REBT에서 수퍼바이지가 상담과정을 원활하게 이끌 수 있도록 교육훈련하고, 수퍼비전하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이다. 본 연구에서는 REBT 이론에 기반한 수퍼비전의 개념과 내용에 대한 문헌고찰을 시행하였다. REBT 수퍼비전은 심리치료 기법 기반의 수퍼비전으로, 수퍼비전이 치료자 훈련과의 관련성 하에서 수행된다고 볼 수 있다. REBT 수퍼비전에서는 일반적인 임상과 상담기술뿐 아니라 REBT 및 CBT수퍼비전의 연합 모드를 수행하는 특정기술을 가르친다. 이에 대한 이해를 위해 REBT 이론 수퍼비전의 특징과 CBT 수퍼비전과 공유되는 특성을 파악하여 정리하였다. REBT 수퍼비전에 사용되는 혼합 모델은 REBT 이론에서 파생되고 훈련모델에 REBT 자체기술을 사용하여 뚜렷한 교육모델을 활용하고, 촉진하는 데 중점을 두고 있다. 하여 수퍼비전 초반에는 초보 수퍼바이지에게 치료기술로 ABC 모델이 익숙하게 될 때까지 교육하는 것이 중요하며 통찰을 치료의 성과로 간주한다. REBT 수퍼비전에서 사례개념화, 다중방법적 접근, 치료적 관계, 무조건적 수용의 중요성, 오디오 테이프, 비디오 테이프를 활용한 수퍼비전, 평가 등의 과정은 CBT 수퍼비전과 같이 중요하게 다루어진다. In REBT, it is very important to provide education, training, and supervision so that supervisee can lead the counseling process smoothly. According to this necessity, in this study, the concept and content of supervision based on REBT theory was studied by the method of literature review. REBT supervision is a psychotherapy technique-based supervision which can be seen that it is performed in relation to therapist training. Supervision of REBT teaches general clinical and counseling techniques as well as specific techniques that perform allied modes of REBT and CBT Supervision. In order to help understand, the characteristics of REBT theory supervision and the characteristics shared with CBT supervision were identified and organized. The mixed model used in REBT supervision is derived from REBT theory and focuses on utilizing and facilitating distinct educational models using REBT's own techniques as training models. Therefore, early in Supervision, it is important to educate novice supervisee until they become familiar with the ABC model as for the treatment technique, in which the insight is regarded as a therapeutic achievement as a result. In REBT supervision, case conceptualization, multi-method approach, therapeutic relationship, importance of unconditional acceptance, supervision using audio tape and video tape, and evaluation are treated as important as CBT supervision.

의료의 질 향상을 위한 환자중심 건강결과 측정의 국제 동향과 국내 시사점 - OECD PaRIS를 중심으로

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to derive implication on the adoption of PROMs (Patient-Reported Outcome Measures) to improve quality of care in South Korea. With this purpose, the paper examines the status of PROMs in South Korea and other countries including OECD's PaRIS (Patient Reported Indicators Survey) initiative, and reviews policy cases that have adopted PROMs to improve performance of healthcare system. Methods: We conducted literature review on OECD reports on PaRIS, peer-reviewed journals, and information from the websites of relevant institutions such as ICHOM, NQF and OECD. Results: To identify healthcare services of best values and support patient-centered health system, OECD has initiated PaRIS which develops, collects and analyzes patient-reported indicators for cross-countries comparison. PaRIS is implemented on two work streams: 1) collect, validate and standardize PROMs in the areas where patient-reported indicators already exist such as breast cancers, hip and knee replacement, and mental conditions, 2) develop a new international survey on multiple chronic conditions. Countries like England, U.S., Sweden and Netherlands use PROMs for measuring performance of hospitals and performance evaluation at the national level, and provide the financial incentives for reporting PROMs. Conclusions: The use of PROMs can support the current policy agenda that is the patient-centered healthcare system which has been emphasized to reinforce the primary and the community-based care. For the use of PROMs, it is recommended to actively participate in PaRIS initiative by OECD, select appropriate instruments for PROMs, and continue on standardization of them. This will assure patients' involvement in improving health system performance, systemize information generated in the process of adopting PROMs, and develop a system to evaluate performance.

우리나라 농촌마을의 마을회관, 노인정, 쉼터 등은 농촌마을의 대표적인 커뮤니티시설로서 공동생활이 일상화된 농촌 주민들의 생활에 직 간접적으로 중요한 영향을 끼치며, 생활환경의 질적 향상과 주민들의 문화 의식이 높아짐에 따라 그 중요성은 더욱 높아지고 있는 실정 이다. 그러나, 현재 농촌마을 커뮤니티시설의 현황은 양적인 측면과 질적인 측면에서 모두 열악한 실정이다. 특히 커뮤니티공간의 협소함과 프로그램의 획일화에 대한 문제점은 우리나라 농촌마을이 갖고 있는 공통적인 문제점이라고 할 수 있으며, 이를 해결하기 위한 구체적인 대응방안 모색에 미흡하다. 따라서 농촌마을 주민들의 생활환경 개선과 계절별 연령별로 즐길 수 있는 다양한 커뮤니티활동을 수용하기 위하여 농촌마을 커뮤니티공간의 적정면적 제안을 위한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 농촌마을 대표적인 5가지 유형의 커뮤니티시설인 마을회관, 노인정, 쉼터, 마을마당, 운동공간 및 놀이공간의 적정 면적기준을 제시하는 것을 목표로 하며, 향후 농촌마을 커뮤니티시설 계획에 활용될 수 있는 기초자료를 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 농촌마을 커뮤니티시설 공간 면적 산정에 관한 기존연구 조사, 전국5개도 25개 농촌마을 지역 현황조사, 만족도조사를 통하여 커뮤니티시설별 적정한 면적기준을 산출하였다. 연구 결과 도출된 커뮤니티시설별 적정기준은 현재 대표적 커뮤니티시설별 평균 면적을 상회하는 결과로서 농촌마을 커뮤니티시설 환경 개선과 주민들의 커뮤니티활동 및 의식 성장에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Community centers, silver towns and resting places are representative community facilities in rural villages. These community facilities affect villagers directly or indirectly in terms of life quality. Current community facilities of rural village are in poor condition in spite of their importance. In particular, the small size of community facilities and standardized programs are common issues in rural villages. As a result, it is necessary to research and investigate the improvement of community spaces and provide a variety of community activities. The purpose of this research is to provide appropriate area standards for 5 category community facilities(community centers, sliver towns, resting places, community yards, gymnasiums and recreation areas) and also to provide basic information for future village planning. The precedent study of community facilities was investigated. In addition, 25 rural villages in 5 districts were investigated regarding their facility conditions and current community satisfaction. As a result, appropriate rural village area standards are provided. The research results of the community facility standards are almost higher than the current representative community facilities average area. This is expected to improve the community facility environment, people's activities and to increase the growth of awareness in community.
