저항성 운동 참여 후 정리운동 방법에 따른 직장인의 수면의 질, 통증 및 근기능에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to suggest an efficient cool-down program by comparing the effects of different types of cool-down exercise on the sleep quality, pain, and muscle function of office workers after resistance exercise. The subjects of this study were 33 office workers in their 20s and 30s. The participants were randomly assigned to an aerobic exercise group (n=11), a foam roller group (n=12), and a static stretching group (n=10), and then performed lower extremity resistance exercise. After resistance exercise, each of the three cool-down exercises was performed, and sleepiness scale, muscle pain, and muscle function were measured 24 hours later. As a result of the study, there was no statistically significant difference in the sleepiness scale after each cool-down exercise, and there was no significant difference in the group and interaction effects in the pain, only the difference between periods (p<.05). There were no significant differences in group and interaction effects in muscle function, only differences between periods (p=<.01). In conclusion, it was confirmed that the difference according to the cool-down exercise type after resistance exercise was insignificant for female office workers and that participation in the cool-down exercise itself was more meaningful than the type of the cool-down exercise. 본 연구는 저항성 운동 후 각기 다른 형태의 정리운동 참여에 따른 직장인의 수면의 질, 통증 및 근기능에 미치는 영향을 비교하여 효율적인 정리운동 프로그램을 제시하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구대상은 20~30대 사무직 여성 직장인 33명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구 참여자는 유산소 운동그룹(n=11명), 폼롤러 그룹(n=12),정적 스트레칭 그룹(n=10)으로 무선 배정한 후 하지 저항성 운동을 실시하였다. 저항성 운동 후 세 가지 정리운동을 각각 실시하였고 24시간 후에 졸음척도, 통증, 근기능을 측정 하였다. 연구결과 각각의 정리운동 후 졸음척도에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 통증에서는 집단 및 상호작용 효과는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 시기 간 차이만 나타났다(p<.05). 근기능에서도 집단 및 상호작용 효과는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 시기 간 차이만 나타났다.(p=<.01). 결론적으로 사무직 여성을 대상으로 저항성 운동 참여 후 정리운동 방법에 따른 차이는 미비하며, 정리운동의 형태보다는 정리운동 참여 자체에 의의가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

Objectives. Among the apoptosis signals, B-cell CLL/lymphoma 2 (BCL2) is a well-known regulator of apoptosis with antiapoptotic properties. We investigated here whether single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of the BCL2 were associated with host susceptibility of papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) occurrence and clinicopathologic parameters. Methods. Ninety-two PTC patients and 222 control subjects were recruited. One promoter SNP (rs2279115, -938A/C) and one synonymous SNP (rs1801018, Thr7Thr) in the BCL2 gene were selected and genotyped using direct sequencing. Multiple logistic regression models were performed to evaluate odds ratios, 95% confidence intervals, and P-values. Results. rs1801018 of the BCL2 gene was not associated with the development of PTC. In the clinicopathologic features,rs1801018 SNP was associated with the number and location. The G allele frequency of rs1801018 in PTC patients with multifocality (13.3%) was about four-fold higher than that in PTC patients with unifocality (3.4%). The G allele frequency of rs1801018 in PTC patients with both lobes (15.4%) was increased by about five-fold, compared to PTC patients with one lobe (3.2%). Conclusion. The results suggest that synonymous SNP rs1801018 and the G allele of the BCL2 gene may be associated with the multifocality and bilaterality of PTC in Korean population.

We developed 'Turny type power seat' that the disabled and old persons can safely get on and off a car from its driving seat. The developed power seat in this study is available located on the vehicle such as minivan, car. Because it is available located on the car with the rotation’s radius reduced that the height of getting on and off can be regulated. As a result, structure analysis of power seat modeling is based on a basis of ADA platform deflection to ensure safety. If the development of productive force is assured, the situation that the authoritative power seat depends on import will be replaced.
Cyclic Oxidation Behavior of Thermal Barrier Coatings Irradiated by High-intensity Pulsed Ion Beam

High-temperature oxidation resistance of 7 wt. % Y₂O₃-ZrO₂ thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) irradiated by high-intensity pulsed ion beam (HIPIB) has been investigated in a cyclic oxidation condition at 1050 ℃×1 h. The characteristics of the columnar grains disappeared after HIPIB irradiation at the ion current densities of 100-200 A/㎠, and the irradiated surface presented a smoothed, densified feature after the remelting and ablation due to the HIPIB irradiation. The cross-sectional morphologies of HIPIB-irradiated TBCs show less oxidation of the NiCoCrAlY bonding layer, with a thinner thermally grown oxide (TGO) layer. The morphology observation is consistent with the results of cyclic oxidation test. It is found that the inward diffusion of oxygen through TBCs can be significantly impeded by the desified top layer by the HIPIB irradiation, thus limiting the oxidation of the bonding layer, improving the overall oxidation resistance of the irradiated TBCs.

The failure mode of steel road wheels in a vehicle is cracks from ventilation hole through to contact plane on steel wheel’s disc plate. But a number of cracks of Cornering Fatigue Limit Test is on contact plane near to wheel nut mounting area, even though it’s satisfied with specified cycles. So this paper searches out causes to improve durability and reliability of C.F.T by uni-axial bending moment test. The verified cause is a “fretting” on contact area of steel wheel. In result, this paper suggests a solution to prevent a fretting by inserting a damping shim, 0.7㎜ between steel wheel contact areas. Therefore this paper makes it possible to move crack position of C.F.T in steel wheel from contact plane to vehicle’s failure mode.
