        체육 수업에서 지각된 학습 환경이 중학생의 행동 활성화/억제 및 도움 요청 행동에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 체육수업에서 지각된 학습환경이 중학생의 행동활성화/억제 및 도움요청행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구에 참여한 연구대상자는 K시에 소재하고 있는 중학교 2개교를 임의로 선정한 후유층무선표집방법을 이용하여 360명(남학생 180명, 여학생 180명)의 자료를 표집하였다. 회수된 설문 자료 중에서 미흡한 34명의 자료를 제외한 326명의 자료를 최종적으로 실제분석에 이용하였다. 연구도구는 체육수업 학습환경 검사지, 행동활성화 및 억제 검사지, 그리고 도움요청행동 검사지를 이용하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석한 결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 지각된 학습환경의 도전지각 환경과 유능지각 환경은 행동활성화의 긍정적 수업태도, 친구관계, 교사행동, 정서전환 모두에 정적 영향을 주며, 위협지각 환경은 친구관계와 정서전환에 부적 영향을 준다. 그리고 지각된 학습환경의 도전지각 환경과 유능지각 환경은 유능감 부족에 부적 영향을 주며, 위협지각 환경은 유능감 부족, 부정적 교사태도, 획일적 수업구조, 처벌 모두에 정적 영향을 준다. 둘째, 지각된 학습환경의 도전지각 환경과 유능지각 환경, 위협지각 환경 모두는 도움요청에 정적 영향을 준다. 그리고 도전지각 환경은 도움회피에 부적 영향을 주는 반면에, 위협지각 환경은 정적 영향을 준다. 셋째, 행동활성화의 교사행동은 도움요청에 정적 영향을 주며, 긍정적 수업태도는 도움회피에 부적 영향을 준다. 그리고 행동억제의 유능감 부족은 도움회피에 정적 영향을 준다. 이상의 결론으로 보아, 체육수업에서 지각된 학습환경이 중학생의 행동활성화 및 억제, 그리고 도움요청행동에 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하였다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of perceived learning environment on behavioral activation and inhibition and help-seeking behaviors of middle school students in physical education class. Methods: The subjects of this study consisted of 326 middle school students. The used instruments were the Lyu(2013) for measuring physical education learning environment scales, the Choi & Huh(2012) for measuring behavioral activation and inhibition scales, and the Kim(2012) for measuring help-seeking behaviors scales. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis as a statistical method. Results: The result of this study were as follows. First, both perceived challenge environment and perceived competence environment positively influenced to all of the scales of behavior activation, but perceived threat environment negatively influenced to friend relationship and emotion change. And both perceived challenge environment and perceived competence environment negatively influenced to lack of self-efficacy, but perceived threat environment positively influenced to all of the scales of behavior inhibition. Second, all of the scales of learning environment positively influenced to help-seeking. And perceived challenge environment negatively influenced to help avoidance, but perceived threat environment positively influenced to help avoidance. Third, teacher behavior positively influenced to help-seeking, but positive class attitude negatively influenced to help avoidance. And lack of self-efficacy positively influenced to help avoidance. Conclusion: Through these results, we was verified that perceived learning environment influence on the behavioral activation and inhibition and help-seeking behaviors of middle school students in physical education.

        대학생의 운동행동변화단계에 따른 신체적 자기개념과 정서

        The purpose of this study was to analyze on physical self-concept and emotion according to the stage of change in exercise behavior of university students. The subjects of this study consisted of 498(male=258, female=240) college students. The instruments used were the Kim(2001) for measuring physical self-concept and Jung(1997) for measuring Emotions. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, chi-square test and one-way ANOVA. There was significant difference between males' and females' in the stages of change in exercise behavior. There were significant difference in sports competence, physical activity, flexibility, endurance, muscle strength between males according to the stage of change in exercise behavior. And there were significant differences in sport competence, health, physical activity, flexibility, endurance, muscle strength between females according to the stage of change in exercise behavior. Both males and females were significant difference in positive emotion according to the stage of change in exercise behavior.

        체육수업에서 지각된 교사-동료의 자율성지지가 중학생의 학습동기화전략 및 자기핸디캡에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 체육수업에서 지각된 교사-동료의 자율성지지가 중학생의 학습동기화 전략 및 자기핸디캡에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 자료 수집은 2016년 4월 1일부터 4월29일까지였으며, G시와 K시에 소재한 중학교 2개교를 임의로 선정하여 해당학교 재학생을 대상으로 할당표집방법에 의해 360명(남학생 180명, 여학생 180명)의 추출한 표본 중에서 339명의 자료를 최종 실제분석에 이용하였다. 이 연구에 참여한 연구대상은 교사와 동료의 자율성지지와 학습동기화전략 그리고 자기핸디캡을 측정하는 검사지에 응답하였다. 자료 분석은 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 이 연구의 분석결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사-동료의 자율성지지는 학습동기화전략의 자기효능감, 내적가치, 인지전략의 사용, 자기조절에 정적 영향을 준다. 둘째, 교사의 자율성지지는 자기핸디캡에 부적 영향을 준다. 셋째, 학습동기화전략의 평가불안은 자기핸디캡에 정적영향을 주는 반면에, 내적가치와 자기조절은 자기핸디캡에 부적 영향을 준다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perceived autonomy support from teacher and peers on learning motivated strategies and self-handicapping of middle school students in physical education class. The subjects of this study consisted of 360 middle school students in G and K city from April 1 to 29, 2016. But, among of subjects, it consisted of 339 middle school students except 21 students. The used instruments were the Park, Kim, & Kim(2010) for measuring perceived autonomy support scale, the Jung & Park(2013) for measuring motivated strategies for learning scale, and the Hwang & Park(2010) for measuring self-handicapping scale. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis as a statistical method. The results of this study was as follow. First, the autonomy support from teacher and peers positively influenced to self-efficacy, intrinsic value, the use of cognitive strategy, and self-regulation in motivated strategies for learning. Second, the autonomy support from teacher negatively influenced to self-handicapping. Third, evaluation anxiety positively influenced to self-handicapping but, intrinsic value and self-regulation negatively influenced to self-handicapping.

        고등학생의 신체상 자기차이가 신체적 자기개념, 우울, 섭식장애에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of body image self-discrepancy on physical self-concept, depression and eating disorder. The subjects of this study consisted of 437(226 boys and 211 girls) high school students. The used instruments were Jo(2006) for measuring body image and Kim(2001) for measuring physical self-concept and Seo(2006) for measuring depression and Sin(1997) for measuring eating disorder. The data was analyzed by two way ANOVA, Chi-square test, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis as a statical method. The result of this study was as follows. First, among the subscales of physical self-concept according to gender is that sport competence, physical activity and endurance of schoolboys was significantly higher than that of schoolgirls. And sport competence, body fat, appearance, physical activity, endurance of actual group(-) was significantly higher than that of actual satisfaction group and actual group(+). Second, actual group(-) have higher depression than actual satisfaction group and actual group(+). And in case of schoolboys, actual group(-) and actual satisfaction group have higher depression than actual group(+). Third, anorexia of schoolgirls was significantly higher than that of schoolboys. And anorexia of actual group(-) was significantly higher than that of acutal group(+) and actual satisfaction group. And bulimia of actual group(-) was significantly higher than that of actual group(+) and actual satisfaction group. Forth, body image self-discrepancy positively influenced physical self-concept and negatively influenced depression, eating disorder. Fifth, physical self-concept negatively influenced depression and eating order. Sixth, depression positively influenced eating disorder.

      • 생태심리학적 관점에서 바라 본 인간의 움직임

        This study examined the new approaches to the understanding of human movement. Human movement is reviewed in three aspects, or information-processing perspective, dynamic perspective, ecological psychology perspective. Among the three aspects, ecological psychology perspective was to try to understand human movement by using three concepts of direct perception, affordance, invariants. Especially, direct perception in the related to the understanding of human movement is a very important factor in the ecological psychology perspective. That is, it was understood that in the information-processing perspective, human movement about the inflowed external information was formed by hierarchical control structure. But it was understood that in the ecological psychology perspective, human movement about the inflowed external information was formed by causal control structure. Therefore, ecological psychology perspective about the human movement is very suitable for explaining motor performance formed mainly by using visual perception information of postural control, locomotion, downhill behavior of skiing, long jumping, etc.

        체육수업에서 교사의 배려가 중학생의 수업내적동기 및 학습태도에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 체육수업에서 교사의 배려가 중학생의 수업내적동기 및 학습태도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 이 연구의 설문조사는 2019년 5월 31일부터 6월 28일까지 수행되어졌다. 그리고 G시에 소재한 혼성 중학교 2개교를 임의로 선정하여 해당학교 재학생을 대상으로 할당표집방법에 의해 480명(남학생 240명, 여학생 240명)을 추출하였으며, 수집된 자료 중에서 345명의 설문자료만을 최종적으로 설문자료 분석에 이용하였다. 이 연구에서 사용한 연구도구는 연구대상자의 일반적 특성, 교사의 배려, 수업내적동기, 학습태도의 검사지를 활용하여 설문지를 구성하였다. 자료분석은 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 이용하였다. 분석한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 세심함과 일관성은 재미·노력에 정적 영향을 주며, 세심함은 유능감에 정적 영향을 준다. 그리고 포용은 긴장에 정적 영향을 주는 반면에, 세심함과 공평함은 긴장에 부적 영향을 준다. 둘째, 포용과 안전감은 성취동기에 정적 영향을 주며, 세심함은 흥미와 주의집중에 정적 영향을 준다. 그리고 포용과 일관성은 학습의 욕에 정적 영향을 준다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of teacher’s care on intrinsic motivation and learning attitude of middle school students in physical education classes. The subjects of this study consisted of 435 middle school students. The used instruments were the Oh & Shin(2016) for measuring teacher’s care scale, the Um & Kim(2003) for measuring intrinsic motivation scale, and the Na(2003) for measuring learning attitude scale. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis as a statistical method. The results of this study was as follow. First, both careful and consistency positively influenced to interest-efforts, and careful positively influenced to competence. And while embrace positively influenced to tension, both careful and fairness negatively influenced to tension. Second, bothe embrace and safety positively influenced to achievement motivation, but careful positively influenced to interest and attention. And both embrace and consistency positively influenced to learning desire.

        체육수업에서 학습환경이 중학생의 학습성향 및 체육태도에 미치는 영향

        목적 이 연구는 체육수업에서 학습환경이 중학생의 학습성향 및 체육태도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 연구대상은 G시에 소재한 혼성중학교 2개교를 임의로 선정하여 할당표집방법에 의해 360명(남학생 180명, 여학생 180명)의 표본을 추출하였다. 추출한 표본 중에서 324명의 자료를 최종적으로 실제분석에 이용하였다. 이 연구에 이용한 연구도구는 연구대상의 일반적 특성, 학습환경, 학습성향, 체육태도의 검사지를 활용하여 설문지를 구성하였다. 자료분석은 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 결과 이 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습환경의 도전지각 환경은 공동체 의식에 정적 영향을 준다. 그리고 도전지각 환경과 유능지각 환경은 협력학습에 정적 영향을 준다. 둘째, 도전지각 환경은 즐거움에 정적 영향을 준다. 그리고 도전지각 환경은 유용성에 정적 영향을 주는 반면에, 위협지각 환경은 유용성에 부적 영향을 준다. 결론 이 연구에서는 체육수업에서 지각한 학습환경은 학생의 학습성향과 체육태도에 부분적으로 역할을 하고 있음을 시사하고 있다. Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perceived physical education learning environment on learning orientations and attitude toward physical education of middle school students in the physical education classes. Methods The subjects of this study consisted of 324 middle school students. The used instruments were the Lyu(2013) for measuring perceived physical education learning environment scale, the Park & Jung(2010) for measuring learning orientations scale, and the Park & Lee(2011) for measuring attitude toward physical education. For the analysis of data, exploratory fator analysis, correlation analysis, simple/mutiple regression analysis, and reliability analysis were used with SPSS programs. Results The results of this study was as follow. First, perceived challenge environment positively influenced to sense of community. And both perceived challenge environment and perceived competence environment positively influenced to collaborative learning. Second, perceived challenge environment positively influenced to enjoyment. And perceived challenge environment positively influenced to usefulness but, perceived threat environment negatively influenced to usefulness. Conclusions The results of the this study suggest that perceived physical education learning environment plays a partly meaningful role in learning orientations and attitude toward physical education.

        성과 신체상 자기-차이가 초등학생의 체육교과태도와 체육수업내적동기에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of gender and body image self-discrepancy on physical education attitude and physical intrinsic motivation of elementary students. The subjects of this study consisted of 675 elementary students. The used instruments were the Cho(2006) for measuring body image and Kim(2005) for measuring Korean Physical Education Attitude Scale(KPEAS) and Um & Kim(2003) for measuring physical education intrinsic motivation. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlational analysis and multiple regression analysis, ANOVA, as a statistical method. The result of this study was as follows. First, all of the subscales of korea physical education attitude is that male students has significantly higher than that of female students. and, actual satisfaction group and actual group(+) have significantly higher positive emotion-physical activity and movement, negative emotion, health and fitness, and personnel relations than that of actual group(-). Second, male students has higher enjoyment/effort and competence than that of female students. but, female students has higher tension than that of male students. And actual satisfaction group and actual group(+) have significantly higher enjoyment/effort and competence than that of actual group(-). but actual group(-) has significantly higher tension than that of actual satisfaction group and actual group(+). Third, physical education attitude had an effect on physical education instrinsic motivation.

        체육계열 대학생의 각성추구성향이 자아탄력성 및 스트레스대처에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of arousal seeking on ego-resilience and stress coping of university students majoring physical education. The subjects of this study consisted of 381 university students. The scales used in this study were arousal seeking scale by Jung(2002), ego-resilience scale by Park(2009), and stress coping scale by Park(1995). The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, t test, correlation analysis and regression analysis as a statistical method. The main findings of this study were follows. First, thrill seeking was higher students majoring physical education than students majoring non-physical education. And both novelty seeking and thrill seeking were higher male than female. Second, both novelty seeking and thrill seeking positively influenced ego-resilience. Third, novelty seeking positively influenced stress coping, or problem-focused coping, social support coping, and wishful thinking coping. Forth, ego-resilience positively influenced stress coping, or problem-focused coping, emotion-focused coping,social support coping, and wishful thinking coping.
