        작업치료사의 직무스트레스가 소진 및 이직 의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 현재 임상에서 근무하고 있는 작업치료사의 직무스트레스가 소진 및 이직 의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하며, 이를 통해 작업치료사의 효율적인 직무스트레스 관리방법을 마련하고, 이에 대한 처우 개선책을 마련하고 더 나은 근무환경을 위한 대처 방안을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 본 연구는 2017년 5월 1일부터 5월 20일까지 현장에서 근무하고 있는 작업치료사 177명을 대상으로 구조화된 자기기입식 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 수집된 자료의 데이터 분석은 SPSS (win ver 20.0) 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석과 백분율, 스피어만 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 처리했다. 연구결과에 의하면 작업치료사 직무스트레스 하위영역 중 고유 업무, 행정, 구성원과의 관계 순으로 스트레스가 높았으며 직무 스트레스 전체와 소진 하부영역과의 상관관계에서 신체(r=0.616), 정서(r=0.505), 정신(r=0.509)로 통계적으로 유의 하였다(p<.01). 또한 직무스트레스 하부요인과 이직 의도의 상관관계를 살펴보면, 고유 업무와 이직 의도(r=0.439)과 구성원과의 관계와 이직 의도(r=0.503)이며, 행정과 이직 의도(r=0.533)의 상관관계는 통계적으로 유의하다(p<.01). 다중회귀분석 결과 작업치료사의 소진에는 행정에 대한 스트레스가(β=0.405, p<.01) 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤고, 작업치료사의 이직 의도에는 행정에 대한 스트레스가(β=0.309, p<.01) 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 작업치료사들의 직무 스트레스 감소시킬 수 있도록 관련 프로그램 개발, 치료 스케줄의 적절한 관리 및 팀 구성원과의 관계형성 등 합리적인 행정적 관리를 통한 근무여건개선과 작업치료업무의 질 향상 한다면 소진과 이직 의도를 감소시킬 것으로 생각된다. This research examines the effects of occupational stress on occupational fatigue caused by occupational stress relief work, and uses it as a basis for Coping way for finding efficient job stress management measures and improving the effectiveness of occupational stress management. This study was conducted on 177 occupational therapists working in the field from May 1, 2017 to May 20, 2017 using a structured self-report questionnaire. Data analysis of collected data was performed using frequency analysis, percentage, Spearman correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS (win ver 20.0) program. According to the results of the study, occupational stressor sub-factors of occupational therapist showed higher stress in the order of work, administration and teamwork. In the correlation between total occupational stress and depressed sub-factors, physical(r=0.616), sentiment(r=0.505) mental(r=0.509, p<.01). In addition, the relationship between job stress sub-factors of work and turnover intentions(r=0.439), teamwork and turnover intention(r=0.503), administration and turnover intention(r=0.523) was statistically significant(p<.01). Regression analysis showed that the stress on the administration (β=0.405, p<.01) had the greatest influence on exhaustion of the occupational therapist, the stress on the administration (β=0.309, p<.01) had the greatest influence on the turnover intention of the occupational therapist. Therefore, it is necessary to improved working conditions through rational administrative management such as develop related programs to reduce occupational stress of occupational therapists, to manage treatment schedules properly and to form relationships with team members, Improving the quality of occupational therapy tasks is thought to reduce burnout and turnover intention.

        셔틀 기반 AS/RS와 워크스테이션으로 구성된 미니로드 피킹 시스템의 설계 및 운영 방안 연구

        Recently, order pickings for the deliveries are deemed to more important tasks in many facilities such as distribution centers. Furthermore, customers progressively require more diverse items, shorter lead time and more frequent deliveries. This trend constrains distribution centres from satisfying customers in an efficient way and encourages distribution centres to explore a new way for order picking. In this harsh environment, automation technology can be a good solution. This paper deals with a shuttle-based AS/RS and an automated picking workstations. A shuttle-based AS/RS is a new type of AS/RS in which multiple vehicles are used to retrieve and store items. An automated picking workstations help pickers to enhance their picking efficiency with automaton technology such as conveyors, auto identification, digital displays, etc. The object of this paper is to design a shuttle-based AS/RS and automated picking workstations. Comprehensive picking processes were designed to operate the picking and detailed functions of sub-systems that constitute the whole system were designed to realize the picking process. Computer simulations demonstrated that the proposed system operated well in an efficient way. This work is expected to be a practical guideline to the researchers who wants to build an automated miniload picking system.

        유기염 고체산화제 Guanidine Dinitramide의 합성연구

        Dinitramide(N(NO2)2)염 화합물은 현재 고체 산화제로 로켓추진제의 중요한 원료 물질 중 하나이며, 환경 및 인체에 독성이 적은 친환경 에너지물질로 알려져 군사적 목적 외에 다양한 가스발생제로서 사용되고 있다. 특히 무기염이 아닌 유기염인 Guanidine 염(GDN)은 수분에 대한 안정성이 향상되어 안정적 보관 및 제조가 가능하므로 고순도 물질의 대량 생산이 가능하다. GDN의 출발물질로 guanidine의 음이온 염인 acetate, chloride, carbonate, nitrate, sulfate를 사용하여, GDN(GDN-1,2,3,4,5)을 최대 99%의 수율로 합성하였고, 이들의 물성을 다양한 분석기기를 이용하여 평가하였다. 흡수파장은 3452, 3402, 3354, 3278, 3208, 1642, 1570, 1492, 1416, 1337, 1179, 1000cm-1이 공통적으로 관찰되었으며, 열적 특성 변화는 130 ℃에서 일어나기 시작하며 150℃~160 ℃에서는 발열반응과 함께 물질의 변화가 관찰되었다. Dinitramide (N(NO2)2) salts are one of plausible oxidizing agents for a high efficient propellant. Guanidine dinitramide (GDN) is an organic salt improving its stability against moisture, so that enables massive production and long term storage. Several types of GDN (GDN-1,2,3,4,5) were synthesized using some types of starting materials such as guanidine acetate, chloride, carbonate, nitrate and sulfate. As a result of the experimental work, synthesized GDN from the carbonate salt appeared fairly pure relatively higher yield (99%) than the other samples. The absorption wave length of all prepared GDNs by FTIR were found at 3452, 3402, 3354, 3278, 3208, 1642, 1570, 1492, 1416, 1337, 1179 and 1000 cm-1. DSC analysis found a thermal phase change at 130℃, and indicated exothermic reaction at about 150℃ to 160℃.

        탈질 스크러버의 폐세정액으로부터 질산염 추출 연구

        선박엔진에서 발생하는 NOx 및 SOx 제거용 스크러버 폐세정액에 포함되어 있는 저농도상의 질산 및 황산이온을 비료상 물질로 회수하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 네 가지 유기용매를 적용하여 선택적으로 추출하여 회수하는 방법을 시험하였다. 아세톤과 메틸알콜을 이용하여 추출한 질산암모늄과 디에틸에테르와 에틸알콜을 적용한 황산암모늄의 시료를 적외석흡수분광법(IR)을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 상용제품과 거의 동일한 구성성분으로 나타났다. 이때 폐수로부터의 회수율은 최대 89%와 80%까지 각각 얻을 수 있었다. 따라서 배기가스 스크러버에 잔존해있는 질산이온과 황산이온에 대한 회수는 사용하는 용매의 선택도 및 용해도가 핵심적인 요소인 것으로 판단된다. Recovery of low level nitric acid and sulfuric acid ions, which were contained in wastewater of a wet scrubber for de-NOx and de-SOx from ship engines, was attempted as fertilizing materials. This study utilized a selective extraction method using four organic solvents to precipitate the solid salts of ammonium nitrate and ammonium sulfate. The IR analysis showed almost same composition of the extracted ammonium salts with a commercial product, and recovery rate of nitrogen and sulfuric ions was 89% and 80% respectively. It was found that the selectivity and solubility consequently could be the crucial factors to recover the low level ions from the waste scrubbing water.

        포타슘디나이트라아마이드의 합성에 대한 술팜산칼륨의 영향 연구

        Ammonium dinitramide (AND) is one of the most promising oxidizers in propellants without chlorinated pollution to the atmosphere in these days. Potassium sulfamate (PS) is a key substance in ADN synthesis as forming nitrates such as -N(NO2)2. In this paper, potassium sulfamate as a starting material for ADN synthesis was prepared in a lab scale through crystallization with ethanol solvent, and observed the effects on the yield and purity of KDN. The prepared potassium sulfamates were analyzed using FE-SEM, XRD, BET and TGA-DSC. The lab-made PS, which was ground to 20 μm showed more beneficial than a commercial product achieving high yield and purity of the synthesized KDN. It would be associated closely with crystallinity, porosity and pore size of prepared PS.

        CPT column을 이용한 석탄 품위향상 기술 연구

        Development of commercial technology for expansion in domestic anthracite coal utilization is urgent due to the mass reserves of low grade anthracite in Korea. Therefore, a series of experiments were conducted in this study to resolve this problem using CPT column in order to check the possibility of high-quality production for the fine coal that is impossible to treat by dry separation method. Particle size analysis was conducted for the sample using disk mill and vibro screen, and preliminary experiment was conducted for +100 mesh of the product obtained through this process by batch flotation(Sub-A type). Comparison experiment was conducted for -100 mesh and 100 × 325 mesh by each factor-specific condition applying to CPT Column. The result of CPT column flotation by using the proper reagent confirmed through batch flotation was ash rejection 83.15% and recovery 91.44% under the conditions of pulp density 5%, frother temperature 26°C, Kerosene collector (200mL/ton), Pine oil frother (1L./ton), Lime depressant (3kg/ton), air flow rate (1,400mL/ton) and wash water (300mL/ton).

      • 주민자치센터 프로그램 복합화에 따른 실내공간특성에 관한 분석

        The village office in the past was recognized as a simple space for administrative services. Along with the "government"s transforming policy of village office", it is being changed to an complex facility playing a role for the welfare and cultural enhancement of inhabitants under the name of Inhabitant Self-Government Center. However, unlikely from the integrated programs, the interior space of Inhabitant Self-Government Center is still in transitional period because of its simple configuration. This research purports to investigate the interior space in the perspective of program integration to solve this problem. The result shows that the existing vertical configuration method of program was diversified into horizontal and vertical method, and the inflexible existing interior space is required to be flexible and variable. This research aims to realize new space of Inhabitant Self-Government Center which will match with the features of program integration based on the issues found by analysis on its spatial characteristics by program integration.

        A Comparative Study on Single Time Schemes Based on the FEM for the Analysis of Structural Transient Problems

        New time schemes based on the FEM were developed and their performances were tested with 2D wave equation. The least-squares and weighted residual methods are used to construct new time schemes based on traditional residual minimization method. To overcome some drawbacks that time schemes based on the least-squares and weighted residual methods have, ad-hoc method is considered to minimize residuals multiplied by others residuals as a new approach. And variational method is used to get necessary conditions of ad-hoc minimization. A-stability was chosen to check the stability of newly developed time schemes. Specific values of new time schemes are presented along with their numerical solutions which were compared with analytic solution.
