본 논문은 한국 기업 2개와 중국 기업 2개를 선정하여 ERP 시스템적 요인별로 성과 분석을 실시한 후 성공적인 ERP 시스템 구축을 위한 전략을 제시하였다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 ERP 시스템의 편의성, ERP 시스템의 유연성, ERP 시스템의 활용성 요인별로 문헌연구 및 실증분석을 하였으며, 또한 한국과 중국 기업 간에 ERP 시스템적 요인별로 비교분석을 하였다. 이를 토대로 본 논문에서는 3개의 ERP 시스템적 요인별로 성공적인 ERP 시스템 구축을 위한 전략을 제시하였다. In this paper we analyze ERP systems performance by ERP system factors in two Korea firms and two China firms and propose strategies for successful ERP systems construction. To achieve these goals we conduct a literature review in ERP success factors and implementation strategy and then conduct an empirical analysis focus on three ERP system factors, Ease of Use, Flexibility, and Utilizability of ERP systems, and comparability analysis between Korea and China firms by ERP system factors. Based on these results, we present practical guidelines to construct ERP systems successfully by three ERP system factors in this research.

Mirror surface machining for large area flattening in the display field has a problem such as a tool wear and a increase in machining time due to large area machining. It should be studied to decrease machining time and tool wear. In this paper, multi-tool machining method using a PCD tool and a SCD tool was applied in order to decrease machining time and tool wear. Machining characteristics (cutting force, machined surface and surface roughness) of PCD tool and SCD tool were evaluated in order to apply PCD tool to flattening machining. Based on basic experiments, the PCD/SCD multi-tool method and the SCD single-tool method were compared through surface roughness and machining time for appllying large area mold machining.

A road energy harvester was designed and fabricated to convert mechanical energy from the vehicle load to electrical energy. The road energy harvester is composed of 16 piezoelectric cantilevers. We fabricated prototypes using a vehicle load transfer mechanism. Applying a vehicle load transfer mechanism rather than directly installing energy harvesters under roads decreases the area of road construction and allows more energy harvesters to be installed on the side of the road. The power generation amount with respect to the vehicular velocity change was assessed by installing the vehicle load transfer mechanism form and underground form. The energy harvester installed in the underground form generated power of 4.52 mJ at the vehicular velocity of 50 km/h. Also, power generation of the energy harvester installed in the vehicle load transfer mechanism form was 48.65 mJ at the vehicular velocity of 50 km/h.
한 중 기업의 ERP 시스템 커스터마이징 및 성과에 관한 실증연구

본 논문은 ERP 시스템의 커스터마이징으로 인한 성과분석을 하기 위해 한국기업 2개와 중국기업 2개를 선정하여 실증적인 연구를 실시하였다. 본 논문에서 ERP 시스템의 커스터마이징으로 인한 도입성과 분석은 4개의 요인 즉, 재무적 성과, 사용자 만족도, 경쟁력 확보, ERP 시스템 도입성과 별로 고찰하였다. ERP 시스템의 커스터마이징에 따른 활용성과 분석은 9개 요인별로 고찰하였다. 이들을 분석한 결과를 토대로 하여 본 논문에서는 한국과 중국기업의 ERP 시스템 커스터마이징에 관한 비교분석을 하여 두었으며, 성공적인 ERP 시스템 도입 및 활용을위한 커스터마이징 방안을 제시하였다. This paper mainly focuses on an empirical study for performance analysis which is caused by customizing of ERP systems. To conduct this study, four companies are selected in Korea and China, two companies for each country. This paper actually considers four factors for performance analysis of ERP adoption such as financial performance, user satisfaction, competitiveness, and ERP systems adoption, and the analysis of utilization performance is based on nine factors in terms of customizing of ERP systems. As a result of the analyzed results, we conduct comparison analysis about ERP systems customizing of the companies in Korea and China and suggest how to optimally customize for successful ERP systems adoption and application.

A road energy harvester was designed and fabricated to convert mechanical energy from the vehicle load to electrical energy. The road energy harvester is composed of 20 piezoelectric materials. This study attempted to evaluate output depending on pavement materials when paving road piezoelectric energy harvester in the road. Harvester is the bender type and is the method of supporting the both ends of piezoelectric material and applying the load in the middle part. Harvester was paved in the type paved with asphalt, type paved with cement and in the exposed type not covering the top of harvester. The output characteristics were compared and evaluated depending on changes in vehicle load and vehicle speed changes. As vehicles, truck (11.9 ton), SUV(1.6 ton) and sedan (1.5 ton) were used and the output characteristics when driving at the interval of 10 km/h from 10 km/h to 100 km/h were evaluated.

In this study, to increase output of road piezoelectric energy harvester, it was made into rack type in which many piezoelectric materials can be installed and load transfer device of the leverage type to transfer vehicle load was made. By paving it in the road, the output characteristics depending on vehicle load and speed were evaluated. Changing vehicle load, harvester output characteristics depending on speed changes were evaluated at the interval of 10 km/h from 10 km/h to 100 km/h. Also, by making a wireless switch and sending wireless signal with output of rack type harvester, whether to receive it was evaluated by distance. It was checked that all switches work up to front-to-back 100 m from harvester.
