        Eu<sup>3+</sup> 이온의 몰 비 변화에 따른 MgMoO<sub>4</sub>:Dy<sup>3+</sup>,Eu<sup>3+</sup> 형광체의 광학 특성

        The effects of $Eu^{3+}$ doping on the structural, morphological, and optical properties of $MgMoO_4:Dy^{3+},Eu^{3+}$ phosphors prepared by solid-state reaction technique were investigated. XRD patterns exhibited that all the synthesized phosphors showed a monoclinic system with a dominant (220) diffraction peak, irrespective of the content of $Eu^{3+}$ ions. The surface morphology of $MgMoO_4:Dy^{3+},Eu^{3+}$ phosphors was studied using scanning electron microscopy and the grains showed a tendency to agglomerate as the content of $Eu^{3+}$ ions increased. The excitation spectra of the phosphor powders were composed of a strong charge transfer band centered at 294 nm in the range of 230~340 nm and two intense peaks at 354 and 389 nm, respectively, arising from the $^6H_{15/2}{\rightarrow}^6P_{7/2}$ and $^6H_{15/2}{\rightarrow}^4M_{21/2}$ transitions of $Dy^{3+}$ ions. The emission spectra of the $Mg_{0.85}MoO_4$:10 mol% $Dy^{3+}$ phosphors without incorporating $Eu^{3+}$ ions revealed a strong yellow band centered at 573 nm resulting from the $^4F_{9/2}{\rightarrow}^6H_{13/2}$ transition of $Dy^{3+}$. As the content of $Eu^{3+}$ was increased, the intensity of the yellow emission was gradually decreased, while that of red emission band located at 614 nm began to appear, approached a maximum value at 10 mol%, and then decreased at 15 mol% of $Eu^{3+}$. These results indicated that white light emission could be achieved by controlling the contents of the $Dy^{3+}$ and $Eu^{3+}$ ions incorporated into the $MgMoO_4$ host crystal.

        Eu<sup>3+</sup>와 Tb<sup>3+</sup> 활성제 이온이 SrSnO<sub>3</sub> 형광체의 특성에 미치는 영향

        $SrSnO_3$ phosphor powders were synthesized with two different contents of activator ions $Eu^{3+}$ and $Tb^{3+}$ using the solid-state reaction method. The structural, morphological, and optical properties of the phosphors were investigated using X-ray diffractometry, field-emission scanning electron microscopy, and fluorescence spectrophotometry, respectively. All the phosphors showed a cubic structure, irrespective of the type and the content ratio of activator ions. For $Eu^{3+}$-doped $SrSnO_3$ phosphors, the intensity of the 620 nm red emission spectrum resulting from the $^5D_0{\rightarrow}^7F_2$ transition of $Eu^{3+}$ was stronger than that of the 595 nm orange emission signal due to the $^5D_0{\rightarrow}^7F_1$ transition in the range 0.01-0.05 mol of $Eu^{3+}$, but the ratio of the intensity was reversed in the range 0.10-0.20 mol of $Eu^{3+}$. The variation in the emission intensity indicates that the site symmetry of the $Eu^{3+}$ ions around the host crystal was changed from non-inversion symmetry to inversion. For the $Tb^{3+}$-doped $SrSnO_3$ phosphors under excitation at 281 nm, one strong green emission band at 550 nm and several weak bands were observed. These results suggest that the optimum red and green emission signals can be realized when the activator ion content for $Eu^{3+}$- or $Tb^{3+}$-doped $SrSnO_3$ phosphors is 0.20 mol and 0.15 mol, respectively.

        중소 공급업체의 SCM역량요인이 운영성과에 미치는 영향: 수요불확실성의 조절효과를 중심으로

        일자리 창출과 국가산업경쟁력 측면에서 중소기업의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 글로벌 환경의 불확실성과 공급사슬 간 경쟁으로의 패러다임의 변환은 공급사슬 내 중소 공급업체의 역량에 더욱 관심이 집중되고 있다. 이러한 점에서, 공급사슬상의 구매자-공급자 관계에서 중소공급업체의 SCM(공급사슬관리) 역량이 중소공급업체의 운영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하였다. 또한 환경적 요소로서 수요불확실성이 이러한 관계에 어떤 조절효과를 미칠 수 있는지 살펴보았다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 전기 전자, 금속 기계, 자동차 등의 산업에 속한 중소공급업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 관련 연구가설을 검정하였다. 연구결과, 중소 공급업체의 공급사슬역량인 관계자본은 운영성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나고, 조정역량은 운영성과에 유의한 영향이 나타나지 않았다. 수요 불확실성의 조절효과를 살펴보면, 관계자본 역량과 운영성과 간에는 수요불확실성의 정(+)적인 조절효과가 나타난 반면, 조정역량과 운영성과 간에는 유의한 조절효과가 나타나지 않는다. 이러한 결과는 관계자본 역량은 운영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 수요불확실성의 상황에서도 운영성과를 제고시키는 역할을 하고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 반면에 조정역량의 경우, 구매기업과의 핵심 비즈니스 프로세스를 통합할 수 있는 정보공유, 커뮤니케이션 등의 외부적 조정역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로세스의 강화와 더불어 공급사슬관련 업무를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 중소공급업체 내부 관련부서들 간의 조정이 뒷받침되어야 한다는 점을 시사한다. This study analyzed both the effect small and medium-sized suppliers' SCM capacity on the performance and how the moderating effect of demand uncertainty as an environmental factor affects this relation. The study is based on the data collected from the survey of small and medium-sized suppliers operating in electronics, metal, machinery, automobile, and textile. It analyzed the results of survey targeting suppliers of these areas by using structure equation modeling. According to the analyzed result, the relation capital of small and medium-sized supplier affects the performance, but there is no relation between coordination capability and the performance. In case of the moderating effect of demand uncertainty, while there is a positive moderating effect of demand uncertainty between relation capital and performance, there is no any moderating effect between coordination capability and performance. It turns out that the relation capital keep having a positive effect on the performance even if there is a demand uncertainty.

        The mountain over Changwon University located at Sarim-dong, Uichang-gu, Changwonsi, Gyeongsangnam-do Province, was originally called ‘Jeondansan(栗營로)’. It also became called ‘Jeongbyeongsan(鍾懿로)’ in late Joseon, though we cannot ascertain the exact period. It happened at a certain period that the mountain had only one name of the latter, Jeongbyeongsan. That name has been handed down as such until now. On the other hand, ‘Bongnimsan(荏座로)’ is the name of a low mountain branched off from the west end of Jeondansan(Jeongbyeongsan) towards the south, where Changwon Country Club is now located. The above facts can be without any difficulty verified by the historic materials; representative geographical books such as 『Sinjeung Donggukyeojiseungram or A New Enlarged Edition of Korean Geography(沔마 栽閑亞합비章)』 in Joseon Dynasty, and carved stones such as the gravestone of a civil general, Gyeongjong Roh at the time of Japanese invasion, wood engravings such as 『Bongsanchodanggi or A Record of a Thatched cottage Named Bongsan(荏로醍友牙)』 made by Jaesu Roh, younger brother of Gyeongjong, and family tree records such as 『Garakwangneunggi or A Record of King`s Tomb in Garak Country(式사사력牙)』, and a Chinese Poem made by Jaejeong Kim. However, Dongbaek Park Director General of Changwon Cultural Center falsely argued that the mountain over Changwon University had been originally called Bongnimsan and Jeongbyeongsan had been given by the Japanese authorities during the Japanese colonial era, and Jeondansan was the present Daeamsan in Changwon. We cannot know this preposterous remarks against the evident truth. His false arguments unfortunately deceived lots of people. In this context the author criticized his fictitious arguments in a series papers, insisting that the twisting history should never be accepted. The two different points caught the public eye and attracted the attentions of local media. As an example of this mood an article in favor of my opinion on the ground of the professional opinions in the academic and cultural circle and the witnesses of native people, showed up in the th page of《Gyeongnam Sinmun or Gyeongnam Daily Mail》on June ;, ;0`.In the last step, the author would like to add the remark that this was revised version to criticize Park`s argument in detail parts and to elucidate how fictitious his argument was.
