      • V_2 O_5-TeO_2 유리계에서의 철 이온에 관한 Mo¨ssbauer 효과

        V_2O_5-TeO_2 유리계에서의 철 이온의 狀態는 Rh에 도프된 Co^57을 線源으로한 Mo¨ssbauer spectroscopy에 의해 硏究되었다. 유리들은 이미 여러 연구가들에 의해 보고된 유리가 되는 영역내에서 서로 다른 成分比로 준비되었다. 본 硏究에서는 유리試料에 불순물로 酸化鐵을 첨가하였다. V_2O_5-TeO_2 유리계의 基本的인 成分比는 xV_2O_5(1-x)·TeO_2·yFe_2O_3인데 여기서 x는 0.85, 0.70 및 0.55의 몰比이고 y는 0.03, 0.05 및 0.55의 몰 比로 하였다. 이 混合物들을 자기 도가니에 넣어 空氣中에서 900℃의 溫度로 약 2時間동안 용융시켰다. 이렇게 만들어진 試料는 X-ray diffractometer를 使用하여 유리임을 確認하였다. 試料들의 isomer shift, quadrupole splitting, intensity ratio와 酸化鐵의 原子價 狀態 등을 조사 분석하였다. 이들 유리에서의 鐵이온의 isomer shift의 값은 0.204∼0.347㎜/sec, quadrupole splittiing의 값은 0.571∼0.751㎜/sec이며, 原子價는 3價 狀態였다. 酸化鐵이 증가함에 따라 isomer shift의 값과 quadrupole splitting의 값은 감소하였다. 유리들의 isomer shift 값은 鐵이온이 octahedral coordination 임을 나타내었다. The states of iron in V_2O_5-TeO_2 glasses were studied by the Mo¨ssbauer spectroscopy for which Co^57 doped in Rhodium was used as the source. The glasses prepared with different composition in the region of glass formation have been reported by several researchers. In our study, we added ferric oxide as an impurity our glass specimens. The bass compositions of V_2O_5-TeO_2 glasses were as follow; xV_2O_5-(1-x)TeO_2-yFe_2O_3 where x is 0.85, 0.70 or 0.55 mole ratio and y is 0.03, 0.05 or 0.08 mole ratio. The mixtures were melted in pocerlain crucible at the ambient temperature, 900℃ for 2 hours. The Mo¨ssbauer spectroscopy obtained were decomposed and analyzed to investigate isomer shift.

      • Mo¨ssbauer 분광법에 의한 Mg-Cd 페라이트계의 자기적 성질 연구

        In this study, the magnetic properties of Mg_(1-X)Cd_(X)Fe₂O₄ ferrite system has been studied by Mo‥ssbauer spectroscopy. All the samples, prepared by a ceramic sintering method, were found to be single phase spinel by X-ray diffractometry. The Mo‥ssbauer spectra. for x<=0.3, show two magnetic hyperfine splittings. one due to Fe^3+ octahedral site ions and the other due to tetrahedral site ions. While for x=0.4 spectrum shows relaxation behaviour and for x>=0.5 it exhibits quadrupole splittings. This result implicates that the magnetic properties of Mg_(1-X)Cd_(X)Fe₂O₄ferrite system change from ferrimagnetics to paramagnetics as increasing x, And the x, Cd content, dependence of Mo‥ssbauer parameters (isomer shift, quadrupole splitting, magnetic hyperfine field and line width) were investigated.

      • γ線이 照射된 Polyethylene 의 熱發光에 관한 硏究

        Thermoluminescence(TL) during warming has been found in previously oxidized polyethylene after γ-irradiation in air a room temperature. During warming, TL peak appears at about 380 K, close to the crystallite melting temperature. It appears that the presence of crystallites is essential for an appearance of the TL, and that the oxides due to ozone contribute to the TL.

      • 陽極酸化法에 의한 이온 注入된 Si의 Depth Profile

        The depth profile is investigated from anodization method, after implanting Li^+ ion with low energy (〈20keV) into p-type silicon wafer by means of low energy accelerator which is designed and constructed in this research. The energy loss process for Li^+ ion is mixed with the electron stopping and nuclear stopping energy loss. The Li^+ ion transfer from a substitutional state to an interstitial state because of an interaction with the vacancy defect. The computer simulated state because of an interaction with the vacancy defect. The computer simulated LSS theory is in fairly good agreement with the experimental results.

      • 이온 주입된 반도체의 TSC

        We have investigated the role trap energy level, hole capture cross section and a defect model from thermally stimulated current (TSC) curves of p-type Si implated Li^+ ions. The TSC curve shows a peak at 121K and the value of δ/ω is 0.57, which means that the TSC is due to a 2nd kinetic order mechanism. The trap energy levels obtained from deexcitation method. The values of E_T and σ are 0.28eV and 8.3×10^-16㎠, respectively. This hole trap may be due to the (Li_I+O+V) defect.

      • Mo¨ssbauer 분광법을 이용한 10MnO_2-10Fe_2O_3-30Na_2O-50SiO_2 유리내의 Fe^3+ 이온에 관한 연구

        We have studied the Mo¨ssbauer parameters for Fe^(3+) ion in the quenched glass and heat treated glass and heat treated glasses. The Mo¨ssbauer spectra of the quenched glass were investigated at various temperatures from 60K to 300K. Using the center shift and kinetic temperature, the Debye and einstein temperatures were calculated. The quenched glass was heat-treated at various temperatures from 530℃ to 710℃ for five hours. Both the isomer shit and quadrupole splitting parameters decreased near 590℃. And regardless of heat treatment, the Fe^(3+) ion was predominantly octahedrally coordinated.

        The problem evaluating the electric field gradient (EFG), asymmetry parameter and Debye-Waller factor by analyzing of the Mossbauer single crystal spectrum in resonant nuclear was discussed. This method can be described by calculating the partially polarized absorption cross section ratio dependence of the non-polarized γ-ray direction. Especially in disodium pen-tacyanonitrosyl ferrate dihydrate (SNP) crystal the example can be shown that the evaluation of the effective thickness is calculated by direct transmission integral and indirect resonant absorption area from Lorentz-curve.

      • 10MgO-10Fe_2O_3-30Na_2O-5OSiO_2 유리의 Mo¨ssbauer 효과 연구

        The Mo¨ssbauer effect studies of the quenched glass and heat-treated glasses were performed. The Debye and Einstien temperatures of the quenched glass, determined using the center shift and kinetic temperature, are 540K and 430K respectively. The X-ray diffraction pattern showed that the heat-treated glasses were crystallized. Form the isomer shift of the heat-treated glasses, it was concluded that the Fe^(3+) ion is predominantly octahedrally coordinated.

        Mo¨ssbauer spectroscopy has been carried out to investigate the ionic states of Fe atoms contained in the hematinics. From the Mo¨ssbauer parameters we can define the hyperfine interactions of Fe atoms with surrounding elements related to Fe ionic states. The Fe in the sample used as hematinics usually exist in the S=2 high spin state of Fe^(+2) or in the S=1/2 low spin state of Fe^(+3). In this study we knew that Fe^(+2) state was preferable to Fe^(+3) state on the hematinics.

      • 非晶質 Se의 TSC에 관한 硏究

        TSC 法을 이용하여 非晶質 Se 內의 deep trap을 調査하였다. trap activation energy를 구하는데 peak shape法, initial rise法 및 heating rate法을 사용하였으며 TSC 曲線은 204K와 310K에서 각각 peak를 보임을 알았다. 이 TSC 曲線으로부터 두 개의 hole trap levels이 存在함을 알았고 그 값은 0.92eV와 0.23eV이었다. 또한 이때 trap carrier들이 주로 hole임을 알 수 있었다. Deep traps in amorphous selenium are measured by means of a thermally stimulated current(TSC) technique. Peak shape method, initial rise method, and heating rate method are applied to obtain the trap activation energy. Two TSC peaks were observed near 204K and 310K, which were identified as having originated from two hole trap levels at 0.92eV and 0.23eV, above the valence band respectively. It is found that he trapped carriers are mainly holes in the temperature range 70∼330K.
