As the quality of life increases, the demand for enjoyment of leisure culture is increasing in modem society. This has led to the growth of cultural industries, creating many new cultural industries, and due to its recent engagement with digital technology, the development of digital cultural contents has rapidly expanded. As an integrated art field grafted with high technology, the game industry in particular is fusible with other various fields to create new leisure cultures. Taking these periodic conditions into consideration, this essay has presented a promotion scheme for game culture street based on the characteristics of game culture that make it easy for anyone to access. Game culture material signifies the grafting of cultural game characteristics to the physical platform of street, to provide, not only diverse applications of game culture, but also a market for vitalized game industries. This essay has researched the validity and components of game culture material promotion, along with promotion schemes for physical street.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate drug-loaded biodegradable membranes for guided tissue regeneration(GTR). The membranes were made by coating mesh of polyglycolic acid(PGA) with polylactic acid(PLA) containing 10% flurbiprofen or tetracycline. The thickness of membrane was $150{\pm}30{\mu}m$, and the pore size of surface was about $8{\mu}m$ in diameter. The release of drugs from the membrane was measured in vitro. Cytotoxity test for the membrane was performed by gingival fibroblast cell culture, and the tissue response was observed after implant of membrane into the dorsal skin of the rat for 8 wks. Ability to guided tissue regeneration of membranes were tested by measuring new bone in the calvarial defects(5mm in diameter) of the rat for 5 weeks. The amount of flurbiprofen and tetracycline released from membrane were about 30-60% during 7 days. Minimal cytotoxity was observed in the membrane except 20% drug containing membrane. In histologic finding of rat dorsal skin, many inflammatory cells were observed around e-PTFE, polyglactin 910 and PLAPGA membrane after 1 or 2 weeks. PLA-PGA membrane was perforated by connective tissue after 4 or 6 weeks, and divided as a segment at 8 weeks. In bone regeneration guiding potential test, tetracycline loaded membrane was most effective (p<O.O5). In histologic finding of rat calvaria, new bone formation was greater in defects covered by membrane than in defects uncovered. Tetracycline loaded membrane might be a useful barrier for GTR in periodontal treatment.


수종의 성분해성 차폐막의 생체분해도 및 조직 재생유도 능력에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to evaluate on the biodegradability, biocompatibility and tissue regenerative capacity of synthetic biodegradable $mernbranes-Resolut^{(R)}$, $Guidor^{(R)}$ and $Biomesh^{(R)}$. To evaluate the cell attachment on the membranes, in vitro, the number of gingival fibroblasts attached to each membrane was counted by hemocytometer. Cytotoxicity test for the membranes was performed by MTT test with gingival fibroblast For evaluation of guided- bone regenerative potential, the amount of new bone formation in the rat calvarial defects(5mm in diameter) beneath the membranes was observed for two weeks and examined of the specimens by Massons trichrome staining. Biodegradability was observed for 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after implantation of each materials under the skin of rats and examined the specimens with H & E staining. The number of cell attachment were the greatest in $Biomesh^{(R)}$ and followed by $Resolut^{(R)}$. Cell viability of three membranes was almost similar levels. Biodegradability of $Resolut^{(R)}$ was the highest among three membrane and the potential of guided bone regeneration was the greatest in the $Biomesh^{(R)}$ and $Resolut^{(R)}$ was followed. These results suggested that commercially available biodegradable membranes were non-toxic and highly potential to guided bone regeneration.


극한수문사상의 모의를 위한 포아송 클러스터 강우생성모형의 적용성 평가

본 연구는 우리나라의 극한강우와 극한홍수를 모의하기 위한 MBLRP 포아송 클러스터 강우생성모형의 적용성을 평가하였다. 국내 61개의 기상청 지상기상관측시스템의 강우량 관측지점에 대하여 고립입자 군집화 최적화(ISPSO) 기법을 적용하여 모형의 매개변수를 추정하고, 추정된 매개변수를 바탕으로 각 강우관측지점에서 100년치의 가상 강우시계열을 생성하였다. 생성된 강우시계열을 이용하여 확률강우량 및 확률홍수량을 산정하고 이 값들을 관측치에 근거하여 산정된 값들과 비교하였다. 비교 결과, 모형에 의한 확률강우량은 관측치보다 평균적으로 20~42% 작았으며, 강우의 재현기간이 증가할수록 과소산정되는 정도가 증가하였다. 확률홍수량의 경우, 모형에 의한 값이 관측치에 근거한 값보다 31%에서 50% 작았으며, 이 과소산정량은 홍수의 재현기간의 증가 및 유역의 불투수도의 증가와 함께 증가하였다.

본 논문에서는 UPnP를 이용하여 RFID 서비스 발견 및 제어를 할 수 있는 상황인식 서비스 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 자원이 부족한 RFID 태그의 서비스를 위한 미들웨어 플랫폼으로 UPnP를 적용한다. UPnP를 적용하여 시스템을 구축하면 상황인식 서비스의 개발이 용이하며 별도의 설정 없이도 RFID 디바이스 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다. 또한, RFID의 상황인식 데이터의 신뢰도를 높이기 위하여 SQL 기반의 클리닝 (cleaning) 모듈을 설계하고 구현한다. 제안 개발된 클리닝 모듈을 적용하여 RFID 시스템의 태그에 대한 순수 인식률을 $60{\sim}80%$ 정도에서 98% 이상으로 향상 시켰다. 제안된 UPnP 기반 RFID 상황인식 서비스 검증을 위하여 물류서비스에 대한 상황인식 시나리오를 제시하고, RFID 서비스 아키텍처 와 UPnP 서비스 발견 플랫폼을 구현하였다. 또한, 구현된 시나리오상에서 UPnP 서비스 광고 메시지의 네트워크 혼잡 기여도와 RFID 시스템의 태그에 대한 순수 인식률을 실험하고 분석하여 제안된 방식의 타당성을 검증한다. In this paper, it is presented to utilize UPnP as RFID service discovery and control mechanism for context-aware services. Using UPnP, it is possible to achieve easy deployment of context-aware services and to provide zero-configuration for RFID services. In addition, SQL based cleaning module which raises detection rates is developed since context-aware applications heavily rely on streams of data gathered from RFID tags. Using the cleaning technique, detection rates are improved from 60-80% to 98% or more In order to verify RFID context aware service based on the UPnP, sample context-aware scenario for physical distribution services is implemented on UPnP over RFID system. The impacts of UPnP messages (or service advertisements on network congestion and SQL cleaning module are experimented and analyzed, and the result show the good correctness and validity of the proposed system.
EnergyPlus의 시뮬레이션 결과와 실제 냉방에너지 사용량의 비교 분석 및 GHP와 EHP의 에너지 성능비교에 관한 연구

This paper is focused on the energy performance evaluation of Gas Engine Driven Heat Pump (GHP) and Electric Heat Pump (EHP) in accordance with the conversion factors for primary energy and secondary energy. Generally, primary energy of gas consumption is lower than that of electric consumption due to different conversion factors. For this study, we measured actual energy consumption for a target building in which GHP was installed with outdoor unit as HVAC system. The measured data was compared with simulated results from EnergyPlus developed by Department of Energy in USA. As a verifying results, the mean bias error and the root mean squared error of gas consumption were -0.19% and 10.5%, respectively. When we applied electric charge for general building, the cooling operating cost of the EHP was more expensive than that of the GHP in the building. However, operating cost of EHP showed lower than operating cost of GHP when we applied electric charge for the educational building due to reduced charge in accordance of building purpose. Even though the primary energy use of EHP was more used than that of GHP by 27.2%, secondary energy of GHP was higher than that of EHP by 42.6%, because the EHP has high-performance of COP 3.59 compared with the GHP performance of COP 1.13. Therefore, it is desirable to use gas for cooling energy of in a target building for primary energy.
