유아교사의 역할갈등과 적응적 정서조절전략, 심리적 소진 간의 구조적 관계

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 역할갈등과 심리적 소진 간의 관계에서 적응적 정서조절전략의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 연구대상은 충남, 대전, 세종 지역의 유치원과 어린이집 교사 414명이었으며, 자료수집은 역할갈등, 적응적 정서조절전략, 심리적 소진 척도와 사회인구학적 특성이 포함된 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 상관관계와 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 역할갈등과 적응적 정서조절전략은 부적 상관이 있었다. 역할갈등과 심리적 소진은 정적 상관이 있었다. 적응적 정서조절전략과 심리적 소진은 부적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 역할갈등은 적응적 정서조절전략을 매개로 하여 심리적 소진에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 유아교사의 심리적 소진을 예방하기 위해 역할갈등을 줄이고, 적응적 정서조절전략 활용을 지원하기 위한 정책적, 교육적 지원이 필요함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate structural relationships between role conflict and psychological burnout among early childhood teachers, focusing on adaptive emotion regulation strategies’ mediating effect of between the two variables. The sample was 414 teachers of kindergartens and daycare centers in Chungnam, Daejeon, and Sejong. Data were collected through a survey on, their role conflict, adaptive emotion regulation strategies, psychological burnout scale, and sociodemographic characteristics, and correlational analysis and structural equation modeling were conducted. The study results are as follows. First, there was a negative correlation between role conflict and adaptive emotion regulation strategies, while there was a positive correlation between role conflict and psychological burnout. A negative correlation was found between adaptive emotion regulation strategies and psychological burnout. Second, a statistically significant mediating effect of the adaptive emotion regulation strategies was found in the relationship between role conflict and psychological burnout: role conflict had an indirect effect on psychological burnout through adaptive emotion regulation strategies. These results suggest that policy and educational support for early childhood teachers is needed to reduce role conflicts and help them to better utilize adaptive emotion regulation strategies, which can prevent psychological burnout.

저진공 펌프 성능 특성평가 기술개발 프로그램의 경제적 파급효과분석

최근, 산업발전을 지원하는 관련기관의 특정 산업에 대한 연구개발 프로그램의 필요성을 검증함에 있어서 그 경제적 근거 제시의 요구가 점증하고 있다. 즉, 연구과 제의 경제적 파급효과(impact)에 대한 분석의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 이는 프로젝트가 결정되고 나면 그것을 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 전략적인 기획과 경제적 파급효과의 평가가 뒤따라야 한다는 것이다. NIST 등에서는 공공부문에서 진행 중이거나 완료된 연구프로젝트에 대한 사회적 수익률(SRR)을 산정하기 위해 내부수익률 산정법을 사용한다. 한국표준과학연구원 진공기술센터의 저진공 펌프 특성(성능)평가 기술개발은 1999년도 이후 저진공 펌프 공급업체에 대한 펌프 성능의 정확한 데이터를 제공하여 기기의 신뢰성을 향상시키고, 납기단축 등의 효과를 제공하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 KRISS 진공기술센터의 저진공 펌프 성능평가 기술개발 프로그램을 통한 기술 하부구조에서 이루어진 투자가 한국 산업에 미친 경제적 파급효과의 분석하는 것이다.<BR> 경제적 파급효과분석은 저진공 펌프 성능평가 기술개발의 output과 관련된 비용 데이터와 경제적 편익의 평가에 기초하였다. 순 편익은 국내 저진공 펌프 산업의 조사를 가상현실(counterfactual) 시나리오를 통해 산정하였다.<BR> 분석결과, 내부수익률이 144.1%, 편익/비용(BCR)의 값이 14.1로 높게 나타났는데, 이는 저진공 펌프 성능평가 기술개발이 광범위한 국내 산업에 큰 영향을 주는 사회적 가치가 있는 활동을 추구하고 있다는 것을 의미한다. In this paper, we analyzed the economic impact of the characteristics evaluation for low vacuum pump, a R&D program of the Center for Vacuum Technology, KRISS(Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science). We segmented benefits through this program to the following - development and supply of knowledge on the characteristics evaluation for low vacuum pump, diminution of transaction cost between supplier and user, strengthening competitive power of user through enhancement of characteristics evaluation. Since the economic evaluation for the last benefit was very difficult, we based the output between benefit and cost to analyze the economic impact of the characteristics evaluation for low vacuum pump. We estimated net benefit from the economic impact of the characteristics evaluation for low vacuum pump through counterfactual scenario. As results of analyses, we obtained IRR of 144.1 %, BCR of 14.1.

본 연구에서는 우리나라 산업체와 관련기관의 측정기술, 기기 및 인력의 수요를 각 분야별로 조사하고, 이와 함께 국가표준 및 교정제도에 대한 의견 및 애로사항 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 정밀측정기술의 발전방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 결과는 앞으로 산업체의 각 분약에 걸쳐 정말측정기술에 대한 인식의 변화와 정밀측정기술 인력의 양성 및 시설·설비투자의 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대한다. In this study, we summarise the status of demand and contents on the precision measurement technology. And we provide the Enhancement scheme of the precision measurement technology in Korea through findings on national standards and calibration system. Results of this report is respected to provide the improvement for precision measurement technology and to advance system of precision measuring instruments, the level of precision and accuracy, the system calibration, the quality of the technical manpower for measurement etc. in korea industry.

The precision measurement technology is the infrastructure of industry technology and thus it is the critical element in the quality and hi-tech products. Nevertheless, the precision measurement technology in Korean industry is the lower level of the advanced state. In this study, we survey the demand of precision measurement technology including instrument and technologies in Korean industry, and provide the objective data on the level of precision measurement technology based on the report "A Study on the Current Status of Precision Measurement in Korea(KRISS, 2001)" . We summarize contents on the precision measurement technology in Korean industry, provide the assessment model for the level of precision measurement technology, and analyze the results of these. The level of the precision measurement technology of National Standards Institution, MISS, approaches those of the advanced state, but levels of the precision measurement technology in Korean industry are 2-3 years behind levels of National Standards Institution. Analysis model and results are analyzed for the important index to compare the levels of the precision measurement technology in Korean industry. Therefore, it is expected to provide the development for precision measurement technology and improve the system of precision measuring instruments, level of precision and accuracy, calibration, technical manpower for measurement etc. in Korean industry.
