"온병조변"에서 "임증지남의안" 의 온병관련 의안을 변형하고 첨삭한 방법

The Wenbing tiaobian(온병조변) is the first systematic disease monograph on warm factor disease(온병), written by Wu Jutong(오국통). It was most influenced by the Linzheng zhinan yian(임증지남의안), which was a book of gathering medical case records of Ye tianshi(엽천사). Therefore, there are plenty of quotations from this book in the Wenbing tiaobian. This study investigates the quotations from Linzheng zhinan yian, especially focusing on the way of transformation and correction of the original medical case records on the warm factor disease. The results are as follows: About 104 of 265 provisions in the Wenbing tiaobian were directly quoted from the Linzheng zhinan yian. The provisions quoted from Ye's case records were rearranged according to the categories of the triple burners pattern differentiation(삼초변증) and the causes of warm factor disease. And eve case record was transformed into more general descriptive form in order to put it into the book. For example, the specific figures, and some patients' peculiar symptoms, causes, sex and disease names were omitted. On the other hand, the tongue moss, pulse shape and some symptoms, which were necessary for differentiating patterns, were added. In the case of the formula, some formulas originated from Ye's case records were named newly. And the dose of each herb consisting a formula was determined, and therapeutic principle, taking method and detailed explanation was added to every formula.

The bending propertied of the 2 folded yams such as the bending rigidity, the coercive couple, the hysteresis energy and the residual curvature with various wool/polyester blend ratios and with variations of the single and 2-folded yarns twists were stylied for analyzing twist characteristics, inter and intra frictional effects. The value of the experimental specific bending rigidity of two folded staple yarns were in the range of 1.2 and 2.5 times of the estimated values, and the experimental specific bending rigidities of 2 folded yarns divided by the power of 1.2 of its linear density were almost same as the experimental specific bending rigidities of single yarns. The experimental specific bending rigidities of the 2 folded staple yarns were found to show the maximum values in the range of the same twist between the single and 2 folded yarns with increasing 2 folded yarn twist with fixed single yarn twist. The values of the coercive couple, the residual curvature and the hysteresis energy of the 2 folded staple yarns showed almost sane tendency as that of the specific bending rigidity. Maximum bending rigidity to wool/polyester blend composition was shown around the range of same blend composition, and maximum bending recovery was also shown in this range, then coercive couple and hysteresis energy were increased with polyester colnposition.

Cytologic features of a case of mantle cell lymphoma is presented, which was obtained by fine needle aspiration cytoloby and confirmed by excisional biopsy of axillary lymph node. A 67-year-old female alleged palpable masses in both axillae for several months. Additional multiple lymphadenopathies were found in the both neck and inguinal areas. The main cytologic feature was carpeting on monotonous slightly atypical small lymphocytes without heterogeneous components. The nuclei of these lymphocytes are slightly larger than benign small lymphocyte and relatively round with some Indentation. Nucleolus was not prominent and no mitosis was found. Their cytoplasm was scanty and cyanophilic in Papanicolaou's stain. The histiocytic cells, which had bland-looking banded nuclei and abundant cytoplasm, corresponding to pink histiocytes were shown. Excisional blopsy of lymph nodes was diagnosed as mantle ceil lymphoma, diffuse type.

This paper presents the development of a new 6-DOF parallel-kinematic motion simulator. The moving platform is connected to the fixed base by six P-S-U (Prismatic-Spherical-Universal) serial chains. Comparing with the well-known Gough-Stewart platform-type motion simulator, it uses commercialized linear actuators mounted at the fixed base whereas a 6-UPS manipulator uses telescopic linear ones. Therefore, the proposed motion simulator has the advantages of easier fabrication and lower inertia over a 6-UPS counterpart. Furthermore, since most forces acting along the legs are transmitted to the structure of linear actuators, smaller actuation forces are required. The inverse position and Jacobian matrix are analyzed. In order to further increase workspace, inclined arrangement of universal joints is introduced. The optimal design considering workspace and force transmission capability has been performed. The prototype motion simulator and PC-based real-time controller have been developed. Finally, position control experiment on the prototype has been performed.

This study poses a question on what roles a Korean missionary has as a member of the global Christian mission community. I first look at the discussion among North American Evangelical missiologists on what roles a North American missionary has in the global mission community. They discussed the issue in the four era frame, which was expanded from the three era frame suggested by Ralph Winter, and Robert Priest and Tom Steffen proposed that it was the role of broker or facilitator. I overview what some Korean Evangelical mission leaders thought about the subject of this study. I, then, seek to identify some characteristics of a Korean missionary. I group those characteristics into the social domain and the religious domain. The social domain includes the experiences of colonialism, traditional and modern values, fast economic growth, urbanization, and democracy. The religious domain covers the Bible centered Pietistic Christianity, fast church growth, and long tradition of the evangelical missions, Based on the characteristics of a Korean missionary, I suggest that a Korean missionary in the global mission community take on the roles of a church planter, the weak, and primary water.

There are signs and reports that the involvement of Korean Christians in missions is decreasing. Among many factors, there is the lack of clear missionary calling. This study seeks to understand apostle Paul`s missionary calling and its implications for mission education. This study suggests four characteristics of Paul`s missionary calling. The conversion and missionary calling of apostle Paul took place on his way to Damascus simultaneously. This event was so supernatural that he vividly recalled it a number of times. He believed he was called by God. He obeyed God`s calling immediately. This study draws three missiological implications from the four characteristics of Paul`s missionary calling. First, missionary education needs to be geared toward helping believers to have a firm missionary calling. Secondly, missionary education needs to guide believers to have a missionary calling with the divine perspective not the humanistic perspective. Lastly, it should consider providing hands on training and education for effective cross-cultural ministry.

오늘날 네팔 교회는 세계에서 빠르게 성장하고 있는 교회 가운데 하나이다. 18세기의 수십 년 동안 잠시 있었던 천주교의 선교 이후 네팔 내에서 기독교 선교는 물론이고 기독교인의 입경조차 허락되지 않았다. 한편, 1951년 접경지역에 거주하던 네팔인 기독교인들과 함께 선교사들이 의료와 지역 개발 등의 NGO 사역을 위해 입국하게 되면서 네팔에서 기독교인의 숫자가 증가하기 시작했다. 2011년 현재, 네팔에는 37만 명이 넘는 기독교인이 2,700개가 넘는 교회에서 신앙생활을 하고 있다. 네팔 교회의 성장은 놀라울 정도로 빠르게 진행되었지만, 네팔 정부의 기독교에 대한 인식과 정책에 큰 영향을 받았다. 종교의 자유를 누림에도 불구하고 느린 교회 성장을 보이는 아세아의 여러 나라와는 비교가 된다. 이 연구는 네팔의 정치 권력자들이 기독교에 대해 어떤 태도를 취했는지에 대해 선교학적인 관점에서 고찰하고자 하였다. 우선 이것을 위해 네팔 정부와 기독교의 관계를 역사적인 관점에서 살펴보았다. 이것을 위해 1769년부터 현대까지 4개의 시기로 구분하였다. 그리고 마오이스트들이 현대 네팔 정치에 중요한 역할을 해왔다. 따라서 이들에 대한 이해를 추구했다. 이러한 연구들을 바탕으로 선교학적 관점에서 현재 네팔 교회가 직면하고 있는 이슈들에 대해 논하였다.
