이동 질량 효과를 고려한 연속 보의 보행하중 진동 유한요소 해석

이 논문에서는 이동하는 질량체의 연직 방향에 대한 관성 효과를 고려하여 보의 진동을 해석할 수 있는 유한요소해석 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 정밀한 상호작용 해석을 요하지 않는 경우에 계산의 효율성을 높이는 방법으로서, 이동하는 질량체의 관성 효과를 운동방정식에 연계시키고 질량체와 보의 상호작용력은 외부 하중으로만 고려한다. 범용 유한요소해석 소프트웨어인 Abaqus를 이용하여 시간 영역 해석을 수행하고 보의 절점과 이동하는 강체 질량의 절점 변위를 다지점 구속조건으로 연계하여 해석하는 방법을 제시하였다. 기존 해석적 방법에 의한 해와 비교하여 제안하는 방법을 검증하고 보행하중 모델을 이용한 이동 보행 하중해석에서 보행자의 질량 효과를 살펴보기 위한 간단한 연속 보 모델에 대한 해석 결과를 제시하였다. This study proposes a finite element analysis method that can analyze the vibration of a beam by considering the inertia effect of moving masses in a vertical direction. The proposed method is effective when a precise interaction analysis is not required. The inertial effects of the moving masses are included in the equation of motion, and the interaction forces between the masses and the beam are considered only as external loads. Time domain analyses were performed using Abaqus, a general-purpose finite element analysis software, and an implementation method using multi-point constraints wais presented to link the displacements of the beam element nodes and moving rigid masses. The proposed method was verified by comparing its solution with that obtained using an existing analytical method, and the analysis results for continuous beam vibrations under dynamic gait loadings were used to examine the mass effect of pedestrians.
군사용 방사선 계측기 PDR-1K 반응도 평가 : 방향 및 에너지 의존성을 중심으로

In this paper, we performed a evaluation for angular and energy dependence of military radiation detector PDR-1K. Its measuring range is divided into two section, low and high, and each range has a GM tube separately owing to broad scale. We observed a change in relative angular reactivity within 0.928 ~ 1.188 in low range and within 0.743 ~ 1.000 in high range from $-90^{\circ}$ to $+90^{\circ}$. The evaluation for energy dependence appeared a relative reactivity within 0.892 ~ 1.000 above 83 keV. This means PDR-1K isn't possible to use below 83 keV of radiation energy. It is possible to provide response information to user and to increase reliability of radiation measurement through this paper.
이동 질량 효과를 고려한 단경간 강합성 보행교의 보행 하중 진동 사용성 평가

In this paper, we present the analysis results on the vibration serviceability of a pedestrian bridge considering the effect of pedestrian moving mass inertia. Using dynamic finite element analysis, we considered different walking scenarios, including pedestrian density, walking speed, random walking, and synchronized walking, to analyze the acceleration response of a 40m long single-span bridge with a steel composite box cross section. We showed that the equivalent fixed mass analysis method did not significantly differ from the moving mass analysis in the random walk scenario and a wider frequency excitation band may be useful to consider when evaluating vibration serviceability in a random walk scenario.

Purpose: This study compared the clinical outcomes of open repair, percutaneous repair, and minimal incision repair by Achillon in ruptured Achilles tendon. Materials and Methods: The outcomes of 12 patients with open repair (group 1), 8 patients with percutaneous repair (group 2), and 10 patients with minimal incision repair by Achillon (group 3) from February 2013 to March 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. The postoperative clinical evaluations were done by the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) ankle-hindfoot score, Arner-Linholm scale, mid-calf circumference difference, one-leg heel raise difference, visual analogue scale (VAS) for postoperative scarring, time to return to work, and complications. Results: No significant difference in the AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score, Arner-Linholm scale, and time to return to work was observed among three groups (p=0.968, 0.509, and 0.585). The mean differences in the mid-calf circumference in groups 1, 2, and 3 were 1.09, 0.73, and 0.58, respectively; groups 2 and 3 were significantly higher than group 1 (p=0.002). In addition, the mean VAS scores for postoperative scarring in groups 1, 2, and 3 were 7.0, 9.1, and 9.1, respectively; groups 2 and 3 were significantly higher than group 1 (p=0.001). The mean differences in one-leg heel raising in groups 1, 2, and 3 were 2.03, 1.91, and 1.33, respectively; group 3 was significantly higher than groups 1 and 2 (p=0.010). The complications encountered were one case of deep infection in group 1 and one case of sural nerve hypoesthesia in group 2. Conclusion: Minimal incision repair by Achillon is recommended as an effective surgical treatment for Achilles tendon rupture because it minimizes the risk of complications, leads to an improved tendon strength and healing, and achieves cosmetic satisfaction.

Metanephric adenoma is a very rare benign renal tumor; only 100 well-documented cases have been reported to date. Metanephric adenoma occurs at all ages, most commonly in the fifth and sixth decades. There is a 2 : 1 female preponderance. They appear to be benign tumors with no malignant potential, and their chief importance is related to the fact that they are most often misinterpreted as renal cell carcinoma or Wilms' tumor. Its light microscopic features are very characteristic, and imunohistochemical and electron microscopic studies are not critical to the diagnosis. We have experienced a case of renal tumor in a 44-year-old female patient diagnosed by ultrasonography-guided needle biopsy which showed small, tightly packed acini or tubular and papillary structures. The patient underwent right nephrectomy. We report metanephric adenoma diagnosed by ultrasonography-guided needle biopsy, which is a very rare and unique case.
나고야의정서와 식량농업용식물유전자원에 관한 국제조약과의 관계

나고야의정서는 전문, 제4조 등을 통하여 하여 ITPGRFA의 적용대상 중 Annex 1에 포함된 64개 작물종이 식량농업용으로 사용되는 경우에는 적용대상에서 제외하고 있다. 따라서 생물다양성협약이나 나고야의정서상의 에서는 유전자원의 접근 및 이익공유에 사전통보승인(PIC), 상호동의조건(MAT)을 명문화하여 유전자원에 접근 및 활용이 양자 간의 협의에 의하여야 함을 의무화하는 것과 대조적으로 식량농업식물유전자원 국제조약에서는 64개의 식량농업 유전자원에 대해서는 다자체제하에서 표준물질이전계약서(Standard Material Transfer Agreement)를 통하여 접근 및 활용이 가능하도록 규정함으로써 식량농업용식물유전자원에 대해서는 양자적 접근 및 이익공유절차를 면제하고 있다. 그러나 MLS 64개 작물종이 나고야의정서상의 양자적 접근 및 이익공유 대상에서 제외되기 위해서는 ITPGRFA 제12.3조상의 8개의 엄격한 요건을 충족시켜야 한다. The preamble and Article 4 of the Nagoya Protocol excludes the 64 plant genetic resources from the benefit sharing obligation under it. Therefore, while the Convention on Biological Diversity and Nagoya Protocol require the obtention of Prior Informed Consent(PIC) and the establishment of Mutually Agreed Terms for an access to genetic resources through bilateral negotiation between provider country and users, the Multilateral System(MLS) exempts, through the Standard Material Transfer Agreement(sMTS), these burdensome processes for the 64 plant genetic resources which are specified in Annex 1 of ITPGRFA. However, this exemption can be entertained only if eight strict requirements in Article 12.3 under ITPGRFA are satisfied. This Paper analyses the relationship between Nagoya Protocol and ITPGRFA in view of access and benefit-sharing obligation and suggests the possible approaches to enjoy the maximum extent of exemption under Article 4 of Nagoya Protocol.
