A Study on Kwang Bun written by Yeom, Sang-Sub 문화적 생산물은 물질적 요인에 의해 결정되고, 그 결정에는 사회집단들의 존재나 이데올로기가 직간접으로 개입한다. 이는 텍스트 내부의 현실적 요소와, 이것의 변형에 간여하는 텍스트 자체의 형식적 효과가 상호 관련되어 있음을 달리 말한 것이기도 하다. 본고는 이러한 현실의 소설화와 이데올로기 생산 문제를 중심으로 염상섭의 <狂奔>을 살피고자 했다. 특히 ‘성(性)연애돈’ 모티프가 단순히 당대 사회구조를 반영하는 미적 표현이기보다 텍스트 읽기의 징후적 지점이 되고 있음에 주목하였다.흔히 애정의 삼각관계는 일반 독자에게 영합하는 통속적 요소 정도로 치부된다. 그러나 <狂奔>에서의 외연적 서사 구성원리, 즉 ‘공식성(formulas)’을 지닌 애정 갈등구조는 당대적 문화와 사회 현실을 매개하는 징후적 지점이다. 왜냐하면 합리적 이성과 전통적 윤리의식 사이의 충돌을 불러일으키고 그에 따른 이데올로기적 대화의 유도에 이 갈등구조가 적절히 기여하고 있기 때문이다. 요컨대 <狂奔>에서의 애정 삼각구성은 전통 이데올로기 위반을 금지하는 정서적 체계, 서사를 통어하는 하나의 준거가 되고 있었던 것이다.<狂奔>의 의미구조에서는 또 하나의 ‘공식성’이 파악된다. 그것은 ‘돈성(性)’으로 대표되는 ‘언어적 공식성’이다. 이러한 ‘언어적 공식성’은 그 의미 범주가 확장됨으로써 자기 이해와 자기 규정의 근거로 기능할 수 있다. 아울러 이것은 하나의 작품을 사회적역사적 텍스트로 읽어낼 수 있는 가능성을 제공하기도 한다. 이러한 관점에서 볼 때, <狂奔>의 ‘돈성욕’은 타락한 윤리적 실상을 폭로하거나 식민지 자본주의의 파행성에 대응하는 소설적 대응 방식으로 평가될만한 것이다.

The Constitutional Court of Korea has been playing an important role in protecting people's fundamental rights under the Korean Constitution since it was established in 1988. There have been various theories and arguments regarding the role and function of the U.S. Supreme Court(or the Constitutional Court), which has the authority of Adjudication on Constitutionality of Law, such as judicial activism and judicial restraint. However, the Constitutional Court shall especially take a profound interest in the issues of the infringements or discriminations against the minority in a society because the Constitutional Court has a duty under the Constitution to actively protect the rights of minority against the tyranny of the majority. In conclusion, the Constitutional Court of Korea shall make great contribution to the social integration by protecting the right of minority, so that it will win the deference and confidence of people as a constitutional institution for the protection of human right. 한국의 헌법재판소는 헌법의 이념과 가치를 수호하고 국민의 기본권을 보장하는데 커다란 역할과 기여 하고 있다. 헌법재판기관이 입법부와 행정부의 의사결정의 위헌성을 판단함에 있어 취하는 태도로서 결정을 통해 적극적으로 개입하는 사법적극주의와 사법적 자제를 하는 사법소극주의의 논의가 미국연방대법원의 위헌심사 역할과 관련하여 논의되고 있으나, 결국 헌법재판을 담당하는 사법기관이 재량을 가지고 권력분립 등의 헌법적 원리와 헌법적 해명의 중대성 등으로 고려하여 구체적 사안에 따라 판단할 수밖에 없다. 헌법재판소가 모든 영역에 있어서 입법부와 행정부의 의사결정에 적극적으로 개입하는 사법적극주의적 태도를 보이는 것은 헌법상 권력분립의 원칙이나 사법기관의 본질 등에 반하는 것으로써 바람직하지 않다. 그러나 소수자보호와 관련해서는 오늘날 다수결의 남용과 일부 권력의 정치로 특징 지어지는 민주정치의 위기로 인하여 사실상 소수자가 민주적 정치과정에 참여하여 그 권리와 이익을 보호하기가 어려운 상황에서 소수자보호를 본질로 하는 헌법재판소가 적극적으로 다수의 의사인 입법부와 행정부의 의사결정에 관여함으로써 소수자 보호를 도모해야 할 필요성이 있다. 헌법재판소가 보다 강도 높은 위헌심사기준을 적용하여 소수자의 기본권을 보호해 주어야 하고, 설령 헌법적 이념이나 양보하기 어려운 공공의 가치와 이익 등을 이유로 소수자의 청구를 기각하는 경우에도, 그럴 수밖에 없는 이유를 설득력 있게 제시함으로써 소수자의 이해를 구해야 한다. 헌법재판소가 결정의 합당한 논거와 합리성을 가지고 때로는 다수의 양보를 요구하고, 때로는 소수의 이해를 구함으로써 진정한 사회통합의 역할과 기능을 수행할 때 헌법재판소가 국민으로부터 받는 신뢰와 권위는 더욱 정당화되고 강화될 것이다.

Development of a novel enhanced baculovirus expression vector via promoter combination

Baculovirus expression systems (BESs) have been used to express many foreign proteins. BESs are known to be very suitable for foreign protein production due to the strong gene expression ability of the polyhedrin promoter. However, expression of foreign proteins using the polyhedrin promoter begins at a very late phase, in the last stage of viral infection. This causes insufficient production of foreign proteins due to death of the host cells. Therefore, our study aimed to construct a vector that can enable not only earlier production of foreign recombinant proteins but also increased production. For this purpose, a novel overexpression vector based on the polyhedrin promoter was constructed by using transcriptional enhancers (hr3 and repeated burst sequences (BSs)) and an additional promoter capable of inducing earlier gene expression than the polyhedrin promoter. Among the vectors with additional promoters that were evaluated, the overexpression vector with the p6.9 promoter showed the highest foreign protein expression efficiency. This vector showed approximately 94 times greater and one-day-earlier expression of the foreign protein than the control vector containing only the polyhedrin promoter. In order of greatest to least influence, the factors that increased the expression efficiency of the polyhedrin promoter were the repeated BSs, the p6.9 promoter and hr3.

The anxiety and crisis that prevailed in our society resulted from our political and social situation. At that time this was a common phenomenon all over the world and there was no exception in cultural environment. In this era, Lee Sang stepped into the Korean literature showing his peculiar writing styles and skills in 1930s. There were two extremes for him in Korean Liturature. One went on to admire him. On the other hand, the other were extremely critical for him. What they so much discussed his literature world reflected that his role was tremendous as well as that his works evoked many problems. There was room for reflecting in that we entirely dealt with his works in the view of his writing skills. It may be difficult that we analyze his whole world only focusing on one of his works, the NalGae. Therefore this book nothing but paves a way of analyzing his world. On the viewpoint of excluding myself, I tried to analyze his idelogy and to show his book, “the NalGae’, in the political point. Metaphorically expressed as the indifferentiation of the value in the bool “monotonous rutine(싱거워진 일상)” and “woman(여성)” are surely these order to solve his idelogy clesely connected to his unstable consciousness. However I feel sorry in that I didn't go further to analyze his idelogy concretely and left it my ultimate task.
