자기결정성 요인이 온라인 게임 몰입에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this research is to identify the factors of self-determination theory (e.g., autonomy, competence, and relatedness) affecting flow, satisfaction, and loyalty. This research uses structural equation modeling (SEM) to confirm the validity and analyzes the causal relationship of the suggested model. The results indicate that competence and relatedness positively influence flow and that autonomy positively influences satisfaction. First, autonomy is significantly shown to influences satisfaction and does not significantly influence flow. Second, that competence significantly influenced flow and indirectly influenced satisfaction. Third, relatedness significantly influenced flow and indirectly influenced satisfaction. Finally, flow influenced satisfaction, and flow and satisfaction directly and indirectly influenced loyalty.

지역 내 독거노인 행복공동체를 위한 로(老)즐마리 프로그램 사례 연구

연구목적 본 연구의 목적은 OO임대아파트에 거주하고 있는 독거노인들을 대상으로 사회·심리적 고립감에 대해 파악하고 이들 요인이 지속적인 자조 모임을 로즐마리 프로그램을 통하여 삶의 긍정적인 동기부여 및 정서적 안전망 구축이 되는 방향으로 사례 연구를 제안한다. 연구방법 본 사례연구를 통해 O단지 영구임대아파트에 거주하고 있는 65세 이상 독거노인 중 로즐마리 프로그램을 참여하고 있는 10명을 대상으로 프로그램 시행 후 집단 상담 및 활동을 질적 연구로 제시하였다. 결과 연구결과 정신적으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 지역 내 독거노인들의 다양한 사회적 고통을 해결하기 위해서는 고독과 외로움을 이해하고 관리할 수 있는 사례관리와 연계하여 진행해야 한다. 결론 본 연구의 결론은 지역 내 독거노인에게 자조모임 활동을 통해 자아통합감 향상 및 정서적 지지체계를 구축하고 이웃과 함께하는 행복공동체를 만들고자 한다. 통합적 커뮤니케이션을 통해 우울감을 감소시켜 정신적·심리적 안정을 도모한다. PURPOSE The goal of this study is to investigate the sense of social and psychological isolation of the elderly living alone in subsidized housing, and to exhibit case studies of the Rojemari program that is geared towards helping the elderly to feel inspired about life and to develop emotional stability. METHOD Through the case studies on 10 participating elderly in the Rojemari program among the elderly living alone aged over 65 at the subsidized housing, this research suggests the result of the group therapy and activities by a qualitative research manner. RESULT The result suggests that to resolve the various types of social problems that the elderly under mental difficulties are going through, association with study cases that comprehend and manage the isolation and solitude is imperative. CONCLUSION The result of the study suggests building a happy community where the elderly living alone form the sense of ego-integrity and emotional stability through support group activities; further easing the sense of depression and enhancing the mental and psychological stability.

자기결정성 요인이 스마트폰 몰입과 만족에 미치는 영향

스마트폰은 단순히 통신수단의 기기를 넘어 모바일 컨버전스(Mobile Convergence)시대의 전환기로 들어서고 있으며, 휴대기기에 카메라, 게임, 멀티미디어 기능이 부과되고, DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting), 휴대 인터넷 등 새로운 개념의 서비스 도구로 인식되고 있으며, 스마트폰을 이용한 다양하고 새로운 비즈니스 모델 개발에 힘쓰고 있다. 본 연구는 자기결정성 이론에 대한 중요한 변수들의 내재적 동기인 몰입과 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 인과관계를 실증 연구하고자 한다. 지금까지의 스마트폰 연구들은 Flow에 미치는 영향변수에 대한 연구는 미비하였다. 본 연구에서는 내재적 동기에 영향을 주는 요인들을 연구한 자기결정성 이론을 바탕으로, 자기결정성의 요인인 자율성, 유능성, 관계성이 몰입과 만족에 미치는 인과관계를 연구하고자 한다. 위 연구모형을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 스마트폰을 이용한 경험이 있는 서울 S기업의 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사를 통해 670부의 표본을 수집하였으며, 요인들 간의 관계를 분석하기 위해 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 자율성이 몰입에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유능성은 몰입에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관계성은 몰입에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 추가적으로 몰입은 만족에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The smartphone is simply beyond the means of communication equipment, to line up the turning point of mobile convergence, is recognized as a service tool of new concept the camera, game, multimedia function, digital multimedia broadcasting, mobile internet etc, that use of smartphone is working toward developed a variety and new business models. The study is empirically studied casualties that self-determination influences flow and satisfaction which is intrinsic motivation of smartphone. There are many studies on flow, is intrinsic motivation, influencing satisfaction and Loyalty, but there are little studies which variables influences flow. this study is explore causality of autonomy, competence, relatedness which are major variables of self-determination theory that studied factors effecting intrinsic motivation influencing flow and satisfaction. This study developed a research model to explain the use of smartphone, and collected 670 survey responses from the office workers of seoul S company who had experiences with such smartphone. To prove the validity of the proposed research model, SEM analysis is applied with valid 670 questionnaires. The results, firstly, autonomy positively influences flow. secondly, competence significantly influences flow. thirdly, relatedness significantly influenced flow. also, upper above results shows that flow influences satisfaction.

전자상거래 산업에서의 감정반응(PAD) 요인이 쇼셜커머스(Social Commerce) 서비스 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향

Recently, internet business based on social network is growing up quickly and electronic commerce industry is changing innovatively because of appearance of various social media service. Besides, it is to be a turning point in internet electronic commerce environment through function of personalization and intellectualization in social network structure. This study will seize about influencing factors of social commerce service of domestic social commerce users and suggest effective development plan in social commerce service by empirical study relationship with these factors and continuance intention through perceived usefulness and satisfaction. For this, research model applied prime variables of PAD(Pleasure, Arousal, Dominance) Theory emphasized consumer emotion is presented. To prove the research model empirically, the question investigation to undergraduate students who had experiences with social commerce was conducted. First of research results, pleasure showed positive impact on perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Second, arousal didn`t show positive impact on perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Third, dominance showed positive impact on perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Fourth, perceived usefulness showed positive impact on satisfaction. Fifth, perceived usefulness and satisfaction showed positive impact on continuance intention.

온라인 커뮤니티에서 자기결정성이 현실감과 몰입에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this research is to explore the causality of autonomy, competence, and relatedness which are major variables in self-determination theory. This study examines factors affecting intrinsic motivation, which also influences reality, flow, trust, and loyalty. The results firstly indicates that competence and relatedness positively influence reality and autonomy positively influences flow. Secondly, competence significantly influences reality and doesn`t significantly influences flow. Thirdly, relatedness significantly influences reality and doesn`t significantly influenced flow. Fourthly, reality doesn`t significantly influences trust. Fifthly, flow significantly influences trust. Also, above results show that reality influences flow, and reality doesn`t directly influence trust and loyalty. However, loyalty significantly influences flow.

모바일 또는 웹을 활용한 e-커머스 산업은 빠른 성장세에 있으며, 다양한 플랫폼 서비스 출현으로 e-커머스 산업은 혁신적인 변화를 일으키고 있다. 본 연구는 e-커머스 이용자들의 애착유형요인들에 대해 파악하고 이들 요인이 지각된 사용용이성과 지각된 유용성에 기반한 기술수용모형(Technology Acceptance Model)에 얼마만큼의 영향을 미치는지와 수용의도 간의 인과관계를 실증 연구함으로써 e-커머스 서비스에서 효과적이고 효율적인 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 연구모형을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 e-커머스를 이용한 경험이 있는 일반인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 PLS(Partial Least Squares)를 활용한 내적 일관성, 확인적 요인분석, 판별 타당성, 적합도 검증을 통해 경로분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 지각된 안정과 지각된 유용성 및 지각된 사용용이성 간의 유의미한 인과관계를 확인해 볼 수 있었으며 TAM과 수용의도와의 연관성을 검증해 볼 수 있었다. The e-commerce industry using mobile or web is growing rapidly, and the emergence of various platform services is causing innovative changes in the e-commerce industry. This study aims to identify the attachment types of e-commerce users and to demonstrate the relationship between the PPerceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use by TAM. In order to empirically verify the research model of this study, a survey was conducted on ordinary people with experience using e-commerce and path analysis was conducted by using PLS to analyze its Internal consistency, Confirmatory factor analysis, Discriminant validity and Goodness-of-fit verification. As a result, a significant relationship between Perceived Stability, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use was identified, could verify the association with the TAM and Acceptance Intention.

전기전자 산업에서 말콤볼드리지 국가품질상모형 평가와의 인과관계 분석에 대한 연구

Purpose: This study aims to investigate how leadership of employees of electrical and electronics companies affects results through measurement, analysis and knowledge management, human resource management and process management. Method: The proposed model is based on Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Model. To validate the proposed model, SPSS statistics analysis is performed with the valid 202 questionnaires collected from small-to-medium size companies in electrical and electronics industries. Results: First, leadership has a positive effect on results, measurement analysis and knowledge management, human resource management and process management. Second, measurement analysis and knowledge management have a positive effect on result. Third, human resource management has a positive effect on result. Fourth, process management has a positive effect on Result. Fifth, measurement analysis and knowledge management is mediating a relationship between leadership and results. Sixth, Seventh human resource management is mediating a relationship between leadership and results. Fifth, process management. is mediating a relationship between leadership and results. Conclusion: This study shows that variables of MBNQA model have a meaningful correlation to each other and MBNQA model can be used for the company assessment.

병원 의사결정지원시스템의 서비스 품질이 경영성과에 미치는 영향

Recently, due to external environment like the changes in health policy and various healthcare accreditations, along with hospital’s internal efforts to improve the quality of medical services, demands for the development of medical information systems are increasing. Some examples are clinical information like DUR (Drug Utilization Review), CVR (Critical Value Report), and automatic benefit processing by treatment purposes, or hospital DSS (Decision Support System) on overall medical practice. Such systems act as a guide in making clinic judgments during practice or in other medical practice, and their effects on the medical treatment improvements are being proven by previous studies. In the reality of increasing attention in the effects of medical treatment improvement, studies related to hospital DDS were mostly focused on clinical, technical, and engineering points of view, and studies focusing on the user viewpoint are very limited. In order to verify the effects of DSS on practice improvements and hospital’s management performance, this study used a research model constructed to verify how SERVQUAL of hospital DSS affects hospital management performance in BSC (Balanced Score Card) point of view. To empirically verify the research model, a questionnaire was conducted on the basis of “K-University Hospital’s DSS” on clinicians and hospital employees related to system development, and the relationships between the factors were analyzed through path analysis. As a result of path analysis, excluding reactivity, tangibility, confidence, reliability, empathy among service qualities, had partially significant effects on management performance factors (learning and growth, internal process, financial affairs). This study is to prepare the theoretical ground on the management performance analysis of hospital DSS, and suggest the service quality of the system that should be considered in the planning and development stages for improved system.
