        국제물품거래에서 활용되는 물품검사제도와 대응방안

        Systems of products inspection being utilized in international transactions of products and its countermeasures. Some developing countries are strengthening clearance management such as carrying out inspection on qualities of the products to be imported and on appropriateness of its price prior to shipment from exporting countries in order to prevent irrational practice such as tax evasion and assuring effectiveness in control of foreign exchange in connection with international transaction of products through commissioning such duty for inspection to professional agencies. In this treatise this author addressed WTO's regulations with regard to the preshipment inspection system in connection with exportation to developing countries as one of strategy for exportation by our country and recommended relevant counter-measures: Main counter-measures should include. First, legislation of relevant system in the country, Second, fostering inspection agencies and relevant enterprises in Korea. Third, search for ways to exempt inspection of products with an amount below a certain level; Fourth, presentation of list of transaction price in advance, And finally, strengthening penalties for irregular trade transactions.

        복합운동이 중년 비만여성의 건강관련체력과 대사증후군 위험인자에 미치는 영향

        Several studies researched that relation between exercise and change of adipocytokine according to BMI and between adipocytokine factors and abdominal fat. The purpose of this study was designed to determine the effect of 12weeks combined exercise on health-related physical fitness, metabolic syndrome and adipocytokine in middle-age abdominal visceral obese women. Subjects were consisted of middle-age abdominal visceral obese women and combined exercise programs consisted aerobic(HRR 60~75%, 30min, 4day/wk) and resistance(1RM 70%, 3sets, 70min, 4day/wk) exercise for 12weeks. Also we measured body composition and health related physical fitness and abdominal fat by CT. After 12weeks, percent of body fat, total abdominal fat and visceral fat were significantly decreased in combined exercise group and significantly improved health-related physical fitness. Also, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglyceride, glucose, insulin, HOMA-IR and TNF-α were significantly decreased and HDL cholesterol and adiponectin were significantly increased in combined exercise group. Our study found that combined exercis for 12weeks was effect of decreasing significantly percent of body fat, abdominal fat and significantly improved health-related physical fitness and adipocytokine in middle-age abdominal visceral obese women. These findings indicated that it will be decreasing prevalence of metabolic syndrome by abdominal visceral obese.

        태권도 수련 프로그램 청소년 비만의 체력과 성장호르몬, IGF-1 및 DHEAs에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of taekwondo training on physical fitness and growth hormone(GH), IGF-1 or DHEAs concentration in obese adolescent. Twenty participants were randomly allocated to taekwondo group(n=10) and control group(n=10). Taekwondo training was composed of 50 minutes per day, 5 days per week for 12 weeks. We measured body composition, physical fitness, choresterol, GH, IGF-1 and DHEAs before and after 12 weeks of taekwondo training program. As the results, the comparison of means changes before and after intervention programs between group, LBM, VO2max, physical fitness, HDL-C, GH, IGF-1, DHEAs were significantly increased and weight, BMI, WHR, TC, LDL-C, insulin, insulin resistance were significantly decreased after taekwondo training. In conclusion, taekwondo training program can be useful intervention the improvement on GH, IGF -1 and DHEAs concentrations in obese adolescent.

        The penalty method has been widely applied to analyses of incompressible fluid flow. However, we have not yet found any prior studies that employed penalty method to analyze compressible fluid flow. In this study, with an eye on the apparent similarity between the slight compressible formulation and the penalty formulation, we have proposed a new approximate approach that can analyze compressible packing process using the penalty parameter l. Based on the assumption of the isothermal flow, a set of reference solutions was obtained to verify the validity of the proposed scheme. Furthermore, we have applied the proposed scheme to the analysis of the packing process of different cases.

        두 지역사회에서 골관절염 및 류마티스 관절염의 유병률

        Objective: To estimate the prevalence of osteoarthritis (OA) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in Korean. Methods: Those who participated arthritis/allergy field study in Icheon, Kyunggi Province and Goesan, Chungbuk Province in 2001 were evaluated for the prevalence of arthritis. Diagnosis of OA and RA were made using American College of Rheumatology criteria. Results: Among the 983 participants (mean age±SD, 49.9±14.0 years), 498 participants were male (mean age 49.9±13.1 years) and 485 participants were female (mean age 49.9±15.0 years), and there was no difference of mean age between male and female. There were 153 cases of OA (15.6%, mean age, 61.6±9.5), which consisted of 44 male cases (mean age, 58.9±10.7) and 109 female cases (mean age, 62.7±9.5). Prevalence of OA was significantly higher in female compared to male (22.5% vs 8.8%, p<0.0001). Prevalence of OA in the 4th to the 8th decade was 1.1, 7.5, 19.4, 34, 37.2%, respectively and showed increasing trend in the ascending order of age in decade (p<0.001). Localization of OA was knees (77.1%), knees and hands (17.6%), and hands (5.2%). RA was detected in 14 cases (1.4%, mean age, 58.8±14.6, male to female 1:13). Prevalence of RA was significantly higher in female compared to male (2.7% vs 0.2%, p<0.01). Conclusion: The prevalence of knee or hand OA and RA were 15.6% and 1.4% in Korean, respectively. The prevalence of OA was significantly higher in female and aged individuals. The prevalence of RA was also significantly higher in female.

        태권도 수련이 초경 후 여학생의 체력과 성장인자 및 여성호르몬에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 초경 후 여학생을 대상으로 태권도 수련이 체격과 체력 그리고 혈중 성장인자와 여성호르몬에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위하여 초경을 경험한 여학생(11~13세), 18명을 대상으로 운동군(9명), 대조군(9명)으로 나누어 1일 60분, 주 5회, 12주간 운동강도 60~70%HRmax로 태권도 수련 후 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 태권도 수련군에서 신장(p<.05)이 유의하게 증가하였고 체중, 체질량지수, 체지방률은 유의한(p<.01, p<.01, p<.05) 감소가 나타났다. 반면 대조군에서는 체중과 체질량지수가 유의한(p<.05) 증가를 나타내었다. 그리고 그룹간에서는 체중, 체질량지수, 체지방량에서 유의한(p<.001) 차이를 나타내었다. 체력은 태권도 수련군에서 모든 체력요소들이 유의하게 개선된 것으로 나타났으며 대조군에서는 체전굴과 사이드스텝이 유의한(p<.05) 증가를 나타내었다. 그리고 그룹간에서는 악력, 제자리멀리뛰기, 눈감고외발서기, 50m 달리기가 유의한(p<.001) 차이를 나타내었으며, 체전굴, 윗몸일으키기, 10m왕복달리기에서도 유의한(p<.01) 차이를 나타내었다. 호흡순환기능의 변화에서는 태권도 수련군에서 최대산소섭취량, 체중당최대산소섭취량이 유의하게(p<.01, p<.05) 증가하였으며 그룹간에서도 최대산소섭취량, 체중당최대산소섭취량이(p<.05, p<.01) 차이를 나타내었다. 성장인자의 변화에서 태권도 수련군은 IGF-I과 성장호르몬가 유의하게(p<.05, p<.01) 증가하였으며 그룹간에서는 IGF-I과 성장호르몬가 유의한(p<.01) 차이를 나타내었다. 여성호르몬의 변화로 태권도 수련군과 대조군 모두 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이상과 같이 12주간의 초경 후 여학생의 태권도 수련이 체격과 체력 그리고 성장인자에 긍정적인 영향을 미치므로 품새 위주의 태권도 수련이 여학생에게 바람직한 운동프로그램이라는 것을 시사하고 있다. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of Taekwondo training on physical fitness, estrogen and growth factor in men after menarche. The control group was composed of 9 men healthy students who not taking any particular physical training, and did menarche at 11~13 years. Subjects as taekwondo group were 9 men who had trained taekwondo training for 12week(60min/day, 5 days/week, 60~70%HRmax). The results of this study are as follows: The height significantly(p<.05) increased, the body weight increased. %fat significantly(p<.01) decreased in taekwondo groups, and increased in control group, but no significant. The physical fitnesses (VO2max, grip and back strength, trunk flexion, standing broad jump, closed eyes standing with a leg, 50m running, 10m shuttle run, side step test) significantly(p<.05) increased at taekwondo groups, they increased but no significant at control groups. After taekwondo training, growth hormone and IGF-1 significantly(p.05) increased at both groups. Estrogen, estradiol decreased but no significant at taekwondo groups, progesterone increased but no significant at control groups. In conclusion, taekwondo training positively effect the height, physical fitness and growth hormone and IGF-I but not significantly to the body weight, %fat, estrogen, estradiol and progesterone.

        무릎 골관절염에서의 펄스 전자기장 치료의 효과

        Objective: To determine the effectiveness of pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF) in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (OA). Methods: In this randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind trial, 51 patients with knee OA, diagnosed according to the criteria of the American College of Rheumatology, were treated with PEMF or placebo. Eleven patients failed to attend after screening and were excluded from analysis. Treatment consisted of 3 half-hour periods of exposure per week over 6 weeks in a specially designed cylindrical device that emits low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields (25 gauss, 12 Hz). The primary outcome measure was reduction in pain on movement using a 10 cm visual analog scale. Secondary outcome measures included joint swelling and tenderness, the Lequesne index, and overall evaluations of improvement by the patient and examining physician. Evaluations were made at baseline, 3 week and 6 week during treatment and 4 weeks after finishing treatment. Results: There were no significant differences between PEMF and placebo groups in respect of any outcome measures after treatment. Range of motion and knee swelling tended to be improved in the PEMF group. There were no clinically relevant adverse effects attributable to PEMF treatment. Conclusion: These results suggest that the PEMF treatment has no clinically significant benefits in patients with knee OA resistant to conventional treatment. The larger studies are needed to confirm the efficacy of PEMF therapy in knee OA.

      • 근력 트레이닝의 효과와 디트레이닝시 근력의 변화

        We gat a result after testing for weight training for 6 weeks and then we found how changed fitness with 14 students, a group of Isokinetic training(7), a group of Isotonic training(7). 1. In Peak Torque changing, after training 6 weeks laters, a group of Isokinetic(increase 20.3%) is higher than a group of Isotonic(increase 13.1%) When we compare with before training and after Detraing 6 weeks. It showed that a group of Isokinetic(increase 12.3%) was higher than a group of Isotonic(increase 2.2%) 2. In Total Work changing, after trainig 6 weeks laters, a group of Isokinetic(increase 22.8%) is higher than a group of Isotonic(increase 12.4%) When we compare whth before training and after Detraing 6 weeks. It showed that a group of Isokinetic(increase 11.8%) was higher than a group of Isotonic(increase 6.6%) 3. In AVG·Power changing after trainig 6 weeks laters,a group of Isokinetic(increase 32.5%) is higher than a group of Isotonic(increase 16.5%) When we compare with before training and after Detraining 6 weeks. It showed that a group of Isokinetic(increase 13.1%) was higher than a group of Isotonic(increase 8.6%) 4. A result of after training 6 weeks later and Detraining 6 Weeks later. It showed that a group of Isokinetic is more decrease than a group of Isotonic in Total Work, AVG·Power and a group of Isotonic is more decrease than a group of Isokinetic in Peak Torque.

      • 상대산소섭취량으로 태권도 경기 중의 운동 강도 설정에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the distribution of V˙O₂max in Taekwondo competition. Subjects as a T group were seven well-trained Taekwondo players. Control group was composed of seven healthy male students who taking Taekwondo club in D university. With K4b2 telemetry, V˙O₂max was determined for each subject by administering a treadmill exercise test(5% slope, start speed: 120m/min, increased 20m/min each 2min). Data were analyzed by ANOVA with post hoc-test The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for the study The study has shown that covering all round in the Taekwondo competition, the Taekwondo player group was over 81% V˙O₂max 55.88%, 71~80% V˙O₂max 17.20%, below 70%, V˙O₂max 26.92%, and the control group was over 81% V˙O₂max 17.35%, 71~80% V˙O₂max 14.55V˙O₂max, below 70% V˙O₂max 38.10%. Putting the above-mentioned together, we can assume that in the Taekwondo competition. energy recruitment is anaerobic 55% or so, aerobic 45%, and that CPK is related to ATP-PC system, while lactate and LDH are connected with lactate system. To develop performance of Taekwondo, it is fit that training have to be composed of 60% over 81%V˙O₂max at least. In the future. I think that it will he necessary to find how to classify the ratio of ATP-PC system which was brought about in the Taekwondo competition. that of lactate system and aerobic on the metabolism.
