The purpose of this study was to examine in which way the job professionalism and the job satisfaction of hotel confectionery and bakery employees affect the production of high quality product and productivity efficiency and which factors influence their job satisfaction and work efficiency, and to identify what problems there were and what solution there would be. The findings of this study were as follows. First, the employees in the hotel confectionery and bakery departments were significantly different in educational background, age, service term, position and salaries depending on the socio-demographic variables. Second, the factors associated with their expertise were ample knowledge, major, systematic training, aptitude and chance of being recognized. Third, the factors related to the cuisine environment were facility use, material storage, product development, the status of environment, equipment and facilities, facility management and dependency. The findings of this study suggest that the expertise of confectionery and bakery employees, educational training, cuisine environment, and modernized facilities act as vital factors to improve the job satisfaction and the job performance.

본 연구는 구성원의 Big5 성격특성-외향성, 호감성, 성실성, 정서적 안정성, 개방성-과셀프리더십의 관계에 관한 실증적 검증을 통해 셀프리더십의 이론적 확장과 실제적 적용에 기여하기 위해 시도되었다. 이를 위해, Big5 성격이 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 아울러 셀프리더십과 Big5 성격이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 및 Big5 성격이 자기 효능감에 영향을 미침에 있어서 셀프리더십이 매개역할을 하는지를 검증하였다. 수립된 연구가설들은 U시 소재 7개 은행직원과 4개 생명보험회사의 보험설계사 358명을 대상으로 검증하였다. 검증결과 Big5 성격이 셀프리더십에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 셀프리더십과 Big5 성격이 자기효능감에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 Big5 성격이 자기효능감에 영향을 미침에 있어서 셀프리더십이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 검증됨으로써 본 연구에서 제안한 모든 가설이 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로부터 이론적 및 실무적 시사점들이 논의되었다.

관광지역 혼잡도와 책임행동 : 투어리즘 임팩트와 부정감정 효과

서비스연구에서 혼잡도는 중요한 개념임에도 불구하고 상대적으로 많은 연구가 진행되지 못하였다. 본 연구는 관광지역 혼잡도의 효과를 여행자들의 환경관련 책임행동과 연관 지어 살펴보고 있다. 최근 오버투어리즘이 학문적·사회적으로 관심을 받고 있다는 점에 비추어 볼 때, 관광지역 혼잡도에 대한 여행자들의 인식이나 관련 행동들에 대한 연구는 의미가 있다고 판단된다. 본 연구는 여행지역 혼잡도에 대한 여행자들의 인식이 해당 지역의 환경관련 책임활동에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 살피고 있다. 본 연구는 이 과정에서 혼잡도가 투어리즘 임팩트(부정)와 부정감정을 유발함으로써 혼잡지역의 환경관련 책임행동에 영향을 미치는 것을 가정하고 있다. 특히 본 연구는 혼잡도를 통해 여행자들이 느끼는 부정감정의 유형(화(anger) 와 연민(sympathy))에 따라 행동의 결과가 달라질 수 있음을 예상하고 있다. 자료 수집은 국내 대표 여행지역인 제주도의 여행경험자들을 대상으로 온라인 서베이를 통해 진행하였으며 관련 내용에 대한 논의가 진행될 예정이다.

Es handelt sich bei dieser Abhandlung um die Kontrollumfang der Verwaltungsgericht ueber die Planungsentscheidung. Fuer einen Straitgegenstand ueber die Stadtplanung hat die Oberverwaltungsgericht in Kwangju zutreffend aufgrund der Kontrollmasstaben von Planungsermessen beurteilt. Aber das oberste Gericht Koreas hat dieser Urteil als falsch vereuteilt, da es auf den Aufklaerunggrundsatz und den Grundsarz der Beweislast verstosst hat.Mit kritischer Bemerkung gegenueber den Urteil des oberten Gerichts hat der Verfasser ueber die Kontrollumfang der verwaltungsgericht auf die Planung, der Umfang und Grenze der gerichtlichen Befugnis zur Aufklaerung von Sachverhaelt. Nicht zu letzt wurde auch die Theorie der Beweislast behandelt.
