관광호텔 상설뷔페 메뉴에 대한 고객과 종사자간의인식차이 분석

The purpose of this study were to analyze the perception levels of customers and employees toward the service quality of buffet restaurant, examine the gap between customers and employees about the menu of the regular buffet restaurants in hotel, and analyzing the factors having impact on that. Questionnaires were hand delivered to 250 customers and 250 employees who are currently working in the Buffet restaurant in 13 hotels. A total of 244 and 239 questionnaires were usable ; resulting in 97.6% and 94.8% response rate, respectively. Statistical data analysis was completely using the SPSS Win 12.0 for Frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis), post-hoc comparison analysis of Scheffe's.(p<0.05)The results of this study can be summarized as follows : In the result of measuring the gap between expectation and perception of attributes of the buffet service quality, 'color composition of menu', 'service for the special needs of customers', and 'location of the restaurant' were analyzed as unsatisfactory with employees' performance level higher and customers' performance level lower. 본 연구는 뷔페레스토랑의 메뉴를 공급하는 공급자의 메뉴에 대한 인식과 뷔페레스토랑을 이용하는 고객의 메뉴에 대한 인식의 차이를 검증함으로써 더욱 고객을 중심으로 하는 메뉴를 제공하기 위한 방안을 연구하고자 하였다. 이 연구는 자기기입법으로 작성된 설문지는 13개 호텔에 총 250부를 배포하여 248부를 회수하여 99.6 %의 회수율을 보였다. 분석에 부적합한 데이터 9부를 제외한 239부를 최종 통계자료로 이용하였다. SPSS 12.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, t-test, ANOVA, IPA분석을 실시하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 관광호텔 뷔페 서비스 제공자인 종사자와 고객 간에 제공되는 뷔페서비스에 대한 인식 차이가 존재하고 있으며 고객 내부에서도 기대도와 인식도간의 괴리가 존재할 뿐만 아니라 이들 괴리로 인하여 전반적인 관광호텔 뷔페 서비스에 대한 만족에 영향을 가져오므로, 본 연구에서 도출된 뷔페서비스 속성들을 중심으로 뷔페 서비스 질 개선에 역점을 둔다며 고객 만족증진 뿐만 아니라 나아가 관광호텔 뷔페 서비스 재이용 기회를 유도하는 것이 가능하여 세분화된 마케팅 방향을 설정하는데 유용한 정보가 될 것으로 사료된다.

The steel road wheel on ventilation holes was cracked in the vehicle durability test. But the component durability test by uni-axial, CFT(Cornering Fatigue Test) and RFT(Radial Fatigue Test) had been satisfied. That is, the uni-axial component test could not forecast the crack of vehicle. Therefore this study developed the bi-axial test mode to reflect a vehicle condition(to reflect both vertical and lateral force simultaneously) based on real load data which was measured in Europe and China and developed CAE simulation too. It reproduced the cracks same as vehicle's and verified by bi-axial test machine in the LBF(Fraunhofer Institute for Structural Durability and System Reliability) durability research center in Germany. Finally this the durability CAE simulation by using HMC(Hyundai Motor Company)'s the bi-axial test mode predicts feasibly the steel wheel's durability performance before vehicle durability test.

The abnormal noises, such as clunking and popping, are usually generated when the car turns or drives over bumps. It could happen frequently when the free gap (clearance) values in the axial direction of the lower control arm ball joint are higher than normal values. The spherical surface of the ball stud is commonly assumed to have been corroded by foreign substances such as water, and the rough surface of the corroded ball stud accelerates the abrasion of the bearing contact portion to increase the free gap. Thus, the dust cap material and shape have been improved over time. However, there are still recurrences. The objective of this study was to evaluate two ball studs with different plating thicknesses and one uncoated sample from the reproducibility test simulating vehicle behavior conditions under environment test conditions. The findings of this study were as follows: First, the ball stud plating is advantageous in corrosion resistance, however, the thickness of the plating is uneven and the surface becomes rough with time, thereby accelerating the abrasion of the bearing contact portion. Second, as the surface of the ball stud wears, oscillating torque decreases and the axial free gap increases, which is more disadvantageous as the thickness of the ball stud sphere becomes thicker. Therefore, uncoated ball joint was defined as the best option.
승용차 브레이크 패드의 마모수명 예측 프로세스 구축 및 적용

It is important to consider the brake pad wear life in the development of brake system for automobiles, because of reducing customer complaint due to fast wear and designing optimal specifications. So in this paper, the factors related to pad wear are decided 4 categories as vehicle type, brake system type, brake pad properties and driving pattern. As to the factors, wear sensitivity is tested by brake dynamometer as well as the vehicle. In consequence, we analyzed sensitivity of the wear factors and developed the pad wear predicting program by MS Excel VBA. Finally, it is verified from vehicle driving test data as 84~96% of accuracy. As a result the brake pad wear life can be possible to predict reasonably in primary vehicle developing stage, and it helps to improve optimal design and reduce time & cost, too.
