생활체육 탁구 동호인의 스포츠 재미요인이 여가 만족 및 운동지속의지에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 탁구 동호인의 스포츠 재미요인, 여가 만족, 운동지속의지에 대한 차이를 분석하고, 스포츠 재미요인이 여가 만족 및 운동지속의지에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 참여자는 탁구 동호인 220명을 대상으로 스포츠 재미요인, 여가 만족, 운동지속의지 설문지를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 이 중 불성실하게 응답한 20명의 자료 를 제외 한 총 200명의 자료를 본 연구의 최종분석 대상으로 선정하였다. 연구의 타당성 확보를 위해 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 검사, Pearson의 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 과정을 거쳐 얻은 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠 재미요인과 여가 만족, 운동지속의지의 상관관계를 실시한 결과 스포츠 재미요인은 여가 만족과 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 스포츠 재미요인은 운동지속의지의 중요성 인지, 참여 의지 요인과 정적 상관을 가지는 동시 에 무의지 요인과는 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠 재미요인이 여가 만족(신체적, 휴식적, 교육적, 심리 적, 사회적, 환경적 요인과 운동지속의지(중요성 인지, 참여의지, 무의지)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of sports fun factors, leisure satisfaction, and will to exercise of table tennis Club member’s and to investigate the effect of sports fun factors on leisure satisfaction and will to continue exercise. The subjects of this study were 220 table tennis Club member’s using sports fun factor, leisure satisfaction, and exercise continuity questionnaire. A total of 200 data were selected as the final analysis of this study. To ensure the validity of the study, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results of this study are as follows. First, First, as a result of the correlation between sports fun factor, leisure satisfaction, and exercise persistence will, it was found that sports fun factor had a significant correlation with leisure satisfaction. Second, it was found that sports fun factors had a significant effect on leisure satisfaction (physical, restful, educational, psychological, social, environmental factors, and willingness to continue exercise (recognition of importance, willingness to participate, and unwillingness).

Atypical lymphocytic lobular panniculitis (ALLP) is a recently described entity characterized by self-limiting plaques that manifest a waxing and waning course. Although ALLP is known as a benign condition, it needs adequate follow-up to determine the risk of progression to subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma (SPTCL) because ALLP has morphologic and biologic similarities with SPTCL. We report a case of ALLP in a 13-year-old girl who presented with an unusual tumor-like erythematous mass on the left thigh but without systemic symptoms or laboratory abnormalities. The histopathologic findings showed a dense and diffuse infiltration of the fat lobules by small-to-medium-sized atypical lymphocytes including focal atypical mitosis. Some cells showed characteristic peripheral rimming of individual adipocytes. However, prominent lymphoid atypia, fat necrosis, vasculitis, vascular thrombosis, erythrophagocytosis, mucin deposition, and the striking dominance of CD8+ lymphocytes seen in SPTCL were not detected. The lesion resolved spontaneously in 6 months and there was no recurrence over a 24-month follow-up period. (Korean J Dermatol 2015;53(3):222∼225)
두경부 표피낭종 치료에서 펀치 절개술과 방추형 절제술의 효과 및 재발률에 관한 비교 연구

Background: The removal of epidermal cysts from the head and neck can sometimes be challenging for dermatologists, due to the associated cosmetic effects. Punch incision is an alternative method to the traditional elliptical excision for the removal of epidermal cysts. It is simple to perform with commonly available instruments, and easy to learn. However, there is currently no randomized study directly comparing the long-term results of these two methods in Korea. Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the usefulness of punch incision as compared to elliptical excision for the removal of epidermal cysts, and to identify the characteristics of the lesions most suitable for punch incision. Methods: We conducted a prospective randomized study. A total of 109 patients with non-infected epidermal cysts on the head and neck were randomly assigned to treatment with either punch incision or elliptical excision, between January 2012 and January 2013. Statistical analysis was performed to compare the differences between the two procedures with respect to the demographic data of the patients; size and location of the lesions; operative time; complications; recurrence; cosmetic results; and patient satisfaction. Results: The mean operative time for the punch incision group was significantly shorter than for the elliptical excision group (p<0.05). The cosmetic result scores at 6 months after the operation were significantly higher in the punch incision group, compared to the elliptical excision group (p<0.05). No significant differences were observed between the groups with regards to age, sex, disease duration, location, size, prevalence of complications, and recurrence rate (p>0.05). Conclusion: Punch incision requires less time than elliptical excision, and is associated with superior cosmetic results. Regardless of different demographic characteristics, duration, location, and size, any epidermal cyst on the head and neck can be effectively treated with punch incision. Thus, we suggest that punch incision may be a useful method for removing epidermal cysts of the head and neck.

This study was conducted to develop a new insulating material of epoxy/microsilica composite including bioepoxy for eco-friendly medium and low voltage power for global carbon neutrality due to climate change. The development of eco-friendly insulation materials for heavy electric equipment that realizes carbon neutrality is to reduce the use of petrochemical epoxy resins. For that purpose, a sample was prepared by filling a new bio-epoxy resin mixed with bio-epoxy Soybean Oil with petrochemical epoxy with an acid anhydride-based curing agent and micro silica. For application to outdoor heavy electric equipment, thermal properties, ±HVDC electrical breakdown strength properties, and mechanical tensile and elongation properties were studied.
