        2차원 사각 밀폐 공간에서의 구분 종좌표법을 위한 하이브리드 공간 차분법

        A hybrid spatial differencing scheme for the discrete ordinates method is proposed to predict radiative heat transfer in two-dimensional rectangular enclosures. Since this scheme takes the advantages of the diamond scheme and step scheme and includes the characteristics of medium, more accurate and stable results can be obtained. In its development several spatial differencing schemes are examined to address the effect of numerical smearing (or false scattering). Predictions from the proposed hybrid scheme are compared to those of other schemes for transparent, purely absorbing, purely scattering, or absorbing-emitting-isotropically scattering media. It is found that the proposed scheme predicts stable and less smeared results than others.

      • 인삼과 솔잎첨가에 따른 동치미의 성분 변화

        본 연구는 영양성과 약리성을 갖춘 품질이 우수한 동치미의 제조방법을 개발하고자 각종 약리성분을 함유하고 있는 인삼과 솔잎을 첨가하여 숙성 중에 유기산, 당류, 단백질 및 유리 아미노산 등의 변화를 조사하였다. 환원당 함량의 변화는 숙성 1일에 178.9~194.9㎎/100㎖이었으나, 발효 8일에서는 솔잎첨가구는 274.9㎎/100㎖로 증가하여 이후에도 계속 증가하였고, 모든 처리구에서는 발효 15일부터 증가현상을 보였으며, 솔잎첨가구 가 다른 구들보다 환원당 함량이 높았다. 가용성 단백질은 숙성 1일에 3.5~7.5㎎/100㎖이었으며, 숙성됨에 따라 무처리구와 인삼처리구에서는 숙성 29일에 뚜렷이 증가하였으나 솔잎 첨가구는 발효 22일에 60.7㎎/100㎖로 증가한 후 변화가 없었다. 총유기산의 함량은 숙성초기에는 모든 처리구에서 2.79~4.80㎎/100㎖로 낮았으나 숙성말기에는 95.16~109.97㎎/100㎖에 이르렀고 젖산이 85%이상 차지하였다. 유리당은 sucrose, glucose, fructose 3종이었고, sucrose에 비해 glucose와 fructose의 함량이 비교적 높았으며, 모든 처리구에서 유리당 함량은 705.2~943.7㎎/100㎖이었다. 총아미노산은 % 이었고 lysine, histidin, 그리고 tryptophan 3종을 제외한 17종이 동정되었으며, threonine, valine, aspartic aicd, serine, asparagine, glutamic acid, alanine 및 arginine 등의 함량이 많았다. 아미노산 유도체는 53~71%이었고, aminoisobutyric acid, sarcosine, ornithine 등 13종이 동정되었고 특히 γ-aminoisobutyric acid의 함량이 많았으나 숙성 중에 감소한 반면 α-aminoisobutyric acid는 숙성 중에 감소하였다. This paper was studied the effects of ginseng and pine needle on the changes of components in Dongchimi which added ginseng 0.1% and pine needle 0.3% at manufacture, and fermented at room temperature for first days and at 4℃ from 2nd day to 28 day. The contents of reducing sugar increased remarkably in 22 days, those of the Dongchimi added pine needle was highest than those of others. The contents of proteins increased remarkably in the Dongchimi added pine needle in 22 days of fermentation, but increased in others at 29 days of fermentation. The contents of non-volatile organic acids were 2.79~4.80㎎/100㎖ at the late of fermentation, and the content of lactic acid was most than others. Free sugars were composited sucrose, glucose and fructose, and the contents of those were in the range of 227.4~247.0㎎/100㎖ at 8 days of fermentation, then increased 705.2~943.7㎎/100㎖ at 29 days of fermentation. It was identified 17 kinds of free amino acids except lysine, histidine and tryptophan. The contents of free amino acids and amino acid derivatives were 34~47 and 56~71% of total amino acid. The contents of essential amino acid in Dongchimi added ginseng and pine needle were much than control. Especially contents of threonine, valine and isoleucine were much than others, and in the amino acid dervatives, sarcosine, β-aminoisobutyric acid and γ-aminoisobutyric acid were much than others.

        Interest is a measurement scale expressing the aspect of economic society because of its important function. Interest is a using charge or rent of funds and is detrmined on the balance between fund's demand and supply. Considering the structure of interest rate, some countries adopt a policy to maintain Interest rate ar a low level in order to protect domestic enterprises and other countries enforce a policy to keep interest rate at a high level in order to prevent short-range capital of international payment balance from flowing to foreign countries. One time in the past, our government adopted a interest realization policy to maintain interest rate at a high level to win a great success and at a present, our government is following a trend to adopt a low interest rate policy in order to strengthen international competency. The interest system in our country, however, has a low interest rate structure amidst a high interest rate economy. This study examined the problem how to adjust our country's interest policy to the most desirable interest system and is going to present the problems of our country's interest policy and to show the re-adjustment direction of our interest policy. As long range measurements, the following can be enumerated: 1. Fostering of capital market 2. Abolition of fixed interest rate 3. Abolition of diversification of interest systems As short range measurements, the following can be enumerated: 1. Readjustment for lowering bank loan interest from the present level 2. Readjustment direction of deposit interest should be searched out not from the comparison of nominal interest between our country and foreign countries but from the comparison of substantial interest between our country and foreign countries. In order to strengthen international competency or to rationally distribute domestic resources, a policy to maintain some difference between demestic and foreign interests should rather be adopted. Thus, we are able to find out a road advantageous for international competition as a measure to save our capital and to utilize our manpower, and we also can rationally utilize our resources. The seeking of artificial low interest policy in which capitalistic economy largely depending upon price structure, is not interested in the function and role of price structure, should be corrected.

        LPCVD 공정중 웨이퍼의 온도장 해석

        In the LPCVD reactor the temperature variations within the wafer load are the most important factor to maintain the thickness of the materials deposited on the surface of the wafer constant and to affect the deformation of each wafer. In this study the temporal variations of radial and axial temperature nonuniformities of each wafer in the LPCVD reactor are numerically estimated by assuming diffuse reflection. To verify the validity of the present numerical results, the present results obtained from the transient analysis are compared with those of Badgwell's work in which a steady-state condition was assumed. The main objective of this work is to determine the temporal variations of the temperature of each wafer in the LPCVD process since the wafers experience severe change in temperature in the early stage of the process.

        Abstract To attempt the balanced development of international economy, there should be more multilaterally develomental policy, and for the rehabilitation of international(worldly) monetary system, some points at issue as follows should be discussed and examined; 1. The maximum control over the trend toward the Economic Bloc should be executed and the basis of international economy which enables the free movement of capital should be searched after. 2. There should be a conversion from the monetary system of some particular advanced countries to the system that enables the balanced development of both the less advanced(undeveloped) and advanced countries. 3. There should be the carrying-out of the fundamental reform on the Bretton-Woods system. 4. There should be the politively carrying-out of the adjustment proper in dealing with the problems concerning economy between the East and the West. 5. To materialize the ideal system of internationally free trade, reliability on the Charter for the International Trade Organization should be heightened.         담즙산 부하에 의한 쥐 간의 Benzoyltransferase의 유도

        To elucidate the possible mechanism of the increased activity of benzoyltrans-ferase (BT) in cholestatic liver, rats were divided into eight groups: Normal, sham operated control, bile duct obstruction (BDO) alone (BDO group), BDO plus taurocholic acid (TCA) injection (BDO plus TCA group), BDO plus tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA) injection (BDO plus TUDCA group), choledocho-cavil shunt (CCS) operation (CCS group), CCS plus TCA injection (CCS plus TCA group), and CCS plus TUDCA injection (CCS plus TUDCA group). BT activity was determined in the liver cytosolic, mitochondrial and microsomal preparations isolated from the above experimental rats. The values of Km and Vmax in this hepatic enzyme were measured. The activity of liver microsomal BT showed a significant increase in the CCS group. The activities of liver mitochondrial and microsomal BT showed a significant increase in the BDO group. However, mitochondrial and microsomal BT activities in the liver rose more rapidly in the BDO group than that of the CCS group. Mitochondrial and microsomal BT activities in the liver and its Vmax value were increased more significantly in both the CCS plus TCA group, and the BDO plus TCA group than that of each control group, such as CCS and BDO group. On the other hand, the value of Km of the hepatic subcellular BT did not changed in all the experimental groups. However, this hepatic enzyme activity did not changed in both the CCS plus TUDCA group and the BDO plus TUDCA group. Above results suggest that TCA induces the biosynthesis of BT in the liver.
