Lysinomethylene Ampicillin 의 용액중에서 안정성연구

These studies were undertaken to investigate the stability of lysinomethylene ampicillin in various solution such as pH solutions made of 0.1N NaOH∼0.1N HCl, 0.1N Na₂HPO₄∼0.1N Citric acid and aqueous solution, artificial gastric juices, intestinal juices, used of spectrophotometer at 320㎚. The results were as follows; 1. Lysinomethylene ampicillin in the various pH solution made of 0.1N NaOH 0.1N HCl (pH1∼10) was decomposed below to pH 1 and showed the best stability at pH 5. 2. In the various pH solutions with 0.1N Na₂HPO₄∼0.1N Citric acid (pH 2-9) lysinomethylene ampicillin was decomposed below to pH 4, and showed the best stability at pH 7. 3. Lysinomethylene ampicillin the various pH solution with the artificial gastric juices and intestinal juices was more stabled than that of ampicillin.
연고제의 경도에 관한 연구(Ⅳ) : 온도의 변화가 연고제의 대수경도에 미치는 영향

The relationship between temperature and apparent logarithmic hardness of ointments were clearly demonstrated. The followings were obtained as the results : 1. When the ointment base was mixed with additives and heated or cooled at various temperatures, the apparent logarithmic hardness in the first trend before reaching the critical point is subject to change mainly by the contents of the additive while in the secondary trend after reaching the critical point is subject to change mainly by the temperature. 2. No Change in the critical point was observed at different temperatures. It is assumed that the critical point of such ointment bases has no relationship with temperatures and that the critical point itself should rather depend on the physicochemical properties of the additives.
태권도 격파대회 종합격파 종목 기술 분석과 개선방안: 고등학교 3학년 결선 선수를 중심으로

This study was conducted for the purpose of analyzing the final skills of high school seniors who participated in the Taekwondo breaking competition and presenting the problems that appeared in the game results, and obtained the following results. In men's high school, aerial technology of stage 5 or higher, 1,080-degree vertical axis rotation technology, horizontal axis rotation technology implementing sideways, and ove-rstanding aerial technology were high. The girls' high school represented high performance of aerial stage 4 or higher, 720-degree vertical axis rotation technology, horizontal axis rotation technology implementing the side, and aerial technology after the each stage. As a way to enhance the overall defeating events, a decision was made on the level of difficulty score and the number of breaks. That is to say, if the scoring rules of the comprehensive defeat event are revised and supplemented based on problems derived from the game data and game results of players with outstanding game performance, the defeating competition will be improved as a fairer and more reliable sports competition.
