The purpose of this study is to understand job satisfaction and factors affecting turnover intention of the hotel industry kitchen employees. As the result of the survey, I have supported that a series of the turnover mechanisms are necessary for the analysis of the turnover intention and factors of impact from the selection of appropriate factors. We have investigated the possible reasons for why the kitchen employees wish to change their jobs in order to provide a basis for making the counter-measure. For this purpose, we have selected 9 factors that could fluence the turnover intention through literature search and interviews with kitchen employees. Relative importance of each factors was assessed by analyzing the questionnaires from the 440 sample selected from 10 special grade hotels and 15 1st grade hotels. The results are as follows : The most common factors that underlie the turnover of the kitchen employees are satisfaction with reward contingent on performance, bureaucratic management, co-workers, feedback, pay, superiors, allowance of self-studies, job stability, task achievement. Finally, Throughout this study, I proposed strategies for turnover management observed during study. The objective of most of them was to increase commitment, reduce costs and strengthen job satisfaction in kitchen employees organization.

Digital broadcast in Korea being under way for almost 10 years and due by the end of 2012 is greatly changing the style of life. Having such a potential impact on life means it hardly permits any mistake in cooperated works of viewers, broadcasters, manufacturers and government for smooth transition. Now the early phase of digital transition is capturing the viewers with unseen features like HDTV, interactive data broadcasting, and multimedia service. But what will really thrill us is still to come with its capability far beyond high definition and interactivity.

The 8-VSB modulation technology developed by ATSC was adapted for national terrestrial DTV broadcasting. It uses same bandwidth of 6㎒ as the one of NTSC TV broadcasting. The simulcast on the both of analog and digital is mandated for some period, some shortage within the limited frequency resource . ATSC transmission technology is excellent in long distance broadcasting, but it is even poorer than other transmission technology In mobile receiving. Food service industry consumers require environmental hotel restaurant designs that can quickly adapt to new menu items now methods of service, different atmospheres or new operation procedures. The objective of this study was to develop a model for the identification of environmental factors in hotel restaurant. Increasing labor costs have to be offset by increasing labor productivity through improved workplaces, working conditions and using modern labor saving equipment. This methods of approaches to environmental restaurant management are also needed in order to minimize energy costs and to meet the ever increasing regulatory requirements imposed hotel restaurant industry and food service industry. All these considerations lead to the concluding an followed about the method of environmental kitchen basic design in hotel restaurants. The environmental hotel restaurant design or should plan it with a definite guideline on technique and managers of restaurant have much more interest in the satisfaction of customers and much of high-class service. I hope that this study will give some help to consumer and employee's satisfaction of restaurants and another food service facilities.

Purpose : To evaluate the role of CT in early detection, location, and extent of osteochondritisdissecans(OCD) of the elbow joint. Materials and Methods : We reviewed surgically proved 27 cases of 22 patientswith osteochondritis dissecans in elbow joint retrospectively. We compared simple x-ray(elbow AP & lateral) withCT on the basis of staging of OCD of talus by simple x-ray. Results : The frequency of location was asfollows:fourteen cases of capitellum, 5 cases of olecranon tip, 5 cases of medial epicondyle, 2 cases of trochlea,and 1 case of olecranon base. Among the 4 cases of normal finding on simple x-ray, CT showed 1 case of stage I,II, III, and IV OCD and among the 8 cases of stage I on simple x-ray, CT showed 2 cases of stage I, 1 case ofstage II, and 5 cases of stage III. Among the 3 cases of stage II on simple x-ray, CT showed 1 case of stage IIand 2 cases of stage III, Among the 5 cases of stage III on simple x-ray, CT showed 1 case of stage II, 2 cases ofstage III, and 2 cases of stage IV, but it was difficult to detect the presence or absence of attachment betweenthe articular cartilage of mother bone and osteochondral fragment. CT was more accurate than simple x-ray indetection of loose body. Conclusion : CT might be an useful imaging modality in early diagnosis of OCD andevaluation of its anatomic location and extent in elbow joint.
