The air traffic are getting a lot of the impact of the weather delays, cancellations, etc. occur frequently. In particular, the phenomenon of global warming, extreme weather events have not experienced one after another and the various damage to users and operators are constantly occurring. In this respect, Take-off Minima of this study are presented need for standardization of ICAO Doc 9365(All Weather Operations). And Incheon International Airport to the introduction of a comprehensive improvement process will be introduced in the future to look forward to take advantage of domestic and international airport officials. In addition, implementation of the Take-off Minima to get direct and indirect economic effects, and will be introduced.
변혁적 리더십이 적응수행에 미치는 영향 : 학습조직의 조절효과 중심으로

Adaptive performance, employees` abilities to respond to the changing environment effectively becomes critical for organizations to survive in the rapidly changing business situations today. The first purpose of this study was to examine the impact of transformation leadership on adaptive performance. The other purpose of the study was to investigate the moderating effect of learning organization in the relationship between transformational leadership and adaptive performance. Based on 228 data from employees working in various industries in Korea, the study results demonstrated the positive impact of transformational leadership on adaptive performance. This study also confirmed the moderating effect of learning organization, in that the relationship between transformational leadership and adaptive performance was stronger when the level of learning organization was higher. The theoretical and practical implications of the research are discussed.

The purpose of this study is to explore factors affecting the longitudinal change patterns of career development and career development change trajectories of university students, focusing on career interest, career planning, career self-efficacy, and career independence, which are sub-factors of career development, and based on this, it reveals the things to keep in mind when designing a support plan. To this end, the 5th to 10th data of the Youth Panel Survey (YP) of the Korea Employment Information Service was used and the data were analyzed by applying the Latent Growth Modeling. The findings are as follows. First, the longitudinal trajectory of career interest does not change on average, but there is a difference between students in the rate of change of career interest. Second, it was found that career planning increased linearly, and the grade was analyzed to have a significant influence on the initial value of career planning, and parents' career interest had an impact on the initial value of career planning and the rate of change. Also, whether or not a university in the metropolitan area had an impact on the rate of change in career planning. Third, career self-efficacy decreased linearly and parents' career interest, grades, majors, and gender had an impact on the initial value of the career self-efficacy. Fourth, it was found that career independence increased linearly and whether a university in the metropolitan area had an effect on the initial value and rate of change of career independence, and household income had an effect on the initial value of career independence. The result of this research is expected to be used as basic data for establishing a support plan for the career development of university students in the future.
