사물인터넷을 기반으로 실시간으로 아동의 위치를 확인하고 고정위치를 설정하여 설정된 위치에서 벗어나는 아동을 알림으로 알려주는 등의 기능으로 아동이 실종되는 것을 방지해 주는 미아방지 목걸이를 설계하였다. 본 논문에서는 미아방지 목걸이의 설계 부분인 UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 활용한 여러 다이어그램을 볼 수 있다.

This study is aimed to extract the key role of port operation organizations for the development of region ports and identify the operating efficiency priorities of three ports such as Busan, Incheon and UIsan port operated by PA(port authority). The Factor Analysis(FA) and Fuzzy Method were used as the analysis methodes. As an important role of port authority and regional maritime affairs & port office, thirteen sub-evaluation factors and four top-level evaluation factors were selected using the FA. Among the top-level evaluation factors i.e. 'port security, information management', service for regional society and customers', 'port marketing' and 'customer attraction', the most important factor was identified as 'port marketing'. The total port efficiency was evaluated using these factors and Fuzzy Method. As a result, Busan ranked 1st, followed by Incheon and Ulsan. 본 연구는 지역항만 발전을 위한 항만운영기관의 역할과 관련하여 항만공사(PA)가 운영 중인 부산·인천·울산항을 중심으로 중요 역할을 도출하고 각 부분별 세 항만의 운영 효율 우선순위를 정하는 연구이다. 연구 방법론으로 요인분석 및 Fuzzy분석을 사용하였고, 선행연구를 통해 항만공사 및 지방해양항만청의 중요역할을 총 13가지의 하위평가요인으로 선정하였다. 또한, 요인분석을 통해 항만안전 및 정보관리를 포함한 총 4가지 상위평가요인으로 그룹핑 하였고, Fuzzy분석을 통해 각 항목의 중요도를 선정한 결과 항만마케팅이 가장 중요한 요인으로 선정되었다. 각 상위평가요인 및 측정변수에 따른 부산ㆍ인천ㆍ울산항만 운영기관 순위를 정한 결과, 부산항만운영기관이 1위를 차지하였고, 인천항 만운영기관은 2위, 울산항만운영기관이 3위를 차지하였다. 결론적으로, 각 항목별 항만의 순위 점검을 통해 부족한 부분을 우선적으로 보완해 나간다면 향후 각 지역별 항만의 발전계획에 중요한 지표로 사용될 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

군수품 특성을 고려한 품질만족도 모델 개발에 관한 연구

Purpose: In the private sector, many Customer Satisfaction Index Models have already been developed and are being applied in a variety of industries. In spite of continuously increasing of quality for military goods, measuring tools of Quality Satisfaction have not been developed yet. Method: In 2004, Defense Quality Assurance Agency and Seoul National University jointly developed MCSI (Military Customer Satisfaction Index) as a benchmark NCSI (National Customer Satisfaction Index), but it is limited to aply to military goods. We focused on product quality and developed MQSI (Military Quality Satisfaction Index) Model. Result: We propose a new Satisfaction Index Model (MQSI, Military Quality Satisfaction Index) that can be applied to military goods. Conclusion: In this study, configuration and variables of MQSI Model are described. Also the result of preliminary survey is briefly explained.

1. 목적 · 체계장비의 야전정비데이터 분석을 통해 운용단계의 잠재적 고장요소 및 야전불만 요소를 사전식별하고, 양산단계로 환류하여 품질/공정개선 활동을 통한 체계장비의 신뢰성 및 가동률 향상에 기여. 2. 연구설계/ 방법론/ 접근방법 · 야전정비데이터의 정비빈도 분석을 통해 일정횟수 이상 반복되는 고장정비 부품을 정비다발부품으로 선정. · 야전정비데이터의 입/출고일자를 기반으로 부품별 운용시간을 산출하고 최우추정법과 Anderson-Darling 검정을 활용하여 부품별 신뢰성 척도 산출 및 부품 전체 평균값보다 낮은 저신뢰도 부품을 선정. · 고장정비다발부품과 저신뢰도 부품의 조건이 중첩되는 부품을 품질개선 대상품목으로 선정하여 품질개선 소요 도출. 3. 연구결과 · 개선 프로세스를 활용하여 실제 4개의 체계장비(표준차량 2종, 전차, 장갑차)에 대해서 품질개선 요소 도출 및 개선진행 중 4. 실무적 시사점 · 운영시스템(Operating System)특성을 가진 무기체계의 야전운용재원을 분석하여 무기체계 획득과정 중 양산단계의 품질/공정개선 요소를 도출하는 프로세스를 최초로 개발. 5. 독창성/ 가치 · 군수품의 운용단계에서 존재하는 모든 종류의 정비이력데이터(장비정보체계의 야전정비이력, 업체A/S이력, 사용자불만/품질정보)를 활용하여 야전 잠재불만 도출 및 개선을 위한 프로세스 개발. · 기존의 수동적인 야전불만 처리 업무에서 탈피하여 장비 가동률을 저하시키는 요소를 조기 식별하여 개선함으로써 장비의 운용가용도 및 신뢰성을 향상시키고 개선대상 품목의 야전기술조사 수행 시 기타 개선의견까지 수용 및 반영함으로써 군수품 품질 만족도 향상에 기여. · 개선 프로세스를 활용한 각 장비의 품질개선 대상 품목을 중심으로 야전순회교육, 기술변경을 추진함으로써 과도한 부품 정비소요를 줄여 야전 수리부속품 교체비용을 절감.

In general, the Small and Medium-Sized Cold Storage Warehousing Enterprises (SMSCSWs) operate at poor levels of efficiency. This paper aims to analyze the relative efficiency within the SMSCSWs, to select the relatively low effective companies, and to suggest the improvement strategies for those. This study applies Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) using the 2010’s financial statements of targeted 25 domestic companies. In the current study, selected intrinsic characteristics such as the salaries, costs for vehicles, and rental fees, are considered as possible drivers of the SMSCSW’s performance. The DEA-CCR and DEA-BCC models that respectively correspond to the assumptions of constant returns to scale and variable returns to scale of the SMSCSWs, are applied. As a result, 3 companies are found to be the most efficient ones in the sample. In other words, 22 companies still needed to cut down the costs for more efficient operations.

Rapid changes in business environment and corporate management paradigm shift to make the company a competitive advantage in a strategic way has caused many changes. Thus, firms respond to the changing business environment and to promote competitive advantage, outsourcing, downsizing and a variety of management techniques are used. The hypotheses are established to reveal the relation among several factors and summarized. In this study, We have focused the fact that the relationship between shipper and 3PL firm has been changing into the partnership relation which helps both firms maintain their supply chain efficiently. All in all, one of the main contribution of this study is to show that logistics service quality and relationship orientation affect supply chain performance positively.
