        학위논문 주제어 중심 연구동향 분석 -국어국문학, 국어교육학, 한국어교육학 분야를 중심으로-

        The aim of this study was to analyze research trends in the fields of Korean Language and Literature, Korean Language Education, and Korean Language Education as a Foreign Language. To this end, key words were extracted from 29,470 academic theses published between 2000 and 2017. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, in the field of Korean Language and Literature, there is greater quantity in studies about Korean language than about literature, and starting from 2010, there was an increase in studies similar to those from the field of Korean Language Education as a Foreign Language. Next, in comparison to the other fields, the field of Korean Language Education has greater variance in its research theme-in particular, numerous studies related to the site of education. Finally, the field of Korean Language Education has the following trends: a) there are copious studies focused on Korean language learners in comparison to other fields, b) there are a greater number of studies focused on culture, and c) the key words change by time period which suggest that research demands transformed over time. Overall, a total of 64 highest frequency key words from the three academic fields were investigated. Of these, 22 were common key words and 42 were differential key words.         시선추적 기법을 활용한 태국인 한국어 학습자의 읽기 양상 연구

        The purpose of this research is to enlighten reading aspect of Thai Korean learners with eye-tracking technique and retrospective think aloud. For this purpose, we first compared reading aspect of Thai and non-Thai Korean learner groups. Firstly, there was a statistically significant difference between two groups in the performance time for two types of tasks. Secondly, the result suggested that fixation duration average of the two groups did not show a statistically significant difference between the two. Thirdly, average saccade length was slightly longer with the group with Thai participants, which is related to the result that regressive counts to Area of Interests were higher for the non-Thai group than the Thai group. The result implies that Thai participants did not understand the general content of the text and did not distinguish between important and unimportant material as they are reading the text. Lastly, we agreed with the previous studies which have suggested the challenges with reading aspect were due to differences between Thai and Korean languages. Additionally, strategic training is needed for efficient reading. This research is meaningful as it proves, with qualitative methods, difficulties with Korean reading due to mother language of learners. (Ewha Womans University·Yonsei University)

        세종학당 비즈니스 한국어 교재 개발 연구

        This research presents principles and models for developing textbooks for business Korean to be used at the King Sejong Institutes overseas targeting Korean learners with vocational purposes. The principles of the business textbooks are based on research by Hyunjin Kim et al. (2018) which contains needs analysis and results from analyzing textbooks. The principles were also extracted from investigating previous researches relating to business Korean and characteristics of teaching and learning Korean with vocational purposes. The principles can be summarized to 1) connectivity with general purpose Korean textbooks of “Sejong Korean”, 2) centrality with the users, and 3) improving communication skills for vocations. Additionally, textbooks based on these principles were tested in August and September of 2018 in China and Korea; usefulness of the textbooks were then examined by experts in Korean education.         한국어 학습자를 위한 속독 훈련이 시선고정(fixation)과 도약(saccade)에 미치는 영향 -시선추적 기법(eye-tracking)을 활용하여-

        The purpose of this research is to discover how speed reading training targeted for advanced Korean leaners affects fixations and saccades during their reading process with utilizing eye-tracking. Subjects for the research were 16 Korean learners from the first semester of level 5, and divided into a control and experimental group. The experimental group was given lectures on speed reading training over the course which consisted of a one hour class for eight sessions. After analyzing the changes of the tests before and after the training, there were statistically no significant changes between the two groups for the average fixation duration and the average saccade amplitude, but differences were shown for individuals. Moreover, significant personal differences were found on the duration for reading texts between the two groups. This proves that speed reading training is effective, but further discussion is needed for the amount of time necessary for speed reading training. (Ewha Womans University, Yonsei University)

        세종학당의 비즈니스 한국어 교육과정 설계를 위한 요구분석

        In this study, based on the surveys of demanded materials in occupational environments from oversea Korean companies, we performed a fundamental research of designing business Korean curriculums. The surveys were performed to 283 people across Korean lecturers, Korean supervisors, native managers and employees, and prospective employees to Korean companies. The followings were concluded as the result. First, with consideration of operating status for Korean curriculums in each King Sejong Institute, the duration of business Korean curriculums should be 10 or 12 weeks, 2 or 3 classes per week, and 90 or 120 minutes per class. Second, the most popular responses of required minimum Korean level for performing tasks was intermediate. Hence, it is necessary to design curriculums to achieve intermediate in Korean proficiency. Third, Korean skills that were often used in business tasks were listening, speaking, reading, and writing in that order. Hence, the curriculums should put more focuses on listening and speaking. Fourth, business Sejong Korean curriculum steps should be developed so that students can start the classes after finishing the beginning courses. Fifth, while developing syllabus, functions and tasks of business situations should be centered instead of learning vocabularies or grammar.

        채점자 경력 요인 및 작문 평가방식이 평가 결과에 미치는 영향 - 한국어 작문 평가를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 첫째, 채점자의 경력 요인과 한국어 작문 평가방식이 평가 결과에 미치는 영향과 요인 간 상호작용 효과를 밝히고 둘째, 평가 결과에 영향을 미치는 오차원과 한국어 작문 평가의 효율적인 측정 조건을 찾는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 Two-way ANOVA와 t-test, 일반화가능도이론을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구 자료는 60회차 TOPIK Ⅱ 쓰기 4번 문항 답안지 70부로 채점자의 강의 경력 및 쓰기 시험 채점 경력 유무로 집단을 구분하여 분석적 채점을 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 채점자 경력 요인이 평가 결과에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 유경력자 집단이 무경력자 집단에 비해 보다 일관적인 채점을 하였으며 두 평가방식 모두 유경력자 집단이 더 엄격한 채점을 하였다. 또한 특정 평가 범주에서 채점자 경력요인별, 평가방식별로 유의미한 차이가 나타났는데 이러한 차이는 채점자 훈련 및 채점 회의 등을 통해 줄일 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 반면 평가방식이 평가 결과에 미치는 영향은 미미한 것으로 드러났다. This study aims to reveal the effects of the evaluating experience on the evaluation of Korean writing. Further, it aspires to find the source of error that affects the evaluation and efficiency in evaluating Korean writing. To this end, a two-way ANOVA, t-test, and generalizability theory were applied. The research was conducted using 70 samples from the 60th TOPIK II Writing Question 4 to determine the various scoring methods utilized by subjects with differing experience evaluation levels. The results showed that the group of experienced subjects had greater reliability and severity. Significant differences were found in specific scoring criteria determined by the evaluator’s career factors and methods. Conversely, the impact of the evaluation method on the evaluation results was found to be insignificant.

        한국어교육에서 다중언어능력 및 다중문화능력의 개념과 적용

        This study examines the concept of plurilingual and pluricultural competence presented by the CEFR(2018) and proposes application methods in Korean language education. In Korean language education, learners can improve their competence to target language and culture by understanding that learners have various languages and cultural backgrounds and utilizing such resources and experiences. To this end, the understanding and acceptance of culture can be facilitated by establishing a pluricultural repertoire. The target language can be learned by utilizing various language resources through plurilingual understanding of plurilingualism. Furthermore, by building a plurilingual repertoire, it is possible to take advantage of the language resources that learners have to take the initiative in language learning. By applying this concept, a teaching-learning method can be proposed so that learners can utilize each other's language and cultural resources in professor learning, which used only Korean, the target language in Korean education.         몽골 초ㆍ중등학교 맞춤형 한국어 교재 개발을 위한 학습자 요구 분석

        The purpose of this study is to propose a direction for the development of Korean textbooks based on the learner’s needs in elementary and secondary schools in Mongolia. 365 Korean language learners in Mongolia were examined based on their perception towards Korean classes as well as the need for a new Korean textbook. Based on the needs analysis, the direction of textbook development proposed in this study is as follows. Firstly, the Korean language rating system should be categorized based on the foreign language curriculum within Mongolia. Secondly, the principle of communication approach presented by CEFR should be applied. Thirdly, the content should be constructed around learner-centered topics and communication contexts. Lastly, the task should consist of various activities such as pair and group activities, games.

        재미교포 성인 학습자 문화프로그램 개발을 위한 요구조사 분석연구

        Recently, the interest in Korean cultural education for Korean Language learners has been growing. Various topics about cultural education have been discussed. However, few studies on the population of learners have ever shown. This study is to analyze the needs of Korean American learners on Korean Language and Korean cultural program. The researcher investigated the Korean Language and Korean cultural programs offered in three Universities of Korea. To obtain data for development for a Korean cultural program for Korean American learners, a survey were implemented. The subjects were 122 Korean American Learners in Yonsei Korean Language Summer Program. As the result of the study, the researcher analysed Korean American interests and needs. In order to spark further consideration of the topic of culture to focus on presenting the specifics of Korean culture. And some factors have been offered to consider in the development of program for Korean American learners.

        한국어교육의 학문적 정체성 정립을 위한 한국어교육 연구 동향분석

        A comprehensive review of research in Korean language education with the aim of establishing an academic field has thus far not been executed, though Korean as a second language has been taught in an organized fashion for over 40 years. A thorough review of the previous research on Korean language education will assist in harmonizing theory with practice. This study will analyse previous research on Korean language education in order to establish an academic field. About 720 studies on Korean language education published in the journals related to Korean language education as well as academic dissertations made up this study. The research was analysed based on three variables: chronology, type, and topic. There was a total of 10 academic categories for topics.
