        약용식물의 사료화에 관한 연구 1 . 우슬 ( Achranthes Japonica Nakai ) 의 사료적 가치

        To investigate the nutritive values of Achranthes Japonica Nakai this experiment was carried out for 1 year and 7 months from March, 1976 through October, 1977. Characteristics, yield and chemical composition of Achranthes Japonica Nakai by cutting stages were investigated. The results obtained were as follows; 1. Average plant height of Achranthes Japonica Nakai was 59.5㎝. The plant height at the 2 nd cutting stage was 69.5㎝ and was highest among the cutting stage. 2. Number of tiller of Achranthes Japonica Nakai increased as the cutting stage advanced and number of branch was Rightest at the 1st cutting stage. 3. Achranthes Japonica Nakai produced 4718㎏ of green forage per l0a and produced more yield at the 2nd cutting stage than at and other cutting stages. Dry matter yield of Achranthes Japonica Nakai was 757㎏ per 10a. 4. Crude protein content of Achranthes Japonica Nakai decreased and crude fiber content increased as the cutting stage progressed. The crude protein and crude fiber contents of AchranthesJaponica Nakai showed a great difference by the cutting stages. It may be concluded that Achranthes Japonica Nakai has a similar value compared with improved grasses on the yield and chemical composition, therefore, it could be developed as a forage resource.

        율무의 재배법에 관한 연구 1 . 시비 적량 시험

        This experiment was carried out to investigate the amount of fertilizer application in Coix lacryma L. by the cutting stage. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The grass length was not affected by the amount of fertilizer application in the 1st and 2nd cutting stage. However in the 3rd cutting stage the grass length was significantly (P$lt;0.05) affected by the amount of fertilizer application. 2. The yield significantly (P$lt;0.01) increased as the fertilizing level increased in the 1st and 2nd cutting stage, however, the yield in the 3rd and overall cutting stage was not affected by the amount of fertilizer application. However, treatment-Ⅱ, treatment-Ⅷ and treatment-Ⅸ which were plentiful of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium produced more green grass than other treatments. 3. Therefore it may be. concluded that the moderate amount of fertilizer application in Coix lacryma L. which is cultivated for green forge was 14㎏ of nitrogen per 10a., 7.5㎏ of phosphorus per 10a. and 11㎏ of potassium per 10a.

      • 율무의 飼料的 價値에 關한 硏究 : 율무栽培의 經濟的 分析 The economic analysis in culture Coix ma-yuen Roman

        율무쌀과 靑刈율무 生産의 經濟性을 알고자 1985年 1月부터 1985年 11月에 걸쳐 調査 分析한 結果를 보면 다음과 같다. 1. 율무쌀은 他 穀類飼料에 比하여 營養價値가 높고 靑刈율무는 다른 禾本科牧草와 비슷했다. 2. 율무쌀의 ㎏當 價格은 2,467원이었다. 3. 율무쌀과 靑刈율무의 10a當 粗收益은 696,976원 및 99,156원이였고, 純利益은 572,797 및 44,555원이었다. 4. 資本效率은 율무쌀 및 靑刈율무에서 561.27 및 181.60이였고 農業所得率은 17.8 및 55.06이였다. 5. ㎏當 生産 勞動費는 율무쌀은 159.3원이였고, 靑刈율무는 1.8원이였다. 6. ㎏當 生産肥料費는 율무쌀 및 靑刈율무에서 39.2 및 1.4원이였다. To investigate the economic analysis of the hulled and the green fodder culture of Coix ma-yuen Roman. this investigation carried out during Junuary 1985 to November, the same year. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. The nutritive of the hulled Coix ma-yuen Roman. highly investigated then feed grains, and the green fodder simillary in vestigated other gramineous pasture. 2. The selling price of the hulled Coix ma-yue Roman. per ㎏ wasestimated 2,.467won. 3. The gross profit of the hulled and the green fodder culture of Coix ma-yuen Roman. per 10a was investigated 696,976 and 99,156 won and the Net incomes was investigated 572,797 and 44,555 won. 4. The efficiency of capital of the hulled and the green fodder culture of Coix ma-yuen Roman. was 561.27 and 181.60. The agricultural income rate was 17.81 and 55.06. 5. The production labor cost per ㎏ of the hulled and the green fodder culture of Coix ma-yuen Roman. was estimated 159.3 and 1.8 won. 6. The production fertilizer cost per ㎏ of the hulled and the green fodder products of Coix ma-yoen Roman. was estimated 39.2 and 1.4 won.

      • 율무의 飼料的 價値에 關한 硏究 : 刈取時期가 율무(Coix ma-yuen Roman)와 염주(Coix Lachryma-Jobi L.)의 一般成分에 미치는 영향 Effect of the cutting stage on chemical composition of Coix Lachry ma-Jobi L. and Coix ma-yucun Roman

        刈取時期別 율무와 염주의 飼料的價値를 알고저 4月 24日, 5月 11日, 5月 25日, 6月 16日 및 出穗 80%일 때 乾物率과 一般粗性分含量을 分析한結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 乾物率含量은 율무 1.71%~20.84%, 염주 8.77%~22.20%의 範圍였다. 2. 4月 24日 및 5月 11日에 刈取한 율무의 粗蛋白質含量은 19.93% 및 18.49%로서 平均 19.21%이고 염주의 17.72%에 비해 多少 높았다. 3. 5月 25日과 6月 16日에 刈取한 율무의 粗蛋白質含量은 13.94% 및 11.63%(χ ̄12.79%)이며 염주는 15.56% 및 11.11(χ ̄13.34%)였고 出穗 80% 刈取時는 율무와 염주가 各各 10.55% 및 9.13%였다. 4. 一般的으로 粗蛋白質, 粗脂肪含量은 成長이 進行됨에 따라 낮아지는 傾向이었으나 粗織維含量은 增加되었고 可溶無空素物 및 ??分含量은 近似한 差異를 보였다. The chemical compositions analyzed by A.O.A.C.(1981) method in order to find out the feeding value of Coix ma-yuen Roman and Coix Lachry ma-jobi L. by cutting stage, the 24th of April, the 11th of May, the 25th of May and the 16th of June were as follow: 1. The dry matter rations of Coix ma-yuen Roman. and Coix Lachry ma-Jobi L. were 1.71-20.84 and 8.77-22.20%. 2. The crude protein contents of Coix ma-yuen Roman. at the 24th April and the 11th of May were 19.93 and 18.49%, average crude protein content was higher with 19.21% than 17.72% of Coix Lachry ma-Jobi L. 3. The crude protein contents of Coix ma-yuen Roman. and Coix Lachry ma-Jobi L. at the 25th of May and the 16th of June were 13.94 and 11.63%(χ ̄=12.79%), 15.56 and 11.11%(χ ̄=13.34%). Those of Coix ma-yuen Roman. and Coix Lachry ma-Jobi L. cutting at the 80% of heading were 10.55 and 9.13%. 4. Though crude protein and crude fat contents were gradually low by growing, crude fiber content was increased.

      • 牧草의 栽培에 關한 硏究 : 第Ⅱ報 北方型 導入牧草의 生育 및 收量 檢定 Ⅱ. On the Investigation of Growth and Development and Yield of Imported Northern Type Pasture Plant

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the growth and development and yield of 39 species of imported northern type pasture plants cultivated during 15 months from September, 1980 to November, 1981 at Fields of Grass Research, Department of Daily Science, Jinju Agricultural and Forestry Junior Technical College. The results obtained are as follows: 1. K-Ky-Blue grass(43cm), Ti-Odenwalder(56cm), M-Cosmos Ⅱ(58cm), T-Ky-fescue31(58cm) and O-Dorise(54cm) of all the pasture plants were superior to plnt length of those. 2. Ratio of Summer depression was slightly low, but there were differences among various pasture plants. 3. Ratio of weed of the Tall fescue was lower than that of all the other pasture plants. 4. Disease resistance in all the pasture plants was strong and there were differences among all the those. 5. Range of number of tillers in each pasture was 3.2-5.0. 6. Timothy, Meadow fescue, and Orchard grass in the regrowth vigor were slightly strong. 7. Each green yield of K-Majestic, Ti-Heidreinle, M-S215, T-Demeter and O-Floreal was 2794, 4001, 4694, 5194 and 4494kg. Those of all the pasture plantes were superios. 8. Ratio of dry matter of each the pasture plant was Kentucky blue grass 22.11-32.17%, Timothy 19.87-25.89%, Meadow fescue 15.82-18.87%, Tall fescue 18.38-20.95% and Orchard grass 16.05-20.91%. 9. Each dry matter yield of K-ky-blue grass, T-Heilbrink, M-S215, T-Demeter and O-WW-tardus Ⅱ was 742.59kg, 827.01kg, 825.67kg, 1088.14kg and 918.16kg.

      • 靑刈用 交雜 옥수수의 生育特性 및 生産性에 關한 調査

        In order to investigate the growth characteristics and yield performance oi the corn hybrid cultivated during 6 months from Mar. 1983 to Sep. the same year at fields of grass research, Dept. of Dairy Science, Jinju Agricultural & Forestry Junior Techical College. The results obtained are as follows: 1. the budding ratio was slightly low by unseasonableness of weather at the seeding day. 2. The growth of Gwang oggu hybrid was slightly superior to that of Hwang oggu at heading, tasseling and dough stage. 3. The plant length and No. leaf of Gwang oggu hybrid were superior to those of Hwang oggu by growth stage. 4. Disease resistance was generally strong, but it was necessary to control corn borer because of being well affected by it. 5. The yields of Gwang oggu hybrid and Hwang oggu are summarized as follows:

      • 慶南地域의 人工授精實態調査

        The status of artificial insemination of Korean cattle, Dairy cattle and Pig was surveyed at Animal farms located Gyeongnam ares during 2 years from Jan. 1981 to Dec. 1982 and The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. No. head of A. I. by breeds were high in the order of Korean cattle. Dairy cattle and Pig. 2. No. head of A. I. by months were higher than the other months with 42.44% of Korean cattle at 7­9 months 29.0% Dairy cattle at 10­12 months and each 29.7 and 27.28%, Pig at 4­6 and 10­12 months. 3. No. head of A. I. by years were gradually increased as the year passed and these of Korean cattle were incrased with 1.2 times and Dairy cattle 1.1 times, but Pig decreased 4. The conception rate of Korean cattle was 78.46%, Pig 78.38% and Dairy cattle 72.71 and Korean cattle was superior to the others. 5. All the conception rates of the animal surveyed were superior at 4­6 and 10­12 months, but 7­9 months was lower than the other months.

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of starting body weight on fattening period and body weight gain in short and middle period fattening with the data obtained from the 3 group allotted the starting body weight of 300kg(T3), 250kg(t2) and 200kg(T1) in 15 heads of Korean Native Bulls. The results obtained were as follows: 1. Each average daily weight gain(kg) of 200, 250 and 300kg group was .924, .953 and 1.005 during the experimental fattening period. 2. The fattening period that body weight gain declined, was about 4 months and over after starting fattening. It was suggested that this trend be contributed to the seasonal changes. 3. The consumed fattening period in reaching 420kg at 200, 250 and 300kg group was 230, 189 and 126 days. each. 4. Each DCP and TDN consumed for kg body weight gain a 300, 250 and 200kg group was .874, .885 and .891 and 5622, 5700 and 5733kg. 5. Each daily benefit of 300, 250 and 200kg was 560.17, 657.3 and 723 won. the shorter fattening period was, the higher daily benefit was.

      • 포유류의 초기 배자를 이용한 염색체 분석에 관한 연구

        초기배자로부터 분할란의 성(性) 감별과 분할배의 발생 성공은 성의 식별과 더불어 유전적으로 우수한 개체의 생산이 가능함을 의미한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 새앙쥐(mouse) 및 소의 초기배자 상태의 수정란을 이용한 염색체 분석 기술을 개발하고, 각 수정란의 성의 판별과 이들의 유전적 특성을 구명하고자 하였다. 초기 배자를 이용한 염색체 분리의 최적 조건을 결정하기 위하여 colcemid의 농도, colcemid의 처리시간 및 공시된 배자의 발생단계별 분석을 새앙쥐의 배자로서 수행하였다. 분석 결과 염색체 분리에 있어 colcemid의 처리 시간이 유의적인 차이를 보인 반면 다른 요인들 간에는 별다른 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 소의 체외수정란을 이용한 염색체 분석에서는 공시된 수정란의 93%이상에서 증기상의 유도가 가능하였고, 이들 중 65%에서 성의 식별이 가능하였다. 또한 수정란의 분석된 성비는 1:1로서 자연적 성비와 일치하였다. 염색체 분석에 의한 배자의 조기성 감별은 처리 과정상의 기술적 요인들에 의해 매우 큰 영향을 받는데 특히 hypotonic의 처리방법 및 fixation의 방법을 적절히 처리하므로서 효율적이고 높은 성공률을 기대할 수 있다. Chromosome analysis from biopsied or splitted embryos which were fertilized in uitro or in vivo implicates a possibility of production of the genetical superior animals and sex controlled individuals. Therefore, this study was carried out to develop the technical method for chromosome preparation from early bovine and mouse embryos and to identify their sex and genetic characteristics. To determine optimum condition of chromosome preparation, the several factors which include the concentration of colcemid, the duration of culture and embryonic stage were analyzed from mouse embryos. According to analysis, the duration of culture had significantly influence on chromosome preparation. The other factors were not significantly difference among the treatments. In the results of chromosome preparation from intact bovine embryos, the rate of embryos with one or more metaphase plates was 93%, and of embryos with sex analyzable metaphase chromosomes are 65%. Sex ratio of male and female was approximatly 1:1 same as natural sex ratio. The inducing rate of analyzable metaphase was mainly due to technical aspects, expecially hypotonic treatment and fixation.

      • 대두박에 대한 extrusion처리 및 formaldehyde처리가 젖소의 반추위내 in situ분해율에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of temperature of extrusion processing on ruminal degradation characteristics of soybean meal. Four ruminally cannulated Holstein cows were employed to in situ trial and treatments were composed of soybean meals untreated(Control), extruded at 115, 130 and 155℃, and treated with 0.3% formaldehyde(HCHO). The nylon bags were suspended for 0, 3, 6, 9, 12 and 24 hours in the rumen, respectively. Animals fed the diet of 50 : 50 in concentrate and orchard grass hay at 110% of NRC(1988) requirements, and were freely access to water and mineral block. The regression equations for degradation characteristics and effective degradability(ED) of crude protein of soybean meals in the rumen were obtained as follows. Control P = 26.41 + 69.86(1-e^-0.041t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 57.89% 115℃ extrusion P = 3.39 + 44.76(1-e^-0.013t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 12.63% 130℃ extrusion P = 2.79 + 56.60(1-e^-0.015t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 15.85% 155℃ extrusion P = 1.71 + 31.48(1-e^-0.018t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 0.04% 0.3% HCHO P = 7.23 + 35.14(1-e^-0.015t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 15.34% where, P = Degradability during the time(t) suspended in the rumen, k = Passage rate at the rumen(%/hr/100). Ruminal degradabilities of dry matter, crude protein, organic matter and energy significantly (P<.01) decreased by extrusion or HCHO treatments, but did not affected by the temperature of extrusion processing. The ruminal degradation of soybean meals treated extrusion and formaldehyde, paticularly crude protein, was low beyond expectation.
