포스트모더니즘 시대 속에 기독교 세계관에 대한 선교신학적 고찰

The purpose of this article analyzes mission theology on Christian Worldview in Postmodernism. Postmodernism denies the absolute truth, the authority of the Bible and the finality of Jesus Christ. It brings about religious syncretism and pluralism. It is necessary to build up right biblical viewpoint based on Christian worldview through the evangelical mission theology for Christian church. Here, I dealt with the definition of worldview and christian worldview, then I also dealt with the frame of Christian worldview: creation, fall, redemption, consummation-the kingdom of God through evangelical historical development progress in the Bible. I considered the missionary viewpoint of church, the character of mission theology with evangelical parties. In particular, I insisted that there cannot be changed and compromised with the absolute truth for the gospel and the finality of Jesus Christ in evangelical mission theology. First, I maintained that I presented a establishmet of evangelical mission theology on christian worldview based on biblical salvation for the essential mission of Church. It should be for mission theology to accept the absolute authority of the Bible and the finality of Jesus Christ based on christian worldwiew. Evangelical mission theology focused on evangelism. As the result of it, the evangelical mission theology has ignored the social dimension of the gospel and social responsibility of church. Ecumenical mission theology has been criticized by the humanoriented theology rather than Godoriented in order to improve the quality of life and humane situation. I presented holistic mission based on Christian worldview in the Bible. Second, I presented the necessity of the right holistic mission theology. This mission theology is effectively able to proclaim message of the gospel with mutual cooperation. I presented the necessity of holistic mission to accent to clarify the evangelism and social responsibility. Third, I presented that this leadership of evangelical church and evangelist based on Christian worldview should be in the necessity of mission theology to balance evangelism and public service. Therefore this evangelical Church should do practices of love and social service for the poor and the weak in the world as evangelism and social responsibility for the sake of a new direction of evangelical mission theology. In conclusion, I proposed the desirable direction of mission theology based on Christian worldview in postmodernism period.

Authors reviewed 60 cases of bipolar hip arthroplasty which had used uncemented feinoral components and followed more than 1 year(ranged from 1 year to 7 years 3 months. mean, 37.1 months) to identify overall incidence of osteolysis compare to that in THA, incidence of osteolysis according to type of implant, time noted first, radiographic distribution of osteolysis and suggestive sources of debris from revised hips. The results were followings: 1) Overall incidence of femoral endosteal osteolysis in bipolar hip arthroplasty, 18.3%, was significantly higher that in THA, 6.3'%, with the use of similar kind of uncemented femoral components and similar period of follow up. 2) Uncemented femoral components with circumferential pad had significantly lower incidence of osteolysis compared to those with non-circumferential pad. 3) Osteolysis was first noted radiographically at 12 to 56 months(Mean, 33.8 months). 4) Osteolysis occured most frequently at Zone 3 on A-P and lateral radiographs. 5) Suggestive sources of osteolysis in BHA derived from revisions were impingement of polyethylene cup rim on the femoral neck, wear at inner articulation(polyethylene/metal head), and wear at outer surface of polyethylene liner(polyethlene/metal cup) .Conclusively, be cautious to choose BHA even if acetabular condition is sound because of significantly higher incidence of femoral endosteal osteolysis in BHA compare to that in THA. Hopefully, it may by careful to improve or revise design BHA for reducing wear.

학술연구 : 수퍼 가젤형 기업의 특성과 성공요인에 관한탐색적 연구

우리경제에서 중소기업은 사업체 수와 종사자 수에서 상당한 비중을 차지하고 있어 사회경제적으로 중추적인 역할을 하고 있다. 이러한 중소기업의 경쟁력강화는 해당 중소기업뿐만 아니라 우리 경제의 지속적 성장과도 직결되는 중요한 사안이다. 특히 기술력을 바탕으로 한 수퍼 가젤형 기업들은 일반 중소기업에 비해 고부가가치형 기술력의 확보, 높은 생산성과 고수익성, 지속적인 기술혁신활동 등을 통하여 우리 경제의 글로벌 경쟁력을 제고하는데 중추적인 역할을 담당하고 있다. 특히 매출액 1,000억 원을 달성한 수퍼 가젤형 기업들의 경우 국가경제를 떠받치는 새로운 기업군으로 자리매김하였으며, 수출 및 고용창출에도 크게 기여하고 있다. 수퍼 가젤형 기업들은 기존 벤처기업들과는 차별화되는 특성을 가지고 있으므로 발전패턴, 기업특성 및 성공요인에 관한 분석 등에 관한 체계적인 연구를 통하여 지속적인 성장을 위한 정책 마련 및 경영전략 수립의 방향을 제시할 필요성이 대두된다. 또한 소수의 대기업과 다수의 중소기업으로 구성된 호리병형 기업분포를 항아리형 구조로 변화시켜 건전한 산업구조로 전환하는 정책적 노력이 필요할 것이다. 이 같은 상황을 배경으로 본 연구에서는 수퍼 가젤형 기업들에 대한 실태와 현황을 분석하고, 이 중 고성장기업인 수퍼 가젤형 기업들의 핵심 성공요인을 분석하였다. 이러한 핵심 성공요인들을 정부의 지원정책과 향후 벤처기업의 육성에 반영함으로써 수퍼 가젤형 기업의 확대와 더불어 수퍼 가젤형 기업들이 성장하는데 필요한 벤처생태계의 개선 방향을 제시하고 수퍼 가젤형 기업의 바람직한 역할모델을 설정할 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. 또한 우리나라의 경제시스템에서 수퍼 가젤형 기업들이 지속적인 성장을 통한 경제발전과 고용창출에 기여하기 위해 추진해야할 정책적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Korean small and medium enterprises take up to 88.1% of Korean economy in terms of the number of company and its employees. It means that small and medium enterprises take an important role as a social and economic backbone. Therefore, strengthening the competitiveness of super gazelle enterprises are a critical subject in Korean economy growth. Unlike ordinary small and medium enterprises, high technology based venture enterprise yields high productivity, high profitability and continuous technological innovation, so they are responsible for central role in the global economy. In the case of the super gazelle enterprises which achieve 100 billion won`s sales record, these enterprises are emerged as new enterprise group which can sustain the national economy and contribute significant portion in exporting products and creating many jobs. Unlike traditional venture, there must be a special management method or strategy performed by super gazelle enterprises. Thus, it is needed to figure out the factors that distinguished from those of traditional venture enterprised through the systemic and practical research. In this study, we analyze actual conditions and status of super gazelle enterprises, especially the key of success factors of these enterprises. The result of this study will be helpful for government to establish venture enterprise`s promotion and support policy, and it will provide the guideline in improving venture ecosystem and the basic data for super gazelle enterprise`s role model. In addition, it will expect that this study provides policy implications for Korean economy development and employment through sustained growth in Korea economic system.

중소제조기업의 글로벌브랜드 전략에 관한 연구

There are only 28 companies which grow up from small and medium enterprise to middle standing enterprise for the last 10years in Korea. The SMEs were closed down by large companies that extend a market in all area. In addition, SMEs have poor business environment in comparison with large companies. SMEs are needed to overcome their business environmental situation. SMEs are also needed to expand their market to global markets in order to survive in the future. Moreover, SMEs have to build a global brand competency in the global market. The purposes of this study are as in the following. First, we are to find out factors that influence on global brand-building of SMEs. Second, we tried to verify the impact of global brand on SMEs` global and business performance. The results of empirical test is that the global brand managements influence on the global performance, and global performance influence on the business performance. This result give an implication that it is important for SMEs to obtain global brand competency in order to have continuous competitiveness. Therefore, SMEs can obtain new business opportunity in global market and enhance their global brand image through the continuous global brand management.

In this paper, we have developed the remote controlled vibration experiment system for mechatronics education. Students can access this experimental apparatus using internet and conduct vibration experiment remotely without any restriction on time and place. IP address for data communication and web-service are assigned in local computer and then students receive measurement data using network. It is the application of e-learning technology and services to teaching and self-learning of mechatronics. It is proved that the developed system provides real-time feedback of the tested results. Ubiquitous access to the system gained popularity from students.
