결정립 미세화된 Cu-Zn-Al-Co 형상기억코일의 회복특성

To provide for basic data required to engineering applications of shape memory alloy, the effects of betatizing temperature and thermal cycling on the microstructure, transformation characteristics, recovery force and displacement have been studied in the grain-refined Cu-Zn-Al-Co shape memory helical spring. The α phase could be observed within grains and along with grain boundary in the helical spring betatized at 600℃ and 650℃, 700℃ and 750℃ for 6min. Recovery force of helical spring betatized at 650℃ was 300gr as maximum value but recovery force of them betatized at 600℃, 700℃ and 750℃ were decreased to 50gr, 60 ~ 100gr and 20 ~ 35gr, respectively. And it was generally increased with the number of thermal cycling. Recovery displacement of helical spring betatized at 650℃ for 6min and then thermal-cycled to 10 cycles was 22mm as a maximum value. Ms temperature were fallen with the number of thermal cycles irrespectively of betatizing temperatures.

A long chain microRNA-34a conjugate(lc-miRNA) was prepared by chemical crosslinking inorder to improve entrapment efficiency into calciumphosphate nanoparticles (CaPs) and intracellular delivery. Thiol-modified miRNA at both terminal ends was chemicallyconjugated using crosslinkers to form lc-miRNAwhich was encapsulated within CaPs by a conventional coprecipitationmethod. Encapsulation efficiencies, physicochemicalproperties, and in vitro intracellular deliveryefficiencies of the prepared linear polyethyleneimine(LPEI)-coated CaPs (LPEI-CaP) containing commonmiRNA and lc-miRNA were comparatively evaluated. Theprepared lc-miRNA exhibited noticeably enhanced encapsulationefficiency during the CaP formulation processwhen compared to common miRNA. LPEI-CaP/lc-miRNAsconsisted of nano-sized particles with great homogeneityand were observed to be successfully delivered intoPC-3 cells. Fabricated LPEI-CaPs with duplex form of lcmiRNA(lc-miRNA-d) suppressed cancer cell proliferationas well as migration much more efficiently than those withduplex form of miRNA (miRNA-d). In addition, LPEICaP/lc-miRNA-d conferred negligible cytotoxicity on PC-3 cells. Chemical crosslinking of therapeutic miRNAs via areducible linkage may allow more efficient encapsulationwithin CaPs as well as homogeneous particle formulationdue to a higher spatial charge density than common miRNAs. The well-formulated LPEI-CaPs with lc-miRNA-dhave the potential to provide superior miRNA transfectionefficiency and inhibition of cancer proliferation.

On this study, we produced an educational experimental kit for classifying reagents by manufacturing a simplified polarimeter. Actual polarimeters are generally less accessible for using. Thus, we used polarizers and acrylics to produce an educational experimental kit. In this study, we measured the photoactivity of reagents, and the error range was less than ±1°. Additionally, we automated the process of measuring photoactivity by using arduino. It is expected that this kit can be used as an experimental tool to predict results in advance before using an actual polarimeter in the future. 본 연구에서는 광학 이성질체의 광학적 특징을 살펴보고 간이 편광계를 제작해, 시약을 분류하는 교육용 실험 키트를 제작하였다. 기존의 사용하는 편광계는 값이 너무 비싸고 전문적인 지식 없이는 쉽게 사용할 수 없다. 따라서 문제점을 극복하고자 편광판과 아크릴을 이용해 교육용 실험 키트를 제작하였다. 본 실험에서는 R-Limonene, S-Limonene, D-Glucose, D-Fructose, D-Sucrose을 이용하여 간이 편광계로 광회전도를 측정하는 실험을 진행하였는데 이론적 광회전도와 측정 광회전도의 오차범위가 ±1° 미만으로 나타나 상당히 높은 정확도를 보였다. 특히 선행연구에서 제작한 간이 편광계에선 수집한 데이터를 엑셀과 미분 프로그램을 사용해 직접 처리하는 다소 복잡한 과정을 본 연구에서는 아두이노를 이용해 프로그램을 작성하여 측정부터 결과 도출까지 모두 자동화시켰다. 후속연구에선 지금보다 물질의 광회전도를 더 정확하게 측정할 방법을 고안하는 연구가 진행되었으면 한다
