As the average life span have been lengthened and the rate of senile population have been raised, chronic degenerative diseases incident to aging has been increased rapidly and become a social problem. With this social background, recently, the facts that oxygen radicals(OR) have toxic effects on Central Nervous System and Peripheral Nervous System and cause neuropathy such as Parkinson's Disease, Alzheimer Disease have been turned out, and accordingly lots of studies on the mechanism of the toxic effects of OR on nerves, the diseases caused by OR and the approaches to curing the diseases have been made. The purpose of this study is to examine the toxic effects caused by Glucose Oxidase(GO) and the effects of herbal extracts such as Chilbokyeum(CBY) on the treatment of the toxic effects. For this purpose, experiments with the cultured cell from the cerebrums of new born mice were done. The results of these experiments were as follows. 1. GO, a oxygen radical, decreased the survival rate of the cultured cells on NR assay and MTT assay 2. GO, a oxygen radical, increased lipid peroxidation and the amount of LDH. 3. CBY have efficacy of decreasing lipid peroxidation. 4. CBY have efficacy of decreasing the amount of LOH. From the above results, It is concluded that Chilbokyeum has marked efficacy as a treatment for the damages caused in the GO-mediated oxidative process. And Chilbokyeum is thought to have certain pharmacological effects on controlling over aging and treating Dementia. Further clinical study of this pharmacological effects of Chilbokyeum should be complemented.

The manufacturing industry is a source of employment acceleration and social development. It also plays a leading role in creating an advanced culture with the development of scientific technology. The manufacturing industry is linked directly to and had an important effect on a nation`s strength. It is the key word of economy. As a result, we should respect those who are related to the manufacturing industry and enhance their spirit. In accordance with our governments preferred growth strategy, technical education has been an important part of our economics high growth, enabling us to meet the requirement of the industrial world. In order to keep and reinforce the international competitive power with technical advancement and change industrial structure, the change of technical training for worker is still needed In the 1960`s, the government attempted to industrialize our country. During the Presidency of Chung Hee Park, the government supported technical school. The result was that lots of excellent students entered these technical school. However, the military government in the 1980`s took different course, with the rapid increase in population, the number of students who did not enter the high school increased significantly. As a solution, the government built move liberal high school rather than business high school in order to reduce the budget for education. As a result, in the 1990`s, the entrance rate of middle school graduates into high school was estimated at 100%. The proportion of liberal high school to business high school changed from 55:45 in the 1970`s to 69:31 in the 1990`s A technical high school takes aim at training technicians in the industrial sector. Therefore technical high schoolers should receive the education that is suitable for the future occupation. First, we should try to decrease the number of students who has failed the high school entrance examination. Second, the quality of secondary education needs to be improved because college-bound students must be prepared to do university work. We also need to make an effort to reduce the number of liberal high school. In conjunction, the number of technical high schools be increased in order to fulfill the needs of this industrial society. To improve the system the system of technical high school the following are needed. First, technical high schooler should be tuition free. Government should offer more administrative and financial support. Second, all technicians who graduated from technical high school should have the opportunity of furthering their education. the government should directly support such a program. Third, the government should improve the status of labor through a job creation or employee benefits, reduction of taxes and social welfare facilities. Fourth, the government should create abetter environment for technical educations, for example, offering the status of scholarships or improved school facilities by following these step, technicians will be better than other office workers. Germany has a long successful history of educational training. We should take advantage of the example of Germany. The Germany system is recognized as one that respects technicians and their skill and trains its workers to the highest degree possible. In conclusion, we should secure a lot of excellent technicians in order to stable industrial structure

중국의 북한의 가격개혁 비교

중국의 가격개혁 방법과 수단 등의 경험에서 볼 때 북한의 가격조치는 다음과 같은 의미를 지닌다. 첫째, 북한이 국정가격을 농민시장 가격 수준에 맞추기 위하여 제품별 가격을 인상한 것은 중국의 가격개혁 중 가격조정에 해당한다고 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 북한은 중국이 약 15년 정도 소요된 가격자유화 과정을 전면적·일시적으로 추진하였다. 이로 인하여 북한 내에 가격왜곡과 관련되어 잠재되어 있던 요소들이 중국보다 심각한 양상으로 현실화될 가능성이 높다. 셋째, 북한의 가격조치는 가격개혁을 위한 최소한의 탐색조차 무시하였다. 넷째, 중국의 가격자유화 추진과정에는 국가 계획가격과 시장가격 사이에 다양한 종류의 가격이 존재하였다. 북한은 가격개혁을 추진함에 있어서 다양한 가격종류의 공존을 시도하지도 않았을 뿐만 아니라, 시장가격과 공정가격의 격차를 중간과정을 거치는 것 없이 일시에 메우려고 시도하고 있다는 점이 특징적이다. 다섯째, 북한은 가격조치와 함께 가격편차금보상제도를 폐지함으로써 동제도 유지의 필요성을 간과하였다. 따라서 이를 통한 재정부담의 축소를 시도하였으나, 그 목적 달성 여부는 매우 불확실한 것으로 보여진다. 중국의 가격개혁 경험에 비추어 볼 때 북한이 취한 가격조치들은 다음과 같은 방향으로 전개될 가능성이 있다. 첫째, 북한의 경우 국가고정가격과 시장가격의 격차가 중국의 가격개혁 초기상황과 비교해 볼 때 매우 크다. 따라서 이번 북한의 가격개혁 조치로 인하여 시장의 수요공급을 반영하던 암시장 가격이 폭등할 가능성이 매우 높다. 둘째, 최근 북한이 추진한 가격개혁은 기존의 남아 있는 계획내 물자관리체제마저 붕괴시킬 가능성이 있다. 셋째, 북한의 가격조정정책으로 인하여 나타날 제반 문제점, 즉 부패발생과 물가폭등, 경제무질서 등은 중국의 경우와달리 경제 전반에 걸쳐 정부의 관리 가능 범위 밖에서 발생할 가능성이 높다. 넷째, 북한의 심각한 물자부족과 식량생산 공급 부족 상황은 중장기적으로 현재 조정된 가격상황을 재왜곡시켜 더 큰 물가폭등으로 이어질 가능성이 항상 내재되어 있다. 북한의 가격개혁조치는 중국의 가격개혁과 비교해 볼 때 가격조정에 가까운 내용을 보여주고 있다. 중국에서도 가격개혁 중 가격조정은 사회주의 가격체계의 모순을 개선시키는 성격을 지니고 있었다는 점을 고려해보면 이번 북한의 가격개혁 조치는 시장경제 체제 도입을 핵심으로 하는 가격개혁을 의미하기보다는 내부가격체제 모순의 개선을 시도하는 정책이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 그 변화의 폭이 크고, 전면적이었다는 점에서 향후 파급효과는 북한 경제당국이 의도했던 내부가격체제 문제 개선의 수준에 머물지 아니하고, 경제체제 전반에 걸쳐 큰 변화를 야기할 가능성이 매우 높다고 전망할 수 있다.

A rotor is a crucial component in various mechanical assemblies. Additionally, high-speed and high-efficiency components are required in the automotive industry, manufacturing industry, and turbine systems. In particular, the failure of high-speed rotating bearings has catastrophic effects on auxiliary systems. Therefore, bearing reliability and fault diagnosis are essential for bearing maintenance. In this work, we performed failure mode and effect analysis on bearing rotors and determined that corrosion is the most critical failure type. Furthermore, we conducted experiments to extract vibration characteristic data and preprocess the vibration data through principle component analysis. Finally, we applied a machine learning algorithm called support vector machine to diagnose the failure and observed a classification performance of 98%.

공립유치원 교사가 인식한 교사전문성이 교수몰입에 미치는 영향 : 교사효능감을 매개하여

목적 본 연구는 질적인 유치원교육을 위해 공립유치원 교사가 인식한 교사전문성이 교수몰입에 미치는 영향에서 교사효능감을 매개하여 살펴보고 이를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 본 연구를 위해 경남에 소재한 유치원에 근무 중인 공립유치원교사 269명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 2020년 7월 5일부터 25일까지 3주간 설문조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 설문자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, Cronbach’s α 신뢰도검증, 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석, 매개효과분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 공립유치원 교사가 인식한 교사전문성, 교사효능감, 교수몰입 간에는 의미있는 연관성이 나타났다. 또한 교수몰입을 예측하는데 있어 교사전문성과 교사효능감은 의미있는 변인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공립유치원 교사가 인식한 교사전문성은 교사효능감 하위변인 중에서 자기효능감, 교수효능감을 매개하여 교수몰입에 의미있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 공립유치원 교사의 교사전문성 인식이 교수몰입에 미치는 영향을 고찰하면서 교사효능감을 매개변인으로 살펴보았다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 따라서 본 연구 결과는 공립유치원 교사의 자율성에 바탕하면서 교수몰입을 향상시킬 수 있는 제도적이고 심리적지원이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. Objectives The purpose of this study was to analyze public kidergarten teacher’s recognition for teacher expertise having an effect on teaching flow mediating teacher efficacy. Methods To achieve this purpose, the study subject were 269 public kindergarten teachers in gyeong sang nam do and question investigation was performanced aimed at this teachers during twe weeks. To measure public kidergarten teacher’s recognition for teacher expertise, teacher efficacy, teaching flow, measurement tool was made existing tool. On this basis, question material was collected and collected question material was analyzed using SPSS 23 program. Results Result of this study are summarized as follows: First, public kidergarten teacher’s recognition for teacher expertise, teacher efficacy, teaching flow had meaningful relation, eacher expertise and teacher efficacy were sigificant variable predicting teaching flow. Second, public kidergarten teacher’s recognition for teacher expertise has meaningful effect on teaching flow mediating teacher efficacy. Conclusions Later, it is necessary to devise way to improve public kidergarten teacher’s teaching flow.
