제주산 블루베리와 상동열매의 일반성분, 항산화 및 항증식 활성 비교

본 연구에서는 블루베리의 형태 및 풍미와 유사한 상동열매의 일반성분과 항산화 활성을 비교하였다. 열량, 조단백, 조회분, 탄수화물 및 유리당은 상동열매가 블루베리에 비해 더 높았으며 수분은 블루베리가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 상동열매의 주요 유리당은 fructose, glucose 및 maltose로 나타난 반면, 블루베리에서는 maltose가 검출되지 않았다. 상동열매와 블루베리를 각각 80% 메탄올로 추출한 후, 헥산, 클로로포름, 에틸아세테이트, 부탄올 및 물층으로 용매 분획하여 이들의 폴리페놀 및 안토시아닌 함량과 항산화 활성을 비교하였다. 상동열매 메탄올추출물이 블루베리 메탄올 추출보다 폴리페놀 함량과 안토시아닌 함량 모두 높게 나타났으며, 아울러 DPPH, alkyl, 및 ABTS라디칼 소거 활성 또한 더 우수하였다. 용매 분획물들을 대상으로 항산화 효능을 비교했을 때, 상동열매와 블루베리 모두 폴리페놀 함량이 상대적으로 높았던 에틸아세테이트 분획물의 DPPH와 alkyl radical 소거 활성이 가장 우수했으며, 안토시아닌 함량이 높은 부탄올 분획물의 ABTS radical 소거 활성이 상대적으로 우수하였다. 특히, 안토시아닌 함량이 상대적으로 높았던 상동열매 부탄올 분획물의 ABTS 라디칼 소거 활성은 블루베리 부탄올 분획물에 비해 상대적으로 우수하였다. 상동열매와 블루베리 메탄올 추출물은 피부세포에서의 H2O2로 유도된 산화적 스트레스로부터 세포 보호 효과를 나타냈으며, 블루베리와 비교하여 상동열매에서 그 효능이 더 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상동열매와 블루베리의 헥산 분획물과 클로로포름 분획물이 위암(AGS)와 유방암(MDA-MB-231)세포에 대한 증식억제 활성이 확인되었다. 본 연구에서는 최초로 상동열매와 블루베리의 일반성분, 항산화 및 항암 활성을 비교하였으며, 상동열매가 블루베리보다 상대적으로 높은 함량의 폴리페놀과 안토시아닌을 함유할 뿐만 아니라 블루베리보다 우수하거나 그에 필적한 항산화 및 항암 활성을 나타내고 있어, 항산화 식품 및 천연 항산화 소재 로서의 활용가치가 클 것으로 사료된다. This study was aimed to evaluate and compare the proximate composition, antioxidant and antiproliferative activities of Sageretia thea (Osbeck) M.C.Johnst (S. thea) fruit and blueberry. The calorific value, crude protein, crude fat, crude ash, and carbohydrate were higher in S. thea fruit than in blueberry. S. thea fruit and blueberry have different profile of free sugars, in which amounts of fructose, glucose, and maltose were much higher in S. thea fruit than in blueberry. The methanol extracts of S. thea fruit contain higher amounts of total polyphenol and anthocyanin compared to those of blueberry extracts. In additions, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), alkyl, and 2,2`-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS) radical scavenging activities are greater in S. thea fruit extracts. Ethyl acetate fractions and n-butanol fractions of S. thea fruit and blueberry show the most potent scavenging activity in DPPH-, alkyl-, and ABTS-radical scavenging assay. The ethyl acetate fractions of S. thea fruit and blueberry are the richest fraction in polyphenol contents while the n-butanol fractions of those are the highest fraction in anthocyanin contents. Furthermore, both S. thea fruit and blueberry extracts protect human dermal fibroblast cells against a H₂O₂-induced oxidative stress. The antiproliferative activities of n-hexane and chloroform fraction from S. thea fruit and blueberry were observed in AGS human gastric cancer and MDA-MB-231 human breast cancer cells. Therefore, our results suggest for the first time that the antioxidant and antiproliferative activities of S. thea fruit is comparable to that of blueberry and the nutritional value of the former is even superior to that of the latter.

주요 식량 자원 중 하나인 쌀의 수확량은 최근 이상 기후 및 급격한 기후 변화 등의 원인으로 변화율의 폭이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 쌀 수확량 예측을 위해 과거의 지역별 연간 환경 데이터와 수확량을 기반으로 선형회귀모델 기법을 이용한 쌀 수확량 예측 서비스에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 기반으로 쌀 가격예측 모델 설계의 가능성이 있으며 농가는 해당 지역의 예상 수확량을 파악하여 수확 시기의 조정이 가능하고 정부는 쌀 수급 및 가격 안정화 정책의 주요 판단 근거로써 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

IT기업 R&D 융자지원사업의 지원성과 및 지속가능성 강화 방안

본 연구는 IT분야 기술개발 지원을 목표로 저리의 자금을 대출하여 기술적·경제적 성과를 도모하고자 수행되고 있는 정보통신진흥기금 융자사업 수혜기업을 대상으로 해당 사업의 지원성과 현황을 살펴보고, 해당 사업의 타당성 및 지속가능성을 강화할 수 있는 지원정책 및 차별화방안을 탐색하기 위하여 담보별 성과분석 및 기업특성별 성과분석을 시도하고 있다. 분석 결과, 지원의 궁극적인 목표가 기술적 성과에 있느냐 경제적 성과에 있느냐에 따라 지원정책을 다변화할 수 있으며, 매출 및 비용절감, 고용효과 측면에서는 기술분야, 업력, 기업규모 등을 고려하여 선택과 집중을 통해 지원방식을 개선한다면 차후 지원성과 및 지속가능성이 제고될 수 있다는 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다. This study investigates supporting performances of IT companies supported by the loan from the government for R&D and analyses specific outcomes according to types of guarantee and characteristics of company to find a differentiation policy reinforcing the validity and sustainability of this supporting loan program. These companies have been supported by government loan program in an IT industry promotion fund. As a result, some selective policies are derived from depending on their higher target direction(technical outcome vs economic outcome). Furthermore, there are some implications that future supporting performance and sustainability are improved if supporting program is reformed by using a choice and concentration principle based on incremental sales, reduced cost, positive employment effect, depending on each technical area, each work experience and scale.

광고에 묘사된 시니어 모델의 사회적 이미지와 광고 소구전략 변화에 대한 내용분석

이 연구는 최근 잡지광고에 나타난 액티브시니어의 이미지 변화 양상을 통시적으로 내용분석하여 효과적인 시니어 광고 커뮤니케이션 설득 전략을 수립하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 2008년부터 2015년까지의 잡지광고를 분석한 결과, 시니어가 등장하는 광고는 총 광고 수의 10.53%를 차지하여 여전히 광고에서 시니어는 적게 표상되고 있었다. 시니어 모델이 등장하는 광고 제품은 제약 및 의료가 40.8%로 가장 많았으나, 화장품 및 패션에서도 높은 증가율을 보였고 이전보다 다양한 제품군에서 시니어 모델이 등장하고 있었으며, 고관여 제품과 쾌락적 제품의 광고 또한 증가하는 추세였다. 시니어 모델의 성별은 남성이 48.7%로 가장 높았고 여성은 26.3%, 남녀 혼성은 25%로 나타났는데 기존의 광고에서는 여성 노년층을 경제적으로 어렵고 의존적인 약자로 묘사하는 경향이 두드러졌던 반면 최근에는 보다 젊고 건강하며 독립적이고 주체적인 모습으로 묘사하고 있었다. This study documents how active seniors are portrayed in popular magazines over time. A content analysis of 2,460 advertisements revealed that from 2008 to 2015 senior ads accounts for 10.53% of the total ads analyzed. There were significant differences in the usage of senior models in advertisements among different industry groups across time periods. Pharmaceuticals and medical care industries were found to be heavy users of senior models, whereas cosmetics and fashion industries used senior models at the highest growing rate. Specifically, the results indicated that senior advertisements were overwhelmingly dominated by utilitarian and low involving products. Further, male seniors were found to be the prevailing gender of models appearing in advertisements, whereas celebrity endorsers dominated other types of models. Implications for the results are discussed.

Comparative evaluation of free radical scavenging activities and cytotoxicity of various solvent fractions of Sandong Sageretia thea (Osbeck) M.C. Johnst. branches

Sageretia thea (Osbeck) M.C.Johnst., an evergreen tender shrub of the Rhamnaceae, has been used as folk medicine and in traditional tea. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study that investigates the free radical scavenging activity and cell cytotoxicity of S. thea branches. The ethyl acetate fraction and n-butanol fraction were identified to be rich in phenolic compounds exhibiting impressive antioxidant activity after stepwise partitioning of solvent fractions of the methanol extracts of S. thea branches (MB). Among the different human cancer cells tested, maximum cytotoxicity was found in MDA-MB-231 human breast cancer cells with MB, chloroform, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water fraction. A significant (p<0.05) correlation between antioxidant activities and cytotoxicity exists in each fraction. These results suggest the branches of S. thea can be a valuable source of antioxidants, and they can serve as natural anticancer constituents in nutraceutical and pharmaceutical applications.

출연기관 융자지원사업의 원금조기상환 원인 분석 연구

본 연구는 기금재원 잠식상황에서 기금사업을 차질 없이 수행하기 위해 기금수입 예산을 보다 과학적이고 면밀하게 추계할 필요성이 대두되는 현실을 감안하여 향후 이러한 융자원금 및 이자수입 회수가 예측가능하고 체계적인 방법으로 이루어질 수 있기 위한 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 융자원금 수입예산을 정확히 전망하기 위해서는 추계 오차의 가장 큰 원인으로 작용하는 비정기 조기상환규모의 판단이 급선무인데, 이를 위해 출연기관들의 융자사업 운영현황을 검토하고, 특정 융자지원사업의 조기상환 사업체를 대상으로 설문 및 인터뷰를 실시하여 조기상환의 원인을 분석하고 향후 추이를 전망하고자 하는 데에 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 분석 결과, 최근의 조기상환 과대현상은 과제종료로 인한 매출 발생, 조기 종료에 따른 필요성 약화, 사업 중단에 따른 불가피한 조기상환과 같은 사업과제 관련 원인, 매출증가, 증자 또는 상장, 기업대표의 변동, 사업부제 도입, 상위개념의 경영계획 변경, 핵심연구인력의 퇴사, 기업의 경영계획 및 전략의 변경과 같은 기업 내부환경 관련 원인, 대체융자 제안과 금리 변동(하락)과 같은 기업 외부환경 관련 원인에 의한 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 향후 좀 더 체계적인 추계를 위해서는 과거자료를 토대로 한 구조방정식을 도출한 후 상황변수라 할 수 있는 매출증가율, 금리 변동, 증자(상장) 가능성, 대체융자 가능성, 정책적 변화 등의 추가 분석을 통해 세부조정이 가능한 모형을 개발할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다. Currently this study intends to propose a counterplan for a systematic and predictable retrieval of principal and interest. This is due to the current need for estimating budget scientifically and throughly. In order to accurately estimate the amount of irregular advanced redemption, the major cause of unsuccessful budget. By investigating supporting loan business of government institutions and interviewing and running a survey on companies experiencing advanced redemption, analyzing on the cause of advanced redemption is the objective of this study. As a result of the analysis, recent excess amount of advanced redemption is caused by the inside and outside environments surrounding company, such as increasing sales, weakening needs over loan, unavoidable redemption according to discontinuance of business, capital increase, withdrawal of CEO, change of management strategy, finding alternative loan, and decreasing interest rate. For a more specific estimation, this study suggests a need for developing a detail adjusted estimation model by additional analysis.
