근간대성 경련을 주소로 내원한 11일된 여아로, 1형 활택뇌증과 특징적인 안면 이상, FISH에서 17p13.3의 미세 결실을 보여 Miller-Dieker 증후군으로 진단되었다. 경련은 4개월에 영아 연축, 3년 6개월에 Lennox-Gastaut 증후군으로 진행되었고, 항경련제에 의해 잘 조절되지 않았다. 현재 환아는 8세로, 심한 정신 운동 발달 지연과 심한 성장 부진을 보인다. 저자들은 난치성 간질을 동반하면서 장기간 생존해 있는 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하며, 유전학의 최근 진전, 동반 간질, 유전상담을 중점적으로 기술하고자 하였다. Miller-Dieker syndrome is a contiguous gene deletion syndrome involving chromosome 17p13.3, which is characterized by type 1(classical) lissencephaly and typical craniofacial abnormalities. Children with Miller-Dieker syndrome have profound psychomotor retardation, seizures that often are intractable, chronic feeding problems that lead to recurrent pneumonia, and shortened lifespan. We have experienced a Miller-Dieker syndrome female who has lived to 8years, showing severe mental and motor retardation and intractable epilepsy. She was diagnosed as Miller-Dieker syndrome in the neonatal period, showing typical facial features, type 1 lissencephaly, and chromosome 17p13.3 microdeletion in fluorescence in situ hybridization. Infantile spasm occurred at 4 months of age and progressed to Lennox-Gastaut syndrome at 3 years and 6 months, both of which were not controlled by antiepileptic drugs.

Rubber mount is widely used to reduce vibration of machine or structure. Especially, rubber mount is an important component to reduce vibration due to engine, cooling fan and compressor in vehicles. This paper studies optimal design of rubber mount to reduce stiffness. Maximum stress of rubber mount must be smaller than allowable stress. And design variables are selected to describe the shape of rubber mount. It is shown that stiffness of rubber mount can be reduced by redesigning the shape of rubber mount.
고장력 인장봉으로 보강한 RC보의 인장철근비에 따른 보강 효과에 관한 연구

The objectives of this study are to check the flexural capacities of RC beams strengthened with unbonded high-tension bars and to provide the test results applying the strengthening design. The advantages of proposed strengthening method consist in speed and simplicity of installation and strengthening performance independent from skilled worker. A set of ten laboratory tests on RC beams strengthened with high-strength bars is reported. The main test parameters are the diameter of high-strength bar and the ratio of tension reinforcement. Applied prestress ratio of high-tension bar is 40% of nominal yield stress of high-tension bar. There are some cases that unbonded strengthening member doesn't yield, the present experiment appied 40% of prestress shows that the strain high-tension bars of all RC beam specimens was more than yield strain. Additionally, the trend of flexible behavior according to the ratio of tension reinforcement is at one with analytical result calculated with general design equation. Hence, it is possible to calculate nominal moment of RC beam strengthening with high-tension bars.

As time goes up, structural capacity of members decreases in reinforced concrete structures. The deterioration of the capacity is mainly due to the corrosion of materials, poor construction and environmental pollution, etc. This deterioration is unavoidable, thus it is necessary to develop the method for repair & retrofit of structures in order to ensure structural safety of members. Recently, a method using Carbon Fiber Sheet(CFS) has been widly recognized as good one for strengthening members. Several tests for beam strengthened with CFS show that CFS of the beam finally is ripped by tension or seperated from the concrete face. The ultimate strength of the beam, also, depends on those failure patterns. Therefore, it is necessary to consider those failure mechanisms to verify the behavior of members retrofitted by CFS. In this paper, a FEM analysis is performed to verify the behavior and failure mechanism of beams retrofitted by CFS or steel plate. The material composition model of CFS is proposed and applied to the analysis. Analysis result shows a good agreement with the test result.

현재 측위에 대한 측정 대상이 점점 작아지면서, 그에 따른 정확도 까지 높아지고 있다. 실내 측위에 관한 기술은 대표적으로 단말기의 수신신호의 세기방식인 RSS(Received Signal Strength), 수신신호의 도달시간 방식 TOA(Time of Arrival), 수신 신호의 도달 시간차 방식 TDOA(Time Difference of Arrival), 수신신호의 입사각 방식인 AOA(Angle of Arrival) 등 여러 가지 기술이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 특수 장비를 사용하지 않고, 무선 네트워크 기반의 실내 측위 중에 정확도가 높은 Fingerprinting 방법을 택하였다. WLAN 기반 실내측위에 가장 많이 사용되는 KNN은 k개의 이웃수와 RP의 수에 따라 민감하다. 본 논문에서는 KNN 성능을 향상 시키기 위해 SVM 이용하여 SNR 데이터를 군집화를 적용한 KNN과 SVM을 혼합한 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 신호잡음비 데이터를 KNN 방법에 적용하여 k개의 RP를 선택한 후 선택된 RP의 신호잡음비를 SVM에 적용하여 k개의 RP를 군집하여 분류한다. 실험 결과 위치 오차가 2m이내에 KNN/SVM 혼합 알고리즘이 KNN 알고리즘보다 성능이 우수하다.
