Railway is compsed in various components, such as subgrade, track bed, sleeper, rail, and overhead line, on a linear space. Therefore, comprehensive work for various design standards and guidelines is required when designing a railway facility. For this reason, much time and effort are required to review the relevant design standards and guidelines. While, automatic legal check system for BIM models has been developed in the architectural engineering, it has not been developed in the railway engineering. This study reviews the korean design standard and the korean code for railway engineering, and suggests some rule items of logical information. Comparing the suggested rule items to the railway BIM library, items of logical information and additional attribute information are obtained. The analysis results of railway design standards and BIM library presented in this study would be utilized for defining rule-set items that is essential for development of the automatic legal check system for railway BIM models.

국내에서 항만의 방파제는 안전점검 및 안전진단을 통해 기술적 상태평가를 수행하고, 필요 시 해당 시설물에 대해 유지관리를 수행한다. 그러나 최근 생애주기비용(Life Cycle Cost, LCC) 측면에서 기반시설에 대한 관리의 필요성이 증가함에 따라 「지속가능한 기반시설 관리 기본법」이 제정되고, 방파제의 기술적 부분만 평가했던 기존 평가방식에 경제성 평가 및 정책성 평가가 추가되어 성능개선을 통해 방파제에 대한 종합적인 관리가 가능해질 것으로 예측하고 있다. 이러한 이유로 본 연구는 「지속가능한 기반시설 관리 기본법」에서 규정하고 있는 총공사비 500억 미만의 방파제 성능개선사업을 대상으로 성능개선사업의 세부평가항목 및 방법 등을 개발하여 평가방안을 제시하고, 향후 실무에 적용될 성능개선 평가를 위한 방파제 성능개선 평가항목 및 평가방법의 개발 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구는 유지관리 및 성능개선의 개념 검토, 성능개선 관련 문헌조사, 성능개선 공통기준 사업유형 검토, 방파제 성능개선 평가항목 및 평가방법(안) 도출, 전문가 검토 등의 순서로 수행하였으며, 도출한 방파제 성능개선에 대한 평가방안은 지금까지 기술적 상태평가에 국한된 유지관리 업무에 성능개선을 적용한 구체적인 평가방법을 제시한 것으로 시설물의 선제적 관리 및 안전사고 예방에 활용 가능할 것으로 기대된다. Domestically, technical condition evaluation for breakwaters has been conducted through safety checks and safety diagnosis. If necessary, maintenance for the facility is conducted. However, in recent years, the need for infrastructure management has been increasing from a life-cycle-cost perspective. For these reasons, the “Sustainable Infrastructure Management Basic Act” was enacted. Previously, only the technical part of the breakwaters was evaluated. However, based on the act, comprehensive management of breakwaters will be possible through performance improvement by adding economic and political evaluations. In this study, evaluation factors and evaluation methods were developed for a breakwater rehabilitation project. The purpose of this study is to present a development direction, items, and methods for the evaluation of breakwater performance improvement to be applied in future practice. This study reviews the concept of maintenance and performance improvement, the literature related to performance improvement, and the project type for the common standard of performance improvement. Evaluation items and evaluation methods for breakwater rehabilitation are suggested to be reviewed by experts. The methodology suggested in this study could be used for preventive maintenance and to reduce accidents.

Light beacon structures are very essential to the maneuvering of ship especially in the night. The power is usually from the rechargeable battery connected to solar panel which generates electricity from the sunlight. There are two types of structures, one is floating and the other is fixed. In this study, we are dealing with the new power generation system motivated by the wave motion for the floating light beacon. The basic principle of new system is transforming wave motion into electricity by the solenoid that composed of circular tube coiled around and magnetic inside. We succeeded in generating electricity in the lab test using the motion actuator. On the basis of lab test experience it is applied to the real field, Samchuk port. The power unit is installed in the floating light buoy and generating electricity when the inclination of the buoy is beyond the certain limit. The amount of electricity depends on the wave height and wave period. The purpose of field test is to clarify the relationship between the wave condition and electricity.
해양 실측데이터 기반 부유식 구조물의 운동 재현에 관한 연구

The importance of renewable energy development progress actively by applying a variety of methods. wave-generation system needs actual ocean test for performance evaluation. Accordingly, this study is for motion reenactment of floating structures by controlling the simulator based on measured data. For collecting the data, installed buoy in the Jeju island set a tilt sensor. And measured data is transmitted to the server and collected by wireless communications. The behavior of 3 axis simulator applies interaction formula that is calculated by the plane of the equation and constraints about fixed axis gab of the simulator, and is selected roll, pitch for the variable based on measured data. Also this study progress verification of behavior of simulator, motion reenactment of floating structures and error by analyzing and comparing measured data installing a tilt sensor on the simulator.

Structural health monitoring systems are widely adopted to monitor the in-situ behavior of structure, to assess its performance under various loads, and to determine the structure’s condition. Thus the reliability of acquisition data plays a key role in managing of these systems. But conventional monitoring systems accompanying cable installations have indispensably the problems, such as involving electromagnetic noises and voltage drops. In this study, a new wireless sensing system consisting of remote sensors, A/D converters, and wireless communication controllers is developed and makes it possible to the multiplex communication and the low installation cost through eradication of extensive lengths of wires.
건설현장 3차원 점군 데이터 정합 정확성 향상을 위한 중첩비율 분석

Comparing to general scanning data, the 3D digital map for large construction sites and complex buildings consists of millions of points. The large construction site needs to be scanned multiple times by drone photogrammetry or terrestrial laser scanner (TLS) survey. The scanned point cloud data are required to be registrated with high resolution and high point density. Unlike the registration of 2D data, the matrix of translation and rotation are used for registration of 3D point cloud data. Archiving high accuracy with 3D point cloud data is not easy due to 3D Cartesian coordinate system. Therefore, in this study, iterative closest point (ICP) registration method for improve accuracy of 3D digital map was employed by different overlap ratio on 3D digital maps. This study conducted the accuracy test using different overlap ratios of two digital maps from 10% to 100%. The results of the accuracy test presented the optimal overlap ratios for an ICP registration method on digital maps.
