OpenCV 라이브러리와 Angle-based Circle Detection 알고리즘을 통한 철근 검수 시스템 구축

본 연구의 목적은 오픈소스 기반의 컴퓨터 비전 처리 소프트웨어인 OpenCV(Open Source Computer Vision)에서 제공하는 라이브러리들의 사용을 기반으로 한 자동 철근 검수 시스템의 구축이다. 객체 검출에 사용되던 기존 방식인 CHT(Circular Hough Transform)과 새로 제안한 ACD(Angle-based Circle Detection) 알고리즘을 비교하였다. 또한 새로운 장치의 도입을 통해 검수 시스템의 정밀도를 높이고, 더 나은 결과를 도출하였다. The purpose of this paper is to develop an automatic counting system for iron rods, which is based on OpenCV(Open Source Computer Vision) libraries which are open-source software for computer vision. We compared a CHT(Circular Hough Transform) and an ACD(Angle-based Circle Detection) algorithm. Also we designed a new equipment to increase the precision of the counting system and obtained better experimental results with the equipment.

지방 소멸의 위기 극복을 위한 방안으로 지방자치단체는 지방 문화관광축제를 통한 외부 관광객 유치와 인구 유입을 추진하고 있다. 최근 SNS 사용이 활성화됨에 따라 국내 여행 행태가 변화함에 따라 지방자치단체의 문화관광기반은 지역 문화관광축제 성공을 위한 중요 요인이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 기존 연구의 효율성 분석 관련 변수를 검토하고, DEA를 활용하여, 지역 문화관광축제 관련 직접적 요인과 지역 문화관광축제 관련 간접적 요인으로 구분하여 지역문화관광축제의 지방자치단체 파급 효과를 중심으로 한 효율성 평가 방법 및 개선 전략을 제시하였다. 또한, DEA 층화분석을 통하여 규모나 효율성 격차가 큰 경우 효율성 달성을 위한 단계적인 개선 방안을 분석하였다. As a way to overcome the crisis of local extinction, local governments are pushing to attract outside tourists and bring in some people through local cultural tourism festivals. Prior studies considered festival contents as the most important factor for the success of local cultural tourism festivals, but the local cultural tourism foundation has become an important factor for the success of local cultural tourism festivals as the use of social media has recently been activated. This study reviewed the variables related to the efficiency analysis of the previous studies and presented efficiency evaluation methods and improvement strategies focusing on the ripple effects of local cultural tourism festivals by dividing them into direct factors related to local cultural tourism festivals and indirect factors related to local cultural tourism festivals based on DEA. Further, the DEA-Tier analysis analyzed step-by-step improvement ways to achieve efficiency when the size or efficiency gap is large.

지능형 교통시스템(ITS ;Intelligent Transportation Systems)이 유비쿼터스 기술의 발달에 의해 빠르게 보급이 확대되면서 ITS를 좀 더 효율적으로 구축하기 위한 방안도 활발하게 논의되고 있다. ITS 프로젝트는 공정이 복합적이고, 이해관계자가 다양하며, 협업업무가 요구되기 때문에 일반적인 소프트웨어 프로젝트를 관리하는 것과는 차별되는 관리기법 및 프로젝트관리자의의 능력이 필요하다. 이를 해결하기 위해서 프로세스 개선, 시스템 자동화 법제도 개선 등을 하고 있지만 ITS 프로젝트의 성공을 위해서는 프로젝트 관리자의 역량이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 ITS 프로젝트관리자가 갖추어야 할 역량을 도출하고 AHP기법을 이용하여 역량들 사이의 중요도를 비교한다. 특히 현장 프로젝트 관리자(PM)와 감리인이 보는 관점을 비교함으로써 프로젝트 내부에서 보는 관점과 외부의 관점을 비교하였다. 본 논문에서 AHP를 이용하여 도출한 ITS 프로젝트 관리자의 역량에 관한 평가 모델은 향후 PM 역량계발과 PM 선정 시에 사용될 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 저가항공사의 노선 효율성을 평가하는 데 있다. 저가 항공사의 경우 정규 항공사와 달리 국내선과 근거리 국제선만을 운영하고 있어서 매출수익의 원천이 정규항공사에 비해서 다양하지 않다. 특히, 국내 저가 항공사의 경우 화물운송 없이 여객운송과 부가서비스를 통하여 매출수익을 올리고 있다. 때문에 저비용 고효율의 여객운송 노선을 유지하는 것이 절대적으로 중요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 국내 저비용 항공사가 운영하는 노선과 정규 항공사의 노선들의 상대적 효율성을 평가하고, 평가한 효율성을 바탕으로 노선 효율성을 개선할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 분석 방법은 자료포락법(DEA)을 사용하였고, 기존 문헌연구를 통하여 투입과 산출 요소를 선정하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 기반으로 항공사의 노선 및 판매 전략 수립에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단한다. The purpose of this research is to assess the efficiency of the airlines route. The revenue source of low cost airline carriers is not various unlike regular airline carriers, because they are operating only domestic and international flights for a country of close proximity. In particular, domestic low-cost airlines in Korea can’t provide cargo transport services but rely on passengers and additional services to generate profits. Therefore, it is absolutely important to maintain a low cost and effective passenger transport line. This study will suggest the way to improve efficiency of route operated by low-cost airlines. Analysis method is DEA. The input parameters and output results were selected by existing research. Based on the results of this study, it will be able to assist establishing routes and selling strategies of the low-cost airlines.

최근 기업들은 증가하는 IT 투자가 기업 가치 증대에 얼마나 기여하고 있는지를 합리적으로 검증 할 수 있는 방법을 모색하고 있다. 이사회 및 최고 경영자는 IT 투자 대상의 우선 순위 결정이 투명하고 합리적인 기준에 기반하여 결정하고자 하나 IT 투자 대상의 우선 순위 결정을 위한 기준은 매우 다양하고 표준화 되어 있지 않기 때문에 합리적인 투명한 결과를 얻기는 매우 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 기업들이 IT 투자 우선순위를 선정하기 위한 기준은 어떠한 것들이 있으며, 각각의 기준들에 대한 가중치를 어떠한지를 계층적으로 분석하여 IT 투자 대상의 우선 순위 평가 모델을 제시한다. 이 평가 모델을 활용하여 다양한 이해 관련자들이 IT 투자 우선 순위를 결정함에 있어 합리적이고 투명한 의사 결정이 가능하게 한다.

소프트웨어 분할 발주하에서의 위험요인 평가에 관한 연구

최근 공공기관에서는 소프트웨어 산업의 선진화를 위하여 소프트웨어 분할발주 제도를 도입 검토하고 있다. 성공적인 제도 도입을 위해 사전에 고려해야 하는 사항을 제도 도입시 예상되는 위험요인 도출 및 분석, 평가를 통해 파악하고자 한다. 먼저 문헌연구를 통해 소프트웨어 산업의 일반적인 위험요인을 바탕으로, 설문조사를 통해 분할발주 하에서의 위험요인의 영향도 변화 파악 및 추가 위험요인을 도출한다. 이를 바탕으로 AHP기법을 통해 위험요인간 우선순위를 분석하여 위험요인 평가모델을 제시한다.

This paper presents the design of knowledge base and inference engine for identifying the Linear Optimization Models. For the design of knowledge base, some important factors of Linear Optimization Model were analyzed and the partial order to show the relationship among the Linear Optimization Models was defined. Based on this analysis, a knowledge base was designed to represent a linear optimization model as a frame based system. The inference engine used the pattern matching technique For the efficiency of inference, the order of pattern matching and the searching space was defined and an appropriate searching strategy was applied.

The effects of epidermal growth factor(EGF) on the cell proliferation were estimated in normal human fibroblast and established adenovirus type 12-simian murine sarcoma virus 40 hybrid virus-transformed human fibroblast. In the presence of culture medium containing 1.0ng per ㎖ epidermal growth factor had more effect on the cell proliferation of transformed cell lines than normal cell lines. The data suggest that epidermal growth factor stimulates cell proliferation in additive manner of virus-transformed human fibroblast.

The purpose of this paper is to develope efficient techniques for implementing the dual simplex method in this paper we proposed one artificial row technique to get an initial dual feasible basic solution, a dual steepest-edge method coupled with a dropping row selection rule, and an anti-degeneracy technique which resembles the EXPAND procedure for the primal simplex method the efficiency of the above techniques is shown by experiments Finally, the dual simplex method is shown to be superior to the primal simplex method when it is used in the integer programming
