기존의 첨단주택은 IT 차원에서 접근되어 에너지 절약을 위한 기술은 시도하지 않았고 에너지 환경관리 기술이 미흡하였다. 본 논문에서는 실제 사용자 생활 패턴을 파악하여 에너지 소모를 얼마나 줄일 수 있는지 테스트 하였다. 복도, 출입구 그리고 현재 근무 중인 테이블에 조도 센서와 인체 감지 센서를 설치하였는데 조도 센서와 인체감지 센서는 하나 의 그룹을 이루며 생활패턴을 파악하고 조도 값에 따라 실내등을 소등할 수 있도록 한다. 모든 센서 노드는 스타 토폴로지(one-hop) 형태로 연결되며 데이터는 USN 브릿지에 있는 베이스노드로 수집되고 이더넷을 통해 서버로 전달하면 DB에 저장된다. 그러므로 실시간으로 실내 환경 데이터를 수집하여 실내 환경 통합 감시 및 모니터링이 가능하고 에너지 소 모를 줄일 수 있다.

Due to its topographic complexities and various climatical condition, Korea exhibits diverse forest types. Dominant tree species in this zone are Quercus spp., Betula spp., Zelkova spp., Fraxinus spp., Pinus densiflora, Pinus koraiensis, and Pinus thunbergii ete. Genetic conservation in forest species in Korea there are three ways ; one is in situ, other is ex situ and third is in-facility conservation. In situ conservation include that are the present status of conservation of rare and endangered flora and ecosystem, the reserved forest, the national and provincial park, and the gene pool of natural forests. Ex situ conservation means to be established the new forest from in situ forest stands, progeny and provenance test populations, seed orchard and clone banks, and gene conservation in-facility. As a tool for low temperature storage, several aspects on in vitro system were studied : (1) establishment of in vitro cultures from juvenile and/or rejuvenated tissues, (2) induction of multiple shoots from the individual micropropagules, (3) elongation of the proliferated shoots. Studies on cold storage for short-and long-term maintenance of in vitro cultures under 4℃ in the refrigerator were conducted. For the cryopreservation at -196℃, various factors affecting survivability of the plant materials are being examined. The necessity of gene conservation of forest trees is enlarged not only to increase the adaptability for various environments but also to gain the breeding materials in the future. For effective gene conservation of forest trees, I would like to suggest followings : 1. Forest stands reserved for other than the gene conservation purposes such as national parks should be investigated by botanical and gene-ecological studies for selecting bio-diversity and gene conservation stands. 2. Reserved forest for gene pool should be extented both economically important tree spp. and non-economical species. 3. Reserved forest for progeny test and clone bank should be systematically investigated for the use of Ex situ forest gene conservation. 4. We have to find out a new methodology of genetic analysis determining the proper and effective size of subpopulation for in situ gene conservation. 5. We should develop a new tree breeding systems for successful gene conservation and utilization of the genetic resources. 6. New method of in-facility gene conservation using advanced genetic engineering should be developed to save time and economic resources. 7. For the conservation of species with short-life span of seed or shortage of knowledge of seed physiology, tissue culture techniques will be played a great role for gene conservation of those species. 8. It is are very useful conservation not only of genes but of genotypes which were selected already by breeding program . 9. Institutional and administrative arrangements including legistlation must be necessarily taken for gene conservation of forest trees. 10. It is national problems for conservation of forest resources which have been rapidly destroyed because of degenerating environmental condition and of inexperienced management system of bio-diversity and gene conservation. 11. In order to international cooperation for exchanging data of bio-diversity and gene conservation, we should connect to international net works as soon as possible.
수원포플러와 구아디 포플러 원형질체 융합에 의한 체세포잡종체 유도

Protoplasts isolated from leaf mesophyll tissues of Populus koreana X P. nigra var, italics were fused with those of P. euramericana cv. Guardi. Well expended healthy leaves of 5 to 7 week-old-plantlet grown in vitro were used as source materials. Leaves from P. koreana × P. nigra var, italics and P. euramericana cv. Guardi were digested in enzyme solution I (2.0% Cellulase, 1.2% Hemicellulase, 0.4% Macrozyme, 2.0% Driselase, 0.05 Pectolyase ; w/v) and enzyme solution II (1.0% Cellulase, 1.2% Hemicellulase, 0.4% Macrozyme, 2.0% Driselase, 0.05% Pectolyase : w/v), respectively, The highest frequency of fusion among the protoplasts originated from the two source materials was approximately 21% using 40% PEG or 15% dextran. In addition, fusion frequency was enhanced by incorporating 30mM of Ca^(2+) in eluting solution at pH 10.5. Dividing cells and/or mint-calli were obtained by culturing the fusion products in a liquid 8p-KM medium supplemented with 0.6M sucrose, 0.45μM 2, 4-D, and 0.5μM BA. Shoots were regenerated from the fusion product-derived calli after culture on MS medium containing 5.0μM zeatin, To verify the putative hybrid or cybrid, SDS-PAGE was carried out. From the 24 regenerants, just two plants showed intermediate protein band patterns compared with those of the original source plants.

The influence of various levels of major medium components such as sucrose, nitrate, phosphate, plant growth regulators, and light intensity for cell growth and the production of anthocyanin content in cell cultures of Populus alba X P. glandulosa were investigated. Best results for anthocyanin yield were obtained using Mura.shige and Skoog(MS) medium containing 5% sucrose, 12.5% nitrate, 200% phosphate, 1.0㎎/ℓ indole-3-acetic acid(IAA), 1.0㎎/ℓ benaylaminopurine(BAP), and continuous illumination of 7,000 lux. On the other hand, maximum cell growth was achieved with 5% sucrose, 50% nitrate above 400% phosphate compare with that of MS basal mediumi, and 0.5mgj1 2, 4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2, 4-D). Anthocyanin accumulation in a suspension cultured cells of given genotype was stimulated by subculturing onto the medium lacking 2, 4-D. Pigmented cell clusters were extracted with methanol containing 1% hydrochloric acid (HCl) and then anthocyanin was identified by thin layer chromatography (TLC) and U. V. spectrophotometer.

This paper proposes a new training system for equilibrium sense and postural control using unstable platform and force plate. This system consists of unstable platform, force plate, computer interface, software and the computer. Using this system and training programs, we perform the experiment to train the equilibrium sense and postural control of subject. To evaluate the effects of balance training, we measured some parameters such as the maintaining time in the target, the moving time to the target and the mean absolute deviation of the trace before and after training. The result shows that this system can improve the equilibrium sense and balance ability of subject. This study shows that proposed system had an effect on improving equilibrium sense and postural control and might be applied to clinical rehabilitation training as a new effective balance training system.
