The semiconductor industry, such as significant CPU SYSTEM LSI (Large Scale Integrated circuit) and Memory can be divided into areas. Especially in recent memory, part of Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) and Flash memory technologies with the (technology) has shown a marked development. For example, its fragmentary 2001 ITRS (Internal Technology Roadmap for Semiconductor) in the nonvolatile (Non-Volatile Memory, NVM) technology requirement roadmap has been added. H2S adsorption characteristics of adsorbent made by coffee waste were investigated. For analyses of the manufactured adsorbent, various methods such as scanning electron microscope(SEM), measurements of BET(Brunauer Emmett Teller) surface area, pH, and Iodide adsorption were adopted. As major adsorption characteristics, adsorption equilibrium capacity was measured by using a batch type experimental apparatus for operating variables such as adsorption temperature(25~45℃), adsorbent types. The experimental result showed that the H2S adsorption equilibrium capacity of adsorbent made by coffee waste much more increases with steam activation for the coffee waste.

약물과민성증후군과 유사한 임상양상을 보인 붉은사슴뿔버섯 중독 1예

73세 남자 환자가 건강원에서 동충하초와 버섯으로 만든 술을 복용하고 하루 뒤에 발생한 얼굴 표피탈락과 구강점막염을 주소로 내원하였다. 약물과민성증후군 의심하에 치료하였으나, 환자 사망 이후에 버섯의 성분 분석 결과에서 독버섯으로 알려진 붉은사슴뿔버섯이 확인되었다. 저자들은 약물과민성증후군과 유사한 임상양상을 보인 붉은사슴뿔버섯 중독 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고 하는 바이다. The clinical aspects of intoxication can be similar to those of drug hypersensitivity syndrome, including desquamation, hematologic abnormalities, multiple organ failure, and even death. Many people consume mushrooms that they collect in the mountains, and consequently, the incidence of poisonous mushroom intoxication is increasing. Podostroma cornu damae is a poisonous mushroom not well-known to the public that contains trichothecene, a deadly poison. It is difficult to differentiate P. cornu-damae from other edible mushrooms, especially young Ganoderma lucidum. Therefore, the general public should be aware of the dangers of indiscreet ingestion of mushrooms. When physicians treat patients presenting clinical symptoms similar to those of drug hypersensitivity reaction following the intake of mushrooms, poisonous mushroom intoxication must be taken into consideration. We report this case together with a literature review, as we experienced one P. cornu-damae intoxication case showing similar clinical aspects to drug hypersensitivity syndrome. 만성 자발성 두드러기 환자에서 자가혈청 피부반응검사에 따른 검사실 소견과 증상 조절을 위한 약제의 비교

Background: The autologous serum skin test is reported to be positive in up to 60% of patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria. However, the clinical role of autologous serum skin test is still poorly understood. Methods: We reviewed the medical records of 166 chronic spontaneous urticaria patients whose symptoms lasted for more than 6 weeks and compared their laboratory findings and medication levels according to autologous serum skin test reactivity. Results: Autologous serum skin test was positive in 69 (41.6%) chronic spontaneous urticaria patients. There were no significant differences between autologous serum skin test-positive and autologous serum skin test-negative groups in laboratory findings, such as anti-microsome antibody, anti- thyroglobulin antibody, anti-nuclear antibody, total immunoglobulin E, complement 4 level levels, rheumatoid factor, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and D-dimer. Autologous serum skin test were not related to medication levels. Eight patients (11.6%) of autologous serum skin test-positive groups and 6 patients (6.2%) of autologous serum skin test-negative groups need level 4 medication (usage of cyclosporine, dapsone or anti-immunoglobulin E monoclonal antibody) to control urticaria without statistical significance. Conclusion: Autologous serum skin test was positive in more than 40% of chronic spontaneous urticaria patients. However, laboratory findings and medication levels were not affected by autologous serum skin test reactivity.

The market of today is getting more bigger and the activity of online shopping malls is also emerging notably and simultaneously. As conventional markets are repeating the evolution in their structure closer to the modern markets, they are adopting places of convenient store type or physical changes of distribution and sales mode. In opposite of that, online shopping malls have the limit of sharing their place or sales mode with existing market. As for the long period of time Dongdaemun market has been shaping its conventional type of whole sales market into the modern market for retail sales, Dongdaemun market is consolidating its place as the largest apparel market domestically. However, the commercial power(location) is divided by the central road between the eastern commercial for the whole sales and the western of retail sales, and it shows definite differences in sales prices and sales records depending on the market location, moreover it is the fact that the large-scale conventional market is losing its function for its own purpose as a market. Besides, due to the consumption pattern of customers, buyers mostly check the goods at the real place of market before the purchasing and this makes the apparel market here hard to be activated as the on-line market in comparison with other apparel markets. Like that kind of circumstance, Dongdaemun is under the present state of physical severance by the central road and the difficulty for its practical use in the Internet, therefore it is considered that Dongdaemun market is on the point of time requiring new ways for shopping system. New shopping paradigm of Dongdaemun Market, corresponding to the tight share between on/off line may be expected with the following two factors, Firstly not only with the use of the Internet shopping mall, but also with the application as the information portal for Dongdaemun market, which allows seller, buyer and regional merchant, or foreign buyer to share information simultaneously Secondly with the inducting the application of navigation for communication among regions where are isolated and complex in the off-line communication. And physical place will be the system activating each area all around Dongdaemun. in consideration of all matters discussed above, Dongdaemun will be born again as the shopping area where is more activated on the network structure with one information net And this is all I'd like to talk about Dongdaemun 'Buyosphere' in this report. 오늘날 시장은 점점 대형화와 동시에 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 활약이 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 재래시장은 현대시장으로 발전을 거듭하면서 편의점 형식의 공간이나 유통 및 판매방식의 물리적인 변화를 하고 있는 반면, 인터넷 쇼핑몰은 공간적 형태나 판매방식에서 기존 시장과 공유 할 수 있는 부분에 한계점을 가지고 있다. 동대문시장은 국내 최대 의류시장으로 자리매김하면서 전통도매시장에서 신흥소매시장에 이르기까지 오랜 세월 변화를 거듭하고 있다. 그러나 동부도매상권과 서부소매상권 사이의 중앙도로에 의해 상권이 분리되어 있고 또 입점위치에 따라 판매가격이나 판매실적이 확연한 차이를 보이며, 대규모 전통재래시장은 점점 시장으로서의 기능을 잃어가고 있는 것이 현실이다. 또한 먹을거리나 의류의 경우 직접 맛보고 만져보며 꼼꼼히 살펴봐야 하는 소비자의 심리로 인해 이곳의 의류시장은 타 분야에 비해 인터넷 시장으로서도 활성화되기 어려운 점이 있다. 이렇듯 동대문시장은 중앙도로에 의한 물리적인 단절현상과 인터넷 시장의 활용이 어려운 만큼 새로운 방법의 쇼핑제안이 필요한 시점이다. 온라인은 단지 인터넷쇼핑몰의 활용뿐만 아니라 판매자와 소비자 그리고 지방 상인이나 외국바이어간의 실시간 정보를 공유할 수 있는 '동대문정보포털'로서의 활용과 오프라인에서 복잡하고 단절되어 있는 지역간 소통을 위한 네비게이션(Navigation)의 활용이 새롭게 도입된다면, 온/오프라인 간의 긴밀한 공유에 따른 동대문시장의 쇼핑패러다임에 변화를 예고할 수 있다. 동대문시장에 접근하는 인구 중 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있는 지하철역과 중앙도로 곳곳에 위치한 버스정류장을 기점으로 스팟(Spot)을 설치하여 대중교통의 정류장 역할을 수행하는 동시에 상점이나 상품정보에 대한 네비게이션 검색, 상점에서 배달된 상품에 대한 픽업센터(Pick up Center)의 기능도 함께 담당하게 될 것이다. 또한 판매자와 소비자들이 거래한 내역이나 직접 입력한 정보를 통해 데이터를 분석하고 이와 유사한 상점이나 상품을 필요로 하는 쇼핑객들에게 실시간 제공하는 정보를 만들어 내기도 한다. 이러한 스팟은 광고판이나 교차로, 랜드마크, 대형매장 등 접근이 용이하고 가능성을 가진 지역이나 매장 등에도 설치할 수 있다. 쇼핑객들은 이러한 스팟을 통해 정보를 얻고 구매하고자 하는 상품을 찾아가는 가장 합리적인 경로로 쇼핑을 즐길 수 있을 것이다. 또한 예전처럼 구매한 상품을 손수 들고 다니는 불편함을 해소시킬 수 있어 보다 컴팩트하고 자유로운 쇼핑을 제공할 수 있다. 중앙도로의 지하를 이용한 물리적 소통은 에스컬레이트의 활용을 통해 지하도를 간너기 꺼려하는 쇼핑객들에게 보다 편리한 쇼핑의 환경을 제공해 줌으로써 그동안 양분되어 있던 두 지역간의 시장을 섞어줄 수 있는 역할을 하게 된다. 이는 곧 대형 쇼핑몰에 시장이 집약되어 있는 현계의 상황을 보다 수평적으로 확산시킬 수 있고, 최근 전통도매시장의 쇠퇴에 따른 매장들에게 적절한 대응책을 제시해 줄 수 기회이기도 하다. 결국 이러한 실험적 제안은 현재 동대문의 온라인 및 오프라인의 인프라를 구축하게 될 것이고, 온라인 정보는 실시간 물리적인 공간에 영향을 미치게 되어 보다 신축적인 인프라를 가능하게 한다. 향후 몇 년 후 들어서게 될 곳곳의 대형쇼핑시장은 현재 보다 더 많은 .인프라를 요구하게 될 것이다. 이에 동일한 밀도의 인프라를 이용한다 하더라도 기계적인 속도의 향상을 통해 보다 신축적으로 대응하게 할 수 있다. 네비게이션은 온라인의 실시간 상호적인 정보를 통해 오프라인의 상활을 파악하고 재구축하는 결정적인 데이터가 될 것이고. 물리적인 공간은 동대문 각 지역을 두루 활성화 시킬 수 있는 시스템이 된다. 이로써 동대문은 하나의 정보망을 통해 네트워크가 구축되어 보다 활성화 되는 쇼핑지역으로 거듭나게 될 것이다. 이것이 본 연구에서 말하고자 하는 동대문의 '쇼핑세상(Buyosphere)'이다.
