        여성선수의 성폭력 예방을 위한 정책적 우선순위 결정

        The aim of this study was to determine the political priority recognitions to set sexual harassment prevention policies of female athletes by using Fuzzy AHP method, to figure out any potential sexual harassment by male coaches, and to provide some tangible information on the preventions of sexual harassment strategically. Microsoft Office Excel 2010 was used for data processing and analysis and the following results were made. First, in the recognition of sexual harassment of female athletes, female athletes mostly hated the “relational side” followed by “verbal side” and “physical side”. Second, in the total measurement factors, female athletes hated intentional physical contacts at ordinary life or training, personal interview having nothing with the training, unpleasant sexual jokes, verbal abuse, private meeting requests, sexual comparison with appearance, coach`s personal emotion expression, and exposure of specific body and physical contacts under the medical treatment and injury prevention in priority。

        양궁선수들의 자기관리와 자신감과의 관계

        본 연구는 양궁선수들의 성별과 소속팀, 그리고 수행수준에 따라서 자기관리와 자신감과의 차이가 있는지, 자기관리가 자신감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상자는 제25회 대통령기 전국 남녀 양궁선수권대회에 참가한 고등학교, 대학교, 실업팀에 소속된 선수들이다. 자기관리는 운동선수 자기관리행동 설문지 그리고 자신감은 한국형스포츠자신감 설문지를 사용하여 t-검증, 일원변량분석, 그리고 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 성별에 따른 자기관리 및 자신감은 차이가 없었으며, 소속팀에 따른 자기관리 및 자신감은 자기관리의 하위요인인 정신관리, 자신감의 하위요인인 사회적지지, 코치의 지도력, 신체적/정신적, 준비에서 차이가 나타났다. 실업팀 선수들이 자기관리 및 자신감이 뛰어난 것을 알 수 있었으며, 수행수준에 따른 자기관리 및 자신감은 자기관리의 하위요인인 훈련관리, 정신관리, 자신감의 하위요인인 사회적지지, 코치지도력, 신체적/정신적 준비에서 차이가 나타났다. 또한 우수선수들이 자기관리 및 자신감이 뛰어난 것을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 자기관리가 자신감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 능력입증과 사회적지지는 훈련관리, 대인관리가 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 코치지도력은 정신관리, 몸관리가 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 신체적/정신적준비는 훈련관리, 정신관리가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between archers` self-management and self-confidence according to the gender, belonging team and to verify the effects of self-management on their confidence. Subjects were selected among, the archers, who had participated in the 25th Presidential Men`s and Women`s National Archery Championship Tournament from high schools, universities and amateur archery teams. The questionnaires for sport man`s self management and confidence were used. Such statistical methods ad t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis by stages were done. According to the results, by gender, there was no significant difference in self-management and confidence. By belonging team, self-management showed difference in mental management, a subordinate factor of self-management, and confidence showed difference in public encouragement, coach leadership and physical/mental status, subordinate factors of confidence. Especially, it was learned that amateurs showed good in self-management and confidence. By performance level, self-management showed difference on training, management and mental management, subordinate factors of self-management, and confidence showed difference in public encouragement, coach leadership and physical/mental status, subordinate factors of confidence. In particular, it was learned that the best archers showed good in self-management and confidence. In conclusion, reviewing the influence of self-management on self-confidence, competency recognition and public encouragement were influenced by training management and human relations management. Coach leadership was influenced by mental and physical management and physical/mental status were influenced by training management and mental management.

        다문화 가정 초등학생의 방과 후 스포츠클럽 참여와 또래 관계와의 관계에서 자아 탄력성의 매개 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 다문화가정 초등학생의 방과 후 스포츠클럽참여와 또래관계와의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이에 2014년 전남지역 중에서 순천, 여수, 광양 지역의 다문화가정 초등학생을 모집단으로 선정하여 2014년 11월 3일부터 12월 28일까지 군집표집방법을 통해 187명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석과 AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 방과 후 스포츠클럽참여는 자아탄력성에 정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자아탄력성은 또래관계에 정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 방과 후 스포츠클럽참여는 또래관계에 정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 방과 후 스포츠클럽참여와 또래관계에서 자아탄력성은 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 부분적으로 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들을 종합해 볼 때, 다문화가정 초등학생에게 방과 후 스포츠클럽참여는 자아탄력성과 또래관계를 향상시킬 수 있는 수단이 되고 있으며, 자아탄력성은 방과 후 스포츠클럽참여와 또래관계에서 중요한 매개변수 역할을 하고 있다는 것을 시사하고 있다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediation effects of ego-resilience between after-school sports participation and peer relationship of elementary school student whose family was multicultural. Methods: A survey was conducted of achieving the goal of the study on elementary school student from multicultural family especially living in Suncheon, Yesu and Gwangyang cities in Jeonnam provinces from Nov. 3 thru Dec. 28. 2014. The questionnaires from 187 participants were collected by cluster sampling method. For data processing, SPSS 22.0 Version was used for frequency analysis, explore factor analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis and AMOS 20.0 Program was used for confirmative factor analysis and structural equation modeling analysis. Results: First, after-school sports participation positively predicted ego-resilience. Second, ego-resilience positively predicted peer relationship. Third, after-school sports participation positively predicted peer relationship. Fourth, ego-resilience was partially mediated between after-school sports participation and peer relationship. Conclusion: It was learned that after-school sports participation could help elementary school student from multicultural family improve ego-resilience and peer relationship and furthermore, ego-resilience worked for an important mediating role in after-school sports participation and peer relationship.

        스포츠활동에 참여한 대학생들의 정신건강 프로파일

        The purpose of the study was to investigate the relation of university students’ mental health profile to sports participation. The study group was selected from 3 universities located in Gwangju and Jeonnam provinces and total 292 questionnaires were analyzed via MANOVA and the following conclusions were made. Firstly, by gender, it indicated significant difference in physical, depression, hospitality, fear anxiety and mental condition. Female students showed lower ratings in physical, depression, fear anxiety and mental condition than male students, while male students showed lower rating in depression than female students. Secondly, by school year, it represented significant difference in depression, paranoia and mental health. Depression was less found in junior, while paranoia and mental health were less found in senior. Thirdly, by participation rate, it indicated significant difference in all subordinate factors of mental health, of physical, obsessive neurosis, anthropophobia, depression, uneasiness, hospitality, fear anxiety, paranoia and mental condition. Regular sports participation group showed better mental health than non-participation group.

        가정주부들의 스포츠 활동 참여정도와 스트레스가 생활만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study was to verify the influence of sports participation and stress to life satisfaction by housewives. A survey was conducted of achieving the object of the study on housewives who were participation in sports activities in S-, G-, and Y-City in Jeonnam province in 2009. Total 426 surveys were analyzed with SPSS 16.0 program via available sampling using frequency analysis, crombach'αand gradational multiple regression analysis. And the following conclusions were made. Firstly, housewives' sports participation influenced on positive(+) effects in participation time as social duty performance and self-confidence which was the sub-ordinate factors of stress and on negative(-) effects both in participation time as depression, sleeping disorder and uneasiness and in participation frequency as general health and life force. Secondly, analyzing the influences of housewives' sports participation level on life satisfaction, it showed positive(+)effects on participation frequency, participation time and participation period. Thirdly, analyzing the influence of the stress on life satisfaction, it represented positive(+) effects on social duty performance and self-confidence.

        중학생의 과외 스포츠 활동 참여동기가 신체적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of participation motivation in extracurricular sports on physical self-efficacy of middle school students. The objects of this research were middle school students in Suncheon, Yesu and Gwangyang in cities. Each 100 student at one middle school in a city was selected via cluster sampling method total 241 surveys were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 program using t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis and the following conclusions were made. Firstly, the participation motivation by gender showed significant differences in the fields of achievement, technical enhancement, pleasure, condition, sociability, health/strength, appearance and no-motivation and male students featured higher participation motivation than female. Physical self-efficacy showed significant differences in the fields of recognized physical competency, physical self-expression and male students featured higher recognition in physical self-efficacy than female. Secondly, the school grade showed significant difference in pleasure and sociability and the 3rd grade students featured higher participation motivation than other school grades. Physical self-efficacy showed significant differences in physical self-expression confidence and the 3rd grade students featured higher recognition in physical self-efficacy than other grades. Thirdly, the participation level showed significant differences in achievement, pleasure, condition, sociability, health/strength, appearance, no-motivation and the daily participating group featured higher participation motivation than others. Physical self-efficacy showed significant differences in recognized physical competency and physical self-expression confidence and the daily participating group featured higher recognition in physical self-efficacy than others. Fourthly, after investigating the influence of motivation participation on physical self-efficacy by multiple regression analysis, it was noticed that condition influenced on participation motivation and sociability on physical self-expression confidence, respectively.

        Fuzzy AHP를 활용한 실업팀 운동선수들의 운동 스트레스 우선순위 탐색

        본 연구는 실업팀 운동선수들의 운동 스트레스 우선순위를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전라남도 실업팀에서 선수생활을 하고 있는 운동선수 21명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, 델파이 조사와 Fuzzy AHP를 이용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 운동 스트레스 평가요인으로 시합 스트레스, 훈련 스트레스, 지도자 스트레스, 생활 스트레스 등 4개의 평가영역과 16개의 평가항목으로 구성되었다. 둘째, 실업팀 운동선수들의 운동 스트레스에 대한 AHP 분석 결과, 시합 스트레스의 우선순위가 가장 높게 나타났고, 훈련 스트레스, 지도자 스트레스, 생활 스트레스 순으로 상대적 중요도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 실업팀 운동선수들이 겪고 있는 운동 스트레스에 대해 심도 있게 이해할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study is to research the priorities of exercise stress of amateur team players. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 21 athletes who are playing in the field in Jeollanamdo province. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, Delphi survey and Fuzzy AHP to obtain the following conclusions. First, the exercise stress evaluation factors are composed 4 evaluation areas, such as game stress, training stress, leader stress and life stress with 16 evaluation item. Second, AHP analysis for exercise stress showed that the game stress was the highest stress by the amateur team players, Followed by training stress, leader stress and life stress. This study results are expected to provide the basic data to understand the exercise stress in-depth experienced by amateur team players.

        재호 여학생들의 유학생활 부적응에 따른 스포츠 참여가 심리적 안녕감, 자아존중감 및 학교적응에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 재호 여학생들의 유학생활 부적응에 따른 스포츠 참여가 심리적 안녕감, 자아존중감 및 학교 적응에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 2010년 호주 시드니에서 유학생활에 부적응을 보이고 있는 50명의 여자중등학생들을 대상으로 실시하였다. 측정도구는 참여동기, 심리적 안녕감, 자아존중감, 학교적응 설문지를 사전, 사후검사로 실시하였으며, SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램으로 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 독립표본 t-검증, 반복측정 분산분석 그리고 대응표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 집단 및 측정시기별 반복측정 분산분석을 실시한 결과, 첫째, 심리적 안녕감 변인 중에서 자아수용, 긍정적 대인관계, 환경통제력, 자율성이 실험집단에서 사전보다 사후에 더 긍정적으로 변화한 것으로 나타났으나, 통제집단에서는 모든 하위 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 자아존중감 변인에서 긍정적 질문, 부정적 질문은 실험집단에서 사전보다 사후에 더 긍정적으로 변화한 것으로 나타났으나, 통제집단에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 학교적응 변인 중에서 환경적응, 친구적응, 생활적응이 실험집단에서 사전보다 사후에 더 긍정적으로 변화한 것으로 나타났으나, 통제집단에서는 모든 하위 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. This study was to investigate the effects of sports participation to those who showed poor adjustment to living and studying abroad on psychological well-being, self-esteem, and school adjustment of Korean female middle-school students studying in Australia. For the study, 50 female middle school students were selected who showed poor adjustment to living and studying in a pre-test on the School Adjustment scale in Sydney, Australia in 2010. SPSS 18.0 software was used to calculate the means and standard deviations for all scales for both conditions. Psychological Well-Being Scale, Self-Esteem Scale and School Adjustment Scale were used in the pre-test and post-test. Data analysis was performed through frequency analysis, reliability test, independent sample t-test, repeated measures and paired samples t-test. And the findings were as follows. Firstly, in the psychological well-being scales, the sports participation condition showed positive changes in self-acceptance, positive personnel relations with others, environmental mastery and autonomy in the post-test rather than pre-test, while the placebo attention condition showed no significant changes in all sub-scales. Secondly, in self-esteem scales, the sports participation condition showed more positive changes in the positive questions and negative questions in the post-test rather than pre-test, while the placebo attention condition showed no significant changes in all sub-scales. Thirdly, in the school adjustment scales, the sports participation condition showed more positive changes in school environmental adjustment, friend adjustment and school life adjustment in the post-test rather than pre-test, while the placebo attention condition showed no significant changes in all sub-scales.

        초등학생의 방과 후 체육활동경험과 신체적 자기개념 및 정서와의 관계

        The purpose of the study was to examine the relation of after-school sports activity experiences on physical self-concept and emotion of elementary school students. The subject of the study was 5th and 6th grade students of elementary school attending at D, N and P Elementary School in "S" city. Total 255 students were collected via cluster sampling. Such statistical method as t-test and multiple regression analysis by stages were done for data analysis. The results of the study were summarized as follows. Firstly, analyzing it by gender, girls showed high scores in appearance and flexibility, whereas boys m cody fat and regular sports participation in the sub-scales of physical self-concept. Also boys showed high in pride and achievements in the sub-scales of emotion. Secondly, analyzing it by grade, 5th grade students showed high scores in health, appearance, body fat and flexibility in the sub-scales of physical self-concept. 5th grade students also showed high in fun, pride and purification, while 6th grade students in achievements in the sub-scales of emotion. Thirdly, by analyzing it by sports activity experiences, the sports participation group showed high in appearance, flexibility, regular sports participation and endurance m the sub-scales of physical self-concept and fun, pride, purification and achievements in the sub-scales of emotion, respectively. Fourthly, analyzing the effects of physical self-concept on emotion. flexibility and muscle strength influenced on fun, muscle, appearance and regular sports participation influenced on pride, and flexibility and appearance on purification, and regular sports participation influenced on achievement, respectively.
