        소음성난청 예방교육 실시에 따른 소음에 대한 인식 및 태도, 예방행위 비교

        Purpose: The research were conducted to identify the knowledge, attitude and the preventive behaviour of noise according to noise-induced hearing loss prevention education and to provide primary data for effective noise-induced hearing loss prevention education for noise-exposed workers. Method: 104 noise-exposed workers were included in this study. The instrument used in this study was knowledge, attitude and preventive behavior of noise tool by Lee & Lee(1996). The first data were collected before the noise education from August to September, 2002. During 6 months, the education was provided, and then the second data were collected from April to May, 2003. Data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 win program for finding frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA. Results: The results of this study were as follows: There were statistically significant differences of knowledge and attitude of noise related education level, and adhesion quality of wearing ear protection equipment after noise education. Also, otitis media's history, received education of the personal protective devices for the hearing conservation was significant in the preventive behaviour of noise. Conclusion: In conclusion, the noise-induced hearing loss prevention education was effective in changing the knowledge, attitude and the prevention behaviour of noise. Therefore, the noise-induced hearing loss prevention education is strongly recommended for noise-exposed workers and it will be necessary repeated education for changing prevention behaviour of noise.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare of the nurse's image between Gyeongju population groups and nurses. Method: The samples were composed of 305 population groups and 234 nurses. The data were made by collected questionnaires from August 28 to October 5, 2007, and analyzed by frequency, percentage, t-test and ANOVA. Results: There was significant differences in nures's image between population groups and nurses. The mean score of the nurses was 3.67 and the population groups was 3.43. In each category, nurse's image was different in the qualification of nurse(t=68.365, p<0.005). the role of nurse(t=81.819, p<0.005), and interpersonal relation of nurse(t=5.406, p<0.05). The image by general characteristics of nurses had significant differences in age, place of work, position and career. The nurse's image by general characteristics of population groups had significant differences in education and difference between nurses and nurse's aide. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that nurses need to improve their image to population groups concerning the qualification of nurse, the role of nurse and interpersonal relation of nurse.

      • 임상실습 사전교육 유형에 따른 간호학생의 불안과 실습만족도의 차이

        Purpose: The purpose is to examine anxiety and satisfaction of clinical practice of the nursing students according to clinical practice orientation. Method: Subjects were 82 students who attended lectures of vocational inquiry and experience learning project at A College and 68 students who experienced clinical practice orientation program at B College. Result: The mean of anxiety scores in A was 2.25 and B College was 2.23. There were no statistically significant differences. After clinical practice, practice satisfaction degrees of subjects between A and B College showing high scores in A College. Particularly, practice satisfaction of A College students was higher than that of B College students in practice contents and practice environment. There were no significant differences in practice instruction, practice hour, and practice evaluation. Accordingly, it is revealed that vocational inquiry and project practice curriculum of A College are effective in clinical practice orientation. Conclusion: The development of clinical practice orientation and application that can reduce anxiety of the nursing students will be conducive to improving effective clinical practice education and practice satisfaction of the students. Furthermore, it's considered that these attempts will contribute to enhancing the adaptability to practice after the graduation of the nursing students.

      • 일부 간호학생의 전공 선택동기 및 제 특성에 관한 조사

        The Purpose of this study was to investigate the motivation before entrance and various characteristics of nursing students. Subjects of this study were 212 nursing students of Kyong Ju Junior College in 1988. The data were analyzed by X^2-test and percentage. The results were as follows : 1. Subjects had reasons to choose nursing as a major ; Parents or relative's opinion(36.8%), aptitude & taste(26.9%), easy to get a job(18.9%). 2. Subjects understood the nursing ; A little(51.4%), vaguely (28.3%), almost not(13.7%), well(6.6%). 3. Subjects got preliminiary Knowledge of nursing ; through book, newspaper, magazine, radio, T·V(34,4%), from a family (or relative) who engaging in a job of nursing(29.7%), from counseling teacher (19.8%). 4. Subjects were content with choice the nursing ; relatively content (41.5%), ordinary (38.7%), relatively discontent (13.2%). 5. There was significant relationship between preliminiary knowledge and satisfaction for nursing(P<0.05). 6. Subjects had future problem (45.3%) and learning problem (37.3%), solved these through communication colleagues and friends(71.2%). 7. Subjects wanted to work clinical nursing (58.0%) and community health nursing (14.6%) after graduation.

      • 병원진료 및 서비스에 대한 환자의 만족도 조사연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the patient satisfaction about curative service in clinical setting. The subjects of this study were 665 patients who were 228 inpatients and 437 outpatients. The data were collected from 10th to 16th, April, 1990 using questionnaire and analized by spss program(percentage, mean score). The results were as follows : A. Inpatients 1. Information & Communication The item which showed the highest level of the patient satisfaction was "number of nursing care" (mean score : 3,32) 2. Hospital Diet The subjects were not satisfied with hospital diet relatively. The item which showed the highest level of the patient satisfaction was "attitude of the hospital diet supplier" (mean score : 3,02). 3. Explanation of the medical or nursing procedure The subjects were not satisfied with explanation of medical or nursing procedure relatively. The item which showed the highest level of the patient satisfaction was "explanation of the received treatment and therapy (mean score : 2.86). 4. Hospital personal attitude The item which showed the highest level of the patient satisfaction was "attitude of the guard" (mean score : 3.33). 5. Hospital facilities The subjects were not satisfied with hospital facilities. The item which showed the highest level of the patient satisfaction was "temperature and humidity" (mean score : 2.60). 6. Regular hour of the curative service The item which showed the highest level of the patient satisfaction was "accuracy of medication timing" (mean score : 3.54). 7. Care of the patient comfort The item which showed the highest level of the patient satisfaction was "explanation of action and side effect received drug" (mean score : 2.92). 8. Cleaning & cleaner The item which showed the highest level of the patient satisfaction was "attitude of the cleaner" (mean score : 3.14). 9. Explanation of follow up care The item of "Explanation of follow up care" was low(mean score : 2.89). B. Outpatients 1. Attitude of the staff with sincerity The item which showed the highest level was "attitude of respction a patient's personality" (mean score : 3.45). 2. Explanation of the curative service The item which showed the highest level was "Explanation of matters that demand special attention" (mean score : 3.25). 3. OPD facilities The item which showed the highest level was "facilities of the telephone booth" (mean score : 3.27). 4. Spending time of the curative service The item which showed the highest level was "spending time of the receipt (mean score : 2.91). 5. Cost of curative service The item which showed the highest level was "cost of drug and therapy" (mean score : 2.78) 6. Guidance of the facilities The item which showed the hughest level was "department of medical treatment" (mean score : 3.46). 7. Incidental facilities The item which showed the highest level was "number of the bench" (mean score : 2.72) 8. Guidance of the receipt and the store The item which showed the highest level was "guidance of the consultation room and the laboratory" (mean score : 3.17).

        가족 정신건강 사정도구 개발

        This study was attempted to develope a highly reliable and valid tool which is able to assess the Korean family's mental health deriving the meaning of the Korean family's mental health. It was divided into two stages ; the tool developing process and the verification of the tool's reliability and validity. In the first stage, the theoretical framework of this study was composed of 3 dimesions : cohesion, adaptability and communication. This conceptual framework was also made into 8 categories according to existing tools and other expert's opinion, that is, cohesion was consist of emotional support, harmony, adaptability was wholesome life, adaptation to the social life and communication. Therefore an explanatory survey was attempted in order to make questionnaire of Korean family's mental health. This was carried out using open question in order to derive the meaning of Korean family's mental health. This was done by quota sampling of 400 Koreans. And 921 statements were derived as a part of this study. The preliminary tool including 120 items was made and testified by expert's content validity. The preliminary tool was composed of 56 question. Item analysis and internal consistency were calculated for reliability and validity through pre-test. Provisionally, the tool was composed of 48 items with the four point Likert Scale. In the second stage, for the verification of the reliability and validity of the developed tool, data from 1200 subjects by quota sampling including 14 years old young people and adults based on three variables : region, sex and age from the 14th August to the 6th September, 1996. Among that subjects, the test-retest subjects were 50 college students and their mothers. Factor analysis was carried out for the construct validity. The test-retest was analized with Pearson correlation coefficient for the reliability. Cronbach Alpha coefficient was calculated for item analysis. The results were as follows : 1) After the factor analysis was applied to the assessment of the tool validity, the result showed 8 factors : emotional support, harmonious life, wholesome life, faithful life, self control, desire for a good life, adaptation to the social life and communication. Therefore developed conceptual framework was made cohesion was consist of emotional support, harmonious life, adaptability was wholesome life, faithful life, self control, desire for a good life. adaptation to social life and communication. 2) For an assessment of the tool reliability, the Pearson's coefficient of correlation was applied for the test-retest at 2-weekly intervals, and the result was r=.7777 and the Cronbach Alpah Coefficient measuring for an internal consistency was .9421 The tool developed for this study was a highly reliable and valid one to assess Korean family's mental health and will be contributed to the development of nursing research, and also it will be an important basis for nursing theory as factor-isolating theory. Moreover, this tool will be contributed to nursing practice as a guide to assess high risk family.
