        지리산국립공원의 양치식물상

        지리산국립공원내 양치식물상은 21과 39속 123종 11변종 1품종 총 135분류군이 기록되었다. 현장조사에서 Lycopodium selago L.(좀다람쥐꼬리) 등 22분류군이 새로 확인되었고 문헌상 존재하는 38분류군의 양치식물은 확인할 수 없었다. 양치식물의 생활형을 살펴보면 반지중식물(H)이 60분류군 (44.8%), 지중식물(G)이 35분류군(26.1%), 지표식물(Ch)이 18분류군(13.4%), 착생식물(E)이 14분류군(10.5%), 수생·수습식물(HH)이 6분류군(4.5%), 일년생식물(Th)이 1분류군(0.8%)로 각각 나타났다. 잎의 계절성 양상에 따른 구분 결과로는 하록성 67분류군(50%), 상록성 62분류군(46.3%), 동록성 3분류군(2.2%)로 조사되었다. In this study, Pteridophytes flora of Jirisan National Park were recorded 135 taxa, and they belong to 21 families, 39 genera, 123 species, 11 varieties and 1 forma. In the field, 38 taxa were not found on literature exists and 22 taxa were newly confirmed. The results obtained from this study were as follows: Deciduous (d), Evergreen (e) and Summer-deciduous (sd) were calculated as 50.0%, 46.3%, 2.2%, respectively and the Deciduous (d) has the highest value compared to the other leaf phenologies. It observed from the life-form spectra that Hemicryptophytes (H) was the most common dormancy form at 44.8%. Geophytes (G), Epiphytes (E), Hydatophytes (HH), Therophytes (Th) and Chamaephytes (Ch) were calculated at 26.1%, 10.5%, 4.5%, 0.8% and 13.4%, respectively.

        지리산국립공원의 산림식생에 관한 연구

        In this study, the forest vegetation of Jirisan National Park were classified into 20 communities, 3 subcommunities by the Z-M method. In the analysis of environmental factors, the organic matter and total nitrogen had the highest correlation on the subalpine forests. among them Picea jezoensis community showed the highest, Betula ermanii community, Taxus cuspidata community, Pinus koraiensis community, Abies nephrolepis community and Abies koreana community were represented in order. the K, Mg, Ca had correlation on th montane forests; Quercus mongolica community, Quercus serrata community, Stewartia pseudocamellia community, Pinus densiflora community, Quercus variabilis community were in order. the total nitrogen, electrical conductivity and organic matter had the highest correlation of the montane ravine forests; Fraxinus mandshurica community, Abies holophylla community, Betula costata community, Cornus controversa community and Carpinus laxiflora community were in order.

        한계령풀(Leontice microrhyncha) 개체군의 식생과 토양특성

        This study was carried out to analyze the vegetation properties, soil characteristics and ordination of Leontice microrhyncha population in South Korea. The Leontice microrhyncha population was classified into Quercus mongolica dominant population, Morus bombycis dominant population, Fraxinus mandshurica population and Leontice microrhyncha typical dominant. The Leontice microrhyncha population was located at an elevation of 633m to 1,336m in Korea. In the study sites, soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphate, exchangeable potassium, exchangeable calcium, exchangeable magnesium, cation exchange capacity and soil pH were 8.40~10.58%, 0.42~0.61%, 14.15~25.07mg/kg, 0.44~0.59cmol+/kg, 2.35~6.33cmol+/kg, 0.35~0.98cmol+/kg, 26.04~33.48cmol+/kg and 4.69~5.32 respectively. Morus bombycis dominant population was found in the low elevation and gentle sloped area that has high percentage of phosphoric acid and less percentage of total nitrogen, exchangeable calcium, exchangeable magnesium than other dominant population. Fraxinus mandshurica dominant population and Leontice microrhyncha typical population were found in the comparatively high elevation area that has low percentage of phosphoric acid and high percentage of total nitrogen, exchangeable calcium, exchangeable magnesium. Quercus mongolica dominant population was found in the medium elevation area that has medium percentage of total nitrogen, exchangeable calcium, exchangeable magnesium.

        설악산 대청봉지역의 아고산대 산림식생

        본 연구는 설악산 대청봉지역의 아고산식물대에 분포하고 있는 식물군락을 분류하고, 식생과 토양환경과의 관계를 밝혀 이들을 보존하는데 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 대청봉지역의 아고산대 식물군락은 털진달래-사스래나무군락군으로 구분되었으며, 입지 환경에 따라 종조성을 달리하는 눈잣나무군락, 분비나무군락, 눈측백군락, 털진달래-사스래나무전형군락으로 구분되었다. 군락별 환경요인과 식생과의 ordination 분석 결과, 눈잣나무군락과 눈측백군락은 분비나무군락과 털진달래-사스래나무전형군락보다 전질소, 유효인산, 유기물함량 등의 양료가 다소 많은 입지에 분포하고 있었다. 분비나무군락과 털진달래-사스래나무전형군락이 눈잣나무군락과 눈측백군락보다 해발고가 다소 높은 입지에 분포하고 있었고, 눈잣나무군락과 눈측백군락은 북사면이나 북서사면에, 분비나무군락과 털진달래-사스래나무전형군락은 남서사면에 분포하는 것으로 나타났다. This study was carried out to analyze vegetation and soil characteristic, and ordination of subalpine forest vegetation of Daecheongbong area, Mt. Seorak. Communities by characteristic in species composition of subalpine forest were classified into Rhododendron mucronulatum var. ciliatum-Betula ermani community group, Pinus pumila, Abies nephrolepis, Thuja koraiensis, and Rhododendron mucronulatum var. ciliatum-Betula ermanii typical community. The results of the correlation between forest communitie sand soil conditions of Daecheongbong area by DCCA ordination method are as follows: The Pinus pumila community and Thuja koraiensis community were mainly found in the high percentage area of total nitrogen, available phosphorous, organic matter in comparison with Abies nephrolepis community and Rhododendron mucronulatum var. ciliatum-Betula ermanii typical community. The Abies nephrolepis community and Rhododendron mucronulatum var. ciliatum-Betula ermanii typical community were mainly found in the high elevation area in comparison with Pinus pumila community and Thuja koraiensis community. The Pinus pumila community and Thuja koraiensis community were mainly found in the northern and northwestern direction, but Abies nephrolepis community and Rhododendron mucronulatum var. ciliatum-Betula ermanii typical community were mainly found in the southwestern direction.

        지리산 노각나무(Stewartia koreana)림의 식생구조

        본 연구는 지리산지역의 노각나무림을 대상으로 식물사회학적 방법으로 군락을 분류하고, 식생과 토양과의 상관관계를 밝히고자 구배분석을 실시하였다. 노각나무림은 노각나무-졸참나무군락, 노각나무-신갈나무군락, 노각나무전형군락으로 분류되었으며, 노각나무-졸참나무군락은 서어나무아군락과 전형아군락으로 구분되었다. 노각나무는 해발고 409m에서 최고 1,604m까지 자생하였다. 노각나무군락의 중요치 분석결과 노각나무가 75.47%로 가장 높았으며, 졸참나무 21.83%, 신갈나무 18.65%, 당단풍나무 18.19%, 철쭉 10.56%, 때죽나무 10.36% 순으로 나타났다. 본 조사지의 토양분석 결과 평균적으로 유기물함량 3.15~39.1%, 전질소함량 0.37~11.7%, 유효인산함량 0.9~45.4mg/kg, 치환성 양이온 K+ 0.09~1.48cmol+/kg, 토양 수분 19.28~55.47%, 토양 pH는 4.08~5.65인 것으로 조사되었다. DCCA ordination을 이용한 노각나무군락과 환경요인과의 상관관계 분석결과, 해발고에 의해 노각나무-신갈나무군락, 노각나무전형군락, 노각나무-졸참나무전형아군락, 서어나무아군락 순으로 분포하였다. This study was carried out to analyze the vegetation properties, soil characteristics, and ordination of Stewartia koreana community of Mt. Jirisan in Korea. The S. koreana community was classified into S. koreana-Quercus serrata community, S. koreana-Quercus mongolica community, and Typical community. In specific, S. koreana-Q. serrata community was classified into two subgroups such as Carpinus laxiflora subcommunity and typical subcommunity. The S. koreana community was found out to be located at an elevation of 409m to 1,604m. The Results of importance value on the S. koreana community consisted of the following in order: 75.47% of S. koreana, the highest, 21.83% of Q. serrata, 18.65% of Q. mongolica, 18.19% of Acer pseudosieboldianum, 10.56% of Rhododendron schlippenbachii, 10.36% of Styrax japonicus. In the targeted study sites, soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphate, exchangeable potassium, soil moisture and soil pH were 3.15~39.1%, 0.37~11.7%, 0.9~45.4mg/kg, 0.09~1.48cmol+/kg, 19.28~55.47% and 4.08~5.65, respectively. The results of the correlation between communities and soil conditions of S. koreana community by DCCA ordination method are as follows: S. koreana-Q. serrata community was found in the highest elevation and followed in order S. koreana typical community, S. koreana-Q. serrata typical subcommunity, and C. laxiflora subcommunity.

        가시오갈피(Eleutherococcus senticosus)개체군의 식생구조와 생태특성

        This study was conducted to analyze the correlation between vegetation, environmental factors, and soil characteristic of an endangered species, Eleutherococcus senticosus. Eighteen quadrats in population zones of Seoraksan, Odaesan, Chiaksna, Duckhangsan, Sobaeksan, Juwangsan, and, Jirisan were set up and ordination was analyzed. In the study sites, soil pH, available phosphorous, organic matter and nitrogen were ranged from 5.06∼5.43, 24.63∼57.77mg/kg, 14.01∼18.37%, and 0.63∼0.75%, respectively. Eleutherococcus senticosus is classified into Morus bombycis dominant population, Cornus controversa dominant population, and Eleutherococcus senticosus typical population. The importance value of Acer pictum subsp. mono, Morus bombycis, Magnolia sieboldii, Cornus controversa, Tilia taquetii, and Ulmus laciniata in Eleutherococcus senticosus population were 23.76%, 23.61%, 18.06%, 17.82, 15.31%, and 13.57%, respectively. The correlation between vegetation and environmental factors of Eleutherococcus senticosus vegetation distribution were shown to be affected by altitude, slope, and direction.

        설악산국립공원 서북주능선 일대의 관속식물상에 관한 연구

        설악산국립공원의 주 능선인 서북주능선 일대의 관속식물상은 40목, 101과, 345속, 517종, 1아종, 79변종, 8품종으로 총 605분류군이 조사되었다. 이중 가장 많은 식물이 H(Hemicryptothytes)이며 160분류군으로 약 27%의 비율로 나타났고 G(Geophyte)가 147분류군, 24%, 그리고 Th(Therophytes)가 83분류군, 14%, N(Nanophanerophytes)이 68분류군, 11%, MM(Megaphanerophytes)이 57분류군, 9%, M(Microphanerophytes)이 48분류군, 8%, Ch(Chamaephytes)가 26분류군, 4%, HH(Hydatophytes)가 10분류군, 2%, 마지막으로 E(Epiphyten)가 6분류군으로 1%의 점유율을 나타내었다. 법정보호종인 멸종위기야생식물 II급은 기생꽃(Trientalis europaea L.), 산작약(Paeonia obovata Max.), 솔나리(Lilium cernum Kom.), 자주솜대(Smilacina bicolor Nakai), 털개불알꽃(Cypripedium guttatum var. koreanum Nakai), 홍월귤(Arctous ruber (Rehder et Wils.) Nakai)등 6종이 확인되었다. 특산식물은 특산종이 41종, 특산변종이 7종, 특산품종이 1종으로 발견되어 총 49분류군(8.09%)의 특산식물이 서식하는 것으로 조사되었다. 식물구계학적 특정식물종은 V급이 설악눈주목을 비롯한 24분류군으로 나타났으며 IV급은 개석송을 포함한 14분류군, 그리고 III급은 분비나무를 비롯한 25분류군, II급은 다람쥐꼬리를 비롯한 37분류군, I급은 속새를 포함한 36분류군으로 조사되었으며 총 136분류군으로 나타났으며 서북주능선 총 출현종인 605분류군 대비 22.47%의 출현율을 나타내었다. Vascular Plants around the Seobuk-Ridgeline of Seoraksan National Park are investigated to be total 605 taxa including 40 orders, 101 families, 345 genera, 517 species, 1 subspecies, 79 varieties, and 8 formas. The plant of those which took up the most was H (Hemicryptothytes) which had 160 taxa and occupied about 27%. And G (Geophytes) had 147 taxa and took up 24%, Th (Therophytes) showed 83 taxa and occupied 14%, N (Nanophanerophytes) had 68 taxa and took up 11%, MM (Megaphanerophytes) had 57 taxa and occupied 9%, and M (Microphanerophytes) had 48 taxa and took up 8%. Ch (Chamaephytes) had 26 taxa and took up 4%, HH (Hydatophytes) had 10 taxa and occupied 2%, and lastly E (Epiphyten) had 6 taxa and took up 1%. As the Preservation species class II of protected species, this study found 6 species: Trientalis europaea L., Paeonia obovata Max., Lilium cernum Kom., Smilacina bicolor Nakai, Cypripedium guttatum var. koreanum Nakai, and Arctous ruber (Rehder et Wils.) Nakai). And it was investigated regarding endemic plants that 41 endemic species, 7 endemic varieties, and 1 endemic breed were discovered, so total 49 taxa (8.09%) of endemic plants was inhabiting in it. With regard to specific plant species by floral region of floristics, it was found that class V had 24 taxa including Taxus caespitosa Nakai., class IV had 14 taxa including Lycopodium annotinum L., class III had 25 taxa including Abies nephrolepis (Trautv.) Max., class II had 37 taxa including Lycopodium chinense Christ., and class I had 36 taxa including Equisetum hyemale L., so the total was 136 taxa. They showed 22.47% appearance ratio compared with 605 taxa, the total species appearing in the Seobuk-Ridgeline.

        용규 추출물의 항산화 활성 탐색

        In this study, the antioxidant activities of fractions (methanol, hexane, methylene chloride, butanol, ethyl acetate and water) of Solanum nigrum L. extract was investigated. The contents of total phenolic compounds of each fractions of methanol, butanol, methylene chloride, ethyl acetate, hexane and water are 4.41±0.23%, 5.57±0.35%, 9.89±0.19%, 9.86±0.19%, 1.89±0.04%, and 3.18±0.06%, respectively. For assay of antioxidant activity, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity, reducing power and nitrite scavenging activity are evaluated. In DPPH radical scavenging activity, the highest effect was obtained from the fraction of ethyl acetate. Reducing power is ordered as ethyl acetate > methylene chloride > methanol. In nitrite scavenging activity, the highest activity was 5.5% (butanol fraction), whereas hexane fraction did not detected. Overall, antioxidant activities are closely related the content of phenolic compound in extracts of S. nigrum L.
