysed key contents and study scopes are as below; 1) Consideration the evolutionary process to the administration & operating system of the Architect Registration $Examination^{(R)}$ in the USA 2) Working role the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards(NCARB) for the $ARE^{(R)}$ 3) Analysis the carrying out system of the cooperation network & infrastructure for the $ARE^{(R)}$ 4) Analysis the operating regulation & system of the newest version in the $ARE^{(R)}4.0$ 5) Consideration the administration & operating system's know-how of the Computer Based Examination in the $ARE^{(R)}$ 6) Research the taking exam.'s full process of the $ARE^{(R)}4.0$ from the beginning to the end 7) Comparative analysis between the Korea Architects License Examination and the $ARE^{(R)}4.0$.

        자격제도 관리.운영에 있어서 국가와 민간의 역할에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 국가기술자격제도 관리 운영체제에 대한 국가와 민간의 적절한 역할분담 체계가 무엇인지를 알아보고 이를 구축하기 위한 방안을 마련하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 국가기술자격제도 관리의 국가와 민간의 역할분담에 대한 방향을 탐색하였다. 또한 국가기술자격제도의 관리 운영 현황을 분석하여 국가중심의 자격제도 운영의 한계를 살펴보았으며, 자격제도 관리 운영에 대한 국가 및 민간의 역할 분담 방안을 제시하였다. 연구방법으로 관련자료의 수집 및 분석, 기업체(사내자격관리자), 업종별 협회(사업주 단체)를 대상으로 한 설문조사, 국가와 민간의 역할 분담 방향을 설정하기 위한 전문가 협의회 개최, 기업체 및 업종별 협회에 대한 의견수렴을 위한 면담조사 등이 실시되었으며, 자격제도 전문가를 중심으로 연구 협력진 구성하여 운영하였다. The study aims to explore whether the management and operation of national technique qualification system has a suitable role division between the government and non-government and to design plans for building it. To do so, a direction for role division between the government and non-government was investigated in the management, national technique qualification system. In addition, limitations in the operation of government-centered qualification system were pointed out by analyzing the present status on the management and operation of national technique qualification system and plans for role division between the government and non-government were proposed in the management and operation of qualification system. Various methods were applied to this study as its methodology: the collection and analysis of the relevant literatures, surveys targeting companies(internal qualification managers) and associations by industrial classification(owners' groups) as respondents, holding expert consultations for setting a direction in dividing roles between the government and non-government, interviews with companies and associations by industrial classification for gathering their opinions, forming and operating a collaborative research group consisting of specialists in qualification system.

        전자분야 자격종목 운영 현황 및 발전 방안 연구

        이 연구의 목적은 전자분야의 국가기술자격 운영현황 및 문제점을 검토하여 전자분야 기술사, 기능장, 기사, 산업기사, 기능사 자격의 새로운 발전방향을 제시하는데 있다. 전자분야 자격이 발전되기 위해서는 전자분야 자격에 대한 직무분석 작업을 실시하여 산업현장의 기술변화 내용을 수용할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 전자분야 자격에 대한 명확한 직무분석 작업을 통하여 시험과목과 출제 기준이 재정비되어야 할 것이며, 검정 내용이 산업현장의 변화를 지속적으로 수용할 수 있도록 지원되어야 한다. 또한 전자분야의 자격종목이 효율적으로 그리고 효과적으로 개선될 수 있도록 하는 정책적 지원 및 노력이 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purposes of this study were to review the current status and problems of the national qualification system in the Electronic field, focusing on deficiencies of the regulatory system and qualities of Electronic professionals including the Electronic control Professional Engineer, Master Craftsman, Engineer, Industrial Engineer and Craftsman, and to suggest new directions for the qualification system of the Electronic field. The concrete and extensive development plans for the qualification system of the Electronic field are as follows : First of all, a job analysis should be made of on the introduction of new systems or policy modification to reflect technical changes and national policies about the Electronic field in the qualification exam. Second, it is essential to prepare policies that are suitable for the qualification system in the Electronic field and that improve its effectiveness.

        금강수질(錦江水質)에 관(關)한 조사연구(調査硏究)

        금강수계(錦江水系)의 신탄진(新灘津)등 6개지점(個地點)을 조사지역(調査地域)으로 설정(設定)하고 1977년(年) 9월(月)부터 1978년(年) 8월(月)까지의 수질(水質)을 분석(分析)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1) pH, $NO_3-N$, $NO_2-N$는 조사지점별(調査地點別), 월별(月別)차이가 없었다. 2) 부여(扶餘), 강경지점(江景地點)의 BOD는 각각 3.9~5.6, 5.6~6.0ppm으로 상수도원(上水道源) 오염한계(汚染限界)에 도달(到達)하였다. 3) 대전천(大田川)이 합류(合流)하는 매포지점(梅浦地點)의 BOD는 신탄진지점(新灘津地點)의 BOD에 비(比)하여 1977년(年) 9월(月), 10월(月), 11월(月)에 각각 1.9, 3, 2.1배(培) 증가되었다. 4) 용존산소(溶存酸素)는 $7.6{\pm}3.8ppm$으로 수온(水溫)의 변화(變化)와 지점별(地點別) 차이가 있었다. 5) 경도(硬度), 부유물질(浮游物質), $NH_3-N$는 조사지점별(調査地點別), 월별(月別)로 차이가 있었다. Water of river gets great concern about its quality, which might be polluted with pollutant from various industrial plants booming along the river sides in recent years. As a first step to prevent any applciable damage due to water pollution, survey on the water quality of Keum river at Sintanjin, Maepo, Taepyongri, Kongju, Puyeo and Kanggeng, six regions was conducted during september, 1977 through august, 1978 and the results were summarized as follow: 1. There were no significant regional and monthly difference in pH, $NO_2-N$, and $NO_3-N$ of water. 2. The BOD at Puyeo, Kanggeng was 3.9 to 5.6, 5.6 to 6.0 ppm, respectively, and those values reached the limiting level for tap water sources. 3. The BOD at Maepo, where Daejeon streams meet, was found 1.9, 3.0, and 2.1 times higher than those at Sintanjin region, during september, october and november, respectvely. 4. Content of DO was $7.6{\pm}3.8ppm$ in all surveyed regions and varied with water temperature and regional difference. 5. There were found regional difference and monthly difference in water hardness, suspended solid and $NH_3-N$.

        기술.기능계 국가자격의 질 관리 방안 연구

        이 연구는 기술 기능분야 인적자원을 선도할 수 있는 기술 기능계 자격에 대한 질 관리 현황을 파악해보고 개선 방안을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 기술 기능계 자격의 질관리 방법을 탐색하였으며, 기술계 자격의 질관리 현황과 문제점, 기술 기능계 자격의 질관리에 대한 요구 분석, 외국의 질관리 방법 등을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 기술 기능계 자격내용에 대한 질관리 방법과 자격운영 조직 및 제도에 대한 질관리 방법, 기술 기능계 자격종목에 대한 사후관리 프로그램을 제시하였다. 연구방법으로 관련자료의 수집 및 분석, 자격취득자 및 산업체 인사담당자(관리자)를 대상으로 한 설문조사, 기술 기능분야 전문가 협의회 개최, 기술 기능분야 산업현장 전문가 및 자격취득자의 의견수렴을 위한 면담조사 등이 적용되었다. This study aims at understanding the current situation of quality assurance on technical qualification that can take the initiative in developing human resources in a technical field and exploring a scheme for improvement. To achieve this goal. the method of quality assurance was examined, the current situation, problems and needs on technical qualification, and foreign cases on the method of quality assurance were analyzed. Based on this. the study proposed the methods of quality assurance on technical qualification and operating system and a follow-up program on technical qualification items. The collection and analysis of the relevant materials, a survey targeting qualification holders and personnel managers in industries as respondents, expert consultations, face-to-face interviews of experts and qualification holders in the technical industry to reflect their opinions were applied for the methodology of the study.

        과공정 Al-Si 합금의 열팽창거동과 기계적 성질에 미치는 미세조직의 영향

        N/A The egects of changes in microstructure of Si phase on the thermal expansion coefficients(CTEs) and tensile properties of the hypereutectic Al-Si foundry alloy(A390) were investigated experimentally. Specimens were prepared by various fabrication processes, such as a permanent mold casting, a squeeze casting and a spray casting process, and subsequently hot-extruded. CTEs of the spray-cast specimen were found to be about 10% lower than those of the permanent mold-cast specimen, and the CTEs of the hypereutectic Al-Si alloy(A390) were changed proportionally with the size of Si phase. Ultimate tensile strength of the spray-cast and hot-extruded specimen was dramatically improved about 100% with improved elongation, compared to that of permanent mold-cast specimen. These improvements are mainly attributed to the reduction in size and aspect ratio of the brittle Si phase, and the elimination of the microvoids/porosities formed during casting.

        분사주조법에 의한 저열팽창 알루미늄합금의 제조

        N/A In order to fabricate lower thermal expansion aluminium alloys, the effects of microstructural parameters such as the volume fraction of SiC_p and the shape and size of Si phase on the coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE) of the spray-cast and hot-extruded hypereutectic Al-Si(A390) alloy composites were investigated experimentally. The CTEs of hypereutectic Al-Si (A390) alloy were changed proportionally with the size of Si phase. Ultimate tensile strength, elongation and Young`s modulus of the spray-cast and hot-extruded specimen were improved dramatically compared to those of the permanent mold-cast specimen. Although Young s modulus of the spray-cast and hot-extruded specimen was improved highly effectively by addition of SiC_p, no improvement was observed for the UTS and elongation. Spray-cast and hot-extruded hypereutectic Al-Si (A390) alloy reinforced with 20vol.%SiC_p exhibits a CTE equivalent to stainless steel.

        분사주조한 입자강화 알루미늄 복합재료의 미세조직 특성

        N/A Aluminium-silicon alloy(JIS AC8A) matrix composites reinforced with SiC particles were fabricated by spray-cast forming process, and the microstructure of powders and preforms produced were studied by using an optical and scanning electron microscopy. SiC particles were co-sprayed by mixed phase injection method during the spray casting process. Most of the composite powders formed by this mixed phase injection method exhibit morphology of particle-embedded type, and some exhibits the morphology of particle attached type due to additional attachment of the SiC particles on the surface of the powders in flight. The preforms deposited were resulted in dispersed type microstructure. The pre-solidified droplets and the deposited preform of SiC-reinforced aluminium alloy exhibit finer equiaxed grain size than that of unreinforced aluminium alloy. Eutectic silicons of granular type are crystallized at the corner of the aluminum grains in the preforms deposited, and some SiC particles seem to act as nucleation sites for primary/eutectic silicon during solidification. Such primary/eutectic silicons seem to retard grain growth during the continued spray casting process. It is envisaged from the microstructural observations for the deposited preform that the resultant distribution of SiC injected particles in the Al-Si microsturcture is affected by the amount of liquid phase in the top part of the preform and by the solidification rate of the preform deposited.
