For the operation of the practical software systems, the development, extension and modification phases are successively needed through the new requirements added and their errors debugging detected. Therefore, if it is possible to integrated the reusable software components and to reorganize them into the new software systems, we can improve the productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness for he development of software systems. For these reasons, it will be required to research and develop methodology and tools for programs integration which make some programs merged effectively. In the process of merging two versions of a program into one, we can consider that some parts of the two versions are equivalent under the non-interference between them. According to the previous studies the program selected to determine the criterion of non-interference between them. According to the previous studies the program selected to determine the criterion of non-interference was very large, so we have difficulty in integrating many programs practically. In this paper, we propose a new improved algorithm which can reduce the related program size of non-interference criterion yb use of dynamic slicing techniques for integration of two versions of a program, and prove the efficiency of the proposed algorithm by showing some examples.

개체를 나타내는 노드와 그들간의 관계를 설명하는 간선으로 문제를 단순화 시켜 구성하며, 이는 소셜 네트웍, 컴퓨터 전산망, 월드와이드웹, 생화학, 의학 뿐만 아니라 물리, 화학, 생물, 정보학, 인문학, 사회학 등 다양한 분야에 응용되고 있다. 본 고에서는 그래프론을 통해 빅데이터를 효과적으로 다룰 수 있는 방법론을 살펴보았다. 우선 그래프 빅데이터에 대한 획득, 저장, 관리, 분석 관점의 기술들을 소개하고, 이를 통해 향후 효과 적인 그래프 빅데이터 서비스 방법론을 사용자에게 제공할 수 있을 것이라고 본다. 좀 더 구체적인 응용 예로서 특허 빅데이터 및 유가분석 시스템에 대한 그래프론의 적용 사례를 소개하였다 Graph theory simplifies the real world so that the entities can be viewed as nodes and their relationships as edges. The graph theory has been effective and efficient for the big graph application areas such as social networks, computer connections, world wide web, bio-chemistry, medical as well as physics, chemistry, genetic biology, informatics, humanities, sociologies, etc. Recently various methodologies for analyzing bigdata have been investigated for capturing, storing, managing, and analyzing on which we introduced the graph theory as one of the most effective solutions thereafter. Specifically as a detailed application example, the patent big graph data analysis and oil price realtime network have been introduced in depth.
u-City 서비스 구축 및 운영을 위한 법제도 개선에 관한 연구

The vision of u-City is an implementation of ubiquitous environments that makes anybody to be able to access the source of information and knowledge in anywhere and anytime with any methods. It is necessary to study the law and institution of u-City about a role of the government and local governments to have a new growth power. We need to improve the related law and institution with standardization of u-City service to regulate and coordinate diversity of main organ and business area. In this paper, we select service modes to consider the priority order of service and suggest a reform measure of law and institution classified by service models.
