The purpose of this research is to find out the collection property of nanoparticle in diffusion filter to know particle size dispersion of nanomaterial using inertial force and principle of Brownian diffusion motion. We used inertial filters which are two different type and diffusion filters made by various kinds of Wiremesh and the different pieces of filter to compare with particle size distribution using NaCl particles. Finally, We made a conclusion as follows : (1) the bigger available charging volume is and the larger specific surface area of inertial filter is, the better collection efficiency is. (2) The higher wire-mesh number of filter is, the more collection efficiency of small particle is increasing because the wire of the higher Wiremesh number filter is thinner and denser. (3) The more pieces of wire-mesh filter, the more collection efficiency is increasing because it makes the residence time longer.

정신분열병 환자에서 인지기능 및 정신병적 증상의 상관관계

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the cognitive functions would be correlated with psychotic symptoms and whether antipsychotic treatments would affect the cognitive functions after 8 weeks. Methods : The thirty-five schizophrenic patients were conducted in this study. The psychopathology was measured using PANSS. The memory function, executive function, and sustained attention were measured using Memory Assessment Scale(MAS), Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST), and Vigilance(VIG) and Cognitrone(COG) in Vienna Test System. After 8 weeks of antipsychotic treatment, we retested the cognitive tests. Results : 1) The cognitive tests after the 8 week's treatment showed significant improvements in memory and executive function in the schizophrenic patients. On the other side, sustained attention did not show improvement. 2) The change of PANSS were correlated with perseverative response, perseverative error and total correct in WCST at baseline. WCST scores at baseline were correlated with negative symptoms, but not positive ones. Conclusion : These study suggests that 1) the impaired sustained attention could be a vulnerability marker in schizophrenia, 2) memory & executive function deficit could be reversible after treatment, and 3) medication might have a benefit in improving the cognitive functions in schizophrenia. Furthermore, the data supports that the better premorbid executive function was, the more favorable was the treatment response in schizophrenic patients. Finally, this study indicates that executive function might be an index of treatment improvement.

국내 대형건설기업의 조직구조 및 경영성과 분석을 통한 조직모형 개발

우리나라 건설기업들은 최근 경제 위기를 겪으면서 대외적으로 커다란 환경변화의 요구에 직면해 왔다. 내$\cdot$외부의 환경변화는 기업의 경영조직에 많은 영향을 끼치고 이러한 경영조직은 기업의 경영성과와 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있다. 이에 대응하여 건설기업들은 환경변화에 적응하고 경영성과를 증진시키기 위한 일환으로 기업 내 구조조정, 경영혁신, 조직개선 등의 명목으로 기업경영조직의 개선 노력을 기울이고 있다. 즉, 기업성장에 도움이 되지 않는 조직 구조는 오히려 기업에 역효과로 작용하게 되므로 기업은 가치를 높일 수 있는 효율적인 조직구조를 갖추어야 한다. 또한 향후 환경변화에 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 경영조직의 개발과 구축은 기업의 경영성과를 증대할 수 있는 중요한 기반이 될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 설문 및 자료조사를 통하여 기업의 조직구조를 분석하고 이를 유형화 한 후 OLC측면의 조직구조 형태분석으로 기업발전단계에 적정한 조직을 설계할 수 있는 모형을 제시하고자 한다. Recently, many korean construction companies have faced many environmental changes and demands for external changes. This demand for external changes is necessary for all companies that is under the survival of fittest. The internal/external of environmental changes affect the organizations of company largely, and these management organizations have relation with the corporate of management performance closely. In response to that, to be adapted to the environmental change and to raise the corporate of management performance, the construction companies have tried to change the organizations such as organization re-design, organization re-build, organization innovation. Because the organizational structure that is preventive in the growth of companies bring a negative effect, the companies need to have the effective organizations to raise the corporate value. The effective organizations could be used the important indicator that builds the corporate goals and manages the organizations. Also, the organization development and organization management can prepare for environmental changes can be the important base to increase the management performance. Therefore, After surveying and analyzing the character of organization structure in respect to the OLC, this study present the Organization Structure Model that can design the appropriate organization by the growth of companies.

국내 건설환경 변화에 따른 수주조직구조 설계에 관한 연구

최근 급속한 국내 건설환경의 변화속에서 기업은 구조개성을 포함한 다양한 변화를 추구하고 있으나, 이러한 노력이 경영 이익 증대까지 이어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 현상의 주요 원인 중 하나는 수주와 관련된 내 $\cdot$ 외부 환경변화를 기업의 경영전략과 조직구조에 반영하여 변화에 적응하고 더불어 수주성과를 극대화하기 위한 다양한 변화노력의 틀 속에서 진행되어야 함에도 불구하고 이와 같은 접근이 이루어지지 못하고 있기 때문이다. 특히 급변하는 환경에서 기업의 경영이익을 좌우하는 수주활동과 관련된 조직의 설계는 전반적 인 건설경기동향, 공공 및 민간의 발주 동향 등을 고려한 전략적이고 유연한 접근이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수주환경 변화에 따른 수주조직을 전략적으로 설계할 수 있도록 환경변화와 경영성과측면의 관계를 규명하여 이를 대형건설업체의 사업유형 및 발주유형별 수주조직 설계에 반영할 수 있도록 모형과 절차를 제시하였다. Recently, many Korean construction companies have tried to modify organization structures in order to increase the performance profit while coping with environmental changes in the construction market. Most Korean construction companies are adapting to environmental changes and devote various struggle for maximizing the result of receiving order. Especially, the organization structure of Marketing Divisions is the important for management performance and is the important key elements to attain the management goals. This research on construction companies organization has never been dealt before in korea. Through this research, the relationship between construction environmental changes and management performance profit is proven and is reflected when making the Marketing Divisions. It suggests the Marketing Divisions structure model by business type and receiving order type. Also, the result of this research could be used the important basic data that is necessary to the organization model development and this model development can be prepared for facing the new environmental changes in the near future.
