        공기주입식공을 이용한 근막이완 운동이 성인의 척추 유연성에 미치는 영향

        Background: This study examined the effects of myofascial release exercise using an inflatable compression therapy ball on spinal flexibility in adults to present basic data to improve spinal flexibility. Methods: The participants were assigned randomly to two groups: the myofascial release exercise group (MRE, n=60) and the stretching exercise group (SE, n=60). The MRE group performed myofascial release exercise for the erector spine muscles using an inflatable compression therapy ball. The SE group performed stretching exercises of the erector spine muscles. Each exercise was performed in 3 sets of 10 repetition daily for one week. Results: The within-group comparison revealed a statistically significant difference between the pre-intervention and post-intervention measurements in only MRE group (p<.05). On the other hand, the between-group comparison revealed the MRE group to show statistically significant improvement in spinal flexibility (p<.05). In effect size, the MRE group was -1.82 (95% CI= -2.24~-1.39), and the SE group was -.7 (95% CI= -1.15~-.41). Conclusion: Myofascial release exercise for the erector spine muscles using an inflatable compression therapy ball was more effective in improving spinal flexibility than stretching exercises for the erector spinae muscles. However, although myofascial release exercise using inflatable compression therapy ball is more effective than stretching exercise, it is insignificant, and research is also insignificant. It is believed that more diverse studies using props will be needed in the future.

        한국합창음악에 나타난 국악적 요소에 관한 연구

        This dissertation is on how Korean traditional music elements and choral music are combined and expressed in Korean Choral music. In other words, this article explores how Korean traditional music elements mix with Western music`s basic elements of melodic line, rhythm and harmony to form the identity of Korean composer`s artistic elements, how these elements create the musical effect through choir, and how vibration forms the choral music quality. The examples in this study are choral music works primarily composed for professional choirs by In-Yong La (professor emeritus of composition at College of Music, Yonsei University), Jung-Sun Park (professor emeritus of composition at College of Music, Dankook University) and Geon-Yong Lee (professor of composition at School of Music, Korea National University of Arts). I plan to use the choral works recommended by the composer himself. The Korean traditional music qualities such as sonority, timbre and other musical elements in the previously mentioned composers` works can only be notated through Western music notation. Western music accurately notates the melody, harmony, and rhythm which form the basis of the player`s musical interpretation. However, when compared with Western music`s score and performance, Korean traditional music is quantifiable like the Western music but the extent to how the music is articulated varies largely on the player`s skill and musical interpretation. Thus, the player can only accurately express the ambience of Korean traditional music used in the composers work when he comprehends the Korean traditional music`s qualities and applies them well. To define the Korean traditional music elements, this study investigates how the rhythm (which bases on Korean traditional melody, scale, and rhythm) is expressed through harmony (which is based on Western music), in the above composer`s choral works to express the Korean timbre and sonority.

        목뼈 부위 감각운동 조절 훈련이 만성 목 통증 환자의 통증과 기능, 심리사회적 수준에 미치는 영향

        Background: It is reported that the proprioceptive sensation of patients with neck pain is reduced, and neck sensory-motor control training using visual feedback is reported to be effective. Objects: The purpose of this study is to investigate how sensorimotor control training for the cervical spine affects pain, function, and psychosocial status in patients with chronic cervical pain. Methods: The subjects consisted of 36 adults (male: 15, female: 21) who had experienced cervical spine pain for more than 6 weeks. An exercise program composed of cervical stabilization exercise (10 minutes), electrotherapy (10 minutes), manual therapy (10 minutes), and cervical sensorimotor control training (10 minutes) was implemented for both the experimental and the control groups. The cervical range of motion (CROM) and head repositioning accuracy were assessed using a CROM device. In the experimental group, the subjects wore a laser device on the head to provide visual feedback while following pictures in front of their eyes; whereas, in the control group, the subjects had the same training of following pictures without the laser device. Results: There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in pain, dysfunction, range of motion, or psychosocial status; however, post-test results showed significant decreases after 2 weeks and 4 weeks compared to baseline (p < 0.01), and after 4 weeks compared to after 2 weeks (p < 0.01). The cervical joint position sense differed significantly between the two groups (p < 0.05). Conclusion: In this study, visual feedback enhanced proprioception in the cervical spine, resulting in improved cervical joint position sense. On the other hand, there were no significant effects on pain, dysfunction, range of motion, or psychosocial status.

        Micro fabrication of biochip such like lab-on-a-chip becomes increasingly important. In this study, we designed and manufactured of new molds which were main factors for forming process in order to mass produce of biochip using forming process. Forming analysis of biochip was performed by Moldflow software. Results of this study are able to design and manufacture the mold which can be easy to eject the workpiece by using the slide mechanism for biochip.

        박형 도광판의 음각, 양각 마이크로 패턴 성형성에 관한 연구

        LCD-BLU (Liquid Crystal Display - Back Light Unit) is one of kernel parts of LCD unit and it consists of several optical sheets(such as prism, diffuser and protector sheets), LCP (Light Guide Plate), light source (CCFL or LED) and mold frame. The LGP of LCD-BLU is usually manufactured by forming numerous dots with $50-200{\mu}m$ in diameter on it by erosion method. But the surface of the erosion dots of LGP is very rough due to the characteristics of the erosion process during the mold fabrication, so that its light loss is high along with the dispersion of light into the surface. Accordingly, there is a limit in raising the luminance of LCD-BLU. Especially, the negative and positive micro-lens pattern fabricated by modified LiGA with thermal reflow process was applied to the optical design of LGP.

        PSC 풍도슬래브에 부착된 내화패널의 내화특성에 관한 실험연구

        In this Study, the performance of precast PSC slabs with fire resistance panel for fire resistance of the tunnel system was evaluated by experimentally. The fire test was performed in fire resistance (electric) furnace according to RABT(Richtlinien fur die Ausstatung und den Betrieb von stra${\beta}$entunneln) time heating temperature curve. The test results showed that the measured temperatures at the t=0 mm depth of PSC slab with precast fire resistance panel during a fire was maximum temperature $367^{\circ}C$, lower than $380^{\circ}C$ (ITA 2004), when damage occurs. Also, at the t=25 mm, the maximum temperature was $239^{\circ}C$, which was lower than the damage temperature of rebar, $250^{\circ}C$. From the results, the use of precast fire resistance panel (t=25 mm) improves fire resistance of PSC structures. 본 연구에서는 터널에서 발생되는 화재로부터 구조물을 보호하기 위해 내화패널이 부착된 프리캐스트 PSC 슬래브의 내화성능을 조사하기 위해 내화실험이 수행되었다. 내화실험은 독일의 RABT(Richtlinien fur die Ausstatung und den Betrieb von stra${\beta}$entunneln) 화재시간-온도곡선을 적용하여 내화성능을 평가하는 것으로 하였다. ITA(2004)에서 제시하는 기준에 따라 내화성능 시험을 수행한 결과, 콘크리트의 손상을 판단하는 위치인 t=0mm의 최대온도는 $367^{\circ}C$로서 손상한계온도 $380^{\circ}C$(ITA 2004)이하였으며, 철근의 손상을 판단하는 위치인 t=25mm의 최대온도는 $239^{\circ}C$로서 손상 한계온도인 $250^{\circ}C$이하로 나타났다. 실험결과로부터, 25mm두께의 내화패널이 부착된 프리스트레스 슬래브 시험체는 내화성능을 가진 것으로 입증되었다.

        미세채널 전사성 향상을 위한 사출성형 공정최적화 기초연구

        Micro channel is to fabricate desired pattern on the polymer substrate by pressing the patterned mold against the substrate which is heated above the glass transition temperature, and it is a high throughput fabrication method for bio chip, optical microstructure, etc. due to the simultaneous large area patterning. However, the bad pattern fidelity in large area patterning is one of the obstacles to applying the hot embossing technology for mass production. In the present study, stamper of cross channel with width $100{\mu}m$ and height $50{\mu}m$ was manufactured using UV-LiGA process. Micro channel was manufactured using stamper manufactured in this study. Also replicability appliance was evaluated for micro channel and factors affected replicability were investigated using Taguchi method.

        사출성형 특성을 고려한 2인치 휴대폰용 도광판 금형제작에 관한 연구

        Recently, many researches have been done to improve optical performance of LCD-BLU(Back Light Unit). One of the most important parts in LCD-BLU is LGP(Light Guiding Plate). Micro-patterned LGP is known to have different optical characteristics depending on their shape, pattern density and size, etc. In the present study, a micro-optical patterned LGP mold was fabricated using LiGA process. The difference in the optical characteristics between positive and negative patterned LGP's was investigated by fixing the density, location and size of each pattern. It was found that the negative patterned LGP showed better optical characteristics than positive one.

        내화패널이 부착된 프리캐스트 PSC 풍도슬래브의 정적/동적하중에 관한 실험연구

        본 연구에서는 장대터널이나 지하차도 등에 시공되는 횡류식 환기시스템을 구성하는 내화패널이 부착된 프리캐스트 풍도슬래브의 구조성능을 평가하기 위해서 실물모형 구조실험을 수행하였다. 또한 내화패널의 휨강도와 Pull-off test를 통하여 내화패널과 슬래브의 부착성능 등의 기초성능을 우선적으로 확인하였다. 실물모형시험은 내화패널과 프리캐스트 PSC 슬래브의 정적 휨성능과 차량의 통행 시 발생하는 표면압력 이상의 하중에 대한 동적피로부착성능을 평가하였다. 동적피로하중 시험에서 내화패널과 PSC 슬래브 사이의 탈락이나 손상은 발생하지 않았으며, 정적재하시험에서도 매우 안정적인 거동을 보였으며, 하부에 부착된 내화패널의 탈락은 발생하지 않았다. 따라서 시공 중이나 시공 후 외부하중에 의해 내화패널의 탈락은 발생하지 않을 것으로 판단된다. In the longway tunnel and underground traffic road, the structure of transverse ventilation system is constructed by the airpit slab. In this study, the full scale specimens of the PSC airpit slab that attached rif resistance panel are performed the static and dynamic loading tests for evaluation of bending capacity. The first of all, it confirmed the evaluations about the fundamental efficiency of the fire resistance panel and PSC slab by the 3-point bending test and pull-off test. The tests are performed for evaluation of the bending resistance under ultimate static load and the bonded capacity under dynamic fatigue load. A fatigue test is performed for an investigation of the effect on wind pressure that is developed by transit of traffic. The damage or debonding on surface between fire resistance panel and PSC slab was not developed in dynamic fatigue load test, also the behavior of the specimens is very stable and the debonding of the fire resistance panel attached at the bottom surface of PSC slab was not developed in static load test, too. Therefore, the crack or debonding of the fire resistance panel will be not developed by external loads during the construction or completion of the precast fire resistance system.
