도덕교육에서의 권위와 자율성의 관계 : 칸트와 뒤르껭을 중심으로

이 글은 권위와 자율성의 관계를 칸트와 뒤르껭의 논의를 중심으로 살펴봄으로써 합리성 또는 행위의 이유를 추구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자율성이 강요와 제약을 나타내는 권위와 어떻게 조화될 수 있는지를 도덕교육의 입장에게 재조명해보는 데에 있다. 칸트의 자율성은 그의 독특한 세계관에 입각하여 드러나는 개념이다. 본체계에서는 권위와 자율성이 구분되지 않는 상태, 곧 권위가 자율인 상태를 말한다고 볼 수 있으며, 인간이 경험적 경향성의 지배에서 완전히 벗어난 조건에서만이 도달할 수 있는 마음의 상태로 규정된다. 그러나, 뒤르껭은 칸트의 논의방식이 자율성을 시공간을 초월하여 존재하는 개념으로 위치시킴으로써 현실과의 괴리를 불러일으킨다고 비판한다. 물론, 이러한 뒤르껭의 비판은 칸트의 자율성이 현실과의 단절과 괴리를 불러일으킬 수 있다는 문제의식에서 비롯되어진 것이다. 결론적으로, 칸트와 뒤르껭의 논의는 오늘날 추구되는 도덕교육의 목적과 도덕적 원리나 규범의 수용을 강요하는 교사의 권위 문제에 대하여 유의미한 시사점을 제시한다. The purpose of this study is to reconsider how autonomy , which is mainly characterized as the pursuit of rationality can be harmonious with authority which means the coercion and restriction by making a comparison between Kant & Durkheim s views of the relation of authority and autonomy. For Kant, the antinomy between autonomy and authority can be solved by assuming noumenal world and phenomenal world . By becoming a purely rational being who lives in only the noumenal world can be completely out of the control of empirical inclination. However , Durkheim criticizes Kant s approach to the issue, in that it causes an alienation from reality by virtue of supposing that the autonomy is standing aloof from space-time. while Durkheim recognizes the importance of Kant s autonomy at which a man should ultimately aims, he doubts how such autonomy can be gained in actual life. Conclusively, the results of this study can be summarized as following two points. First, both Kant s self-legislated autonomy and Durkheim s social being can be pursued as the aim of contemporary moral education. The second, we must reconsider the significance of teachers authority that demands the moral principles or standard by compulsion.

The material used is a commercial magnesium based alloy AZ31(Mg-3Al-1Zn)sheet with a thickness of 1.0mm. Uniaxial tension tests at warm temperature were carried out to investigate the material characteristics of K, m, and n. A warm drawing process with a local heating and cooling technique was developed to improve formability in this study with results of uniaxial tension tests because it is very difficult for Mg alloy to deform at room temperature by the conventional method. The die and blank holder were heated up, while the punch was water-cooled during deformation. FE simulations considering heat transfer were executed with Mg alloy to investigate the Improvement of deep drawability. For the assessment of improvement those were compare with the results of no considering heat transfer and room temperature.

Finite element method is very effective method to simulate the forming processes with good prediction of the deformation behaviour. In this paper, It was focussed on the drawability factors on the square cup deep drawing by PAM-STAMP with using magnesium alloy to reduce car weight as well as to draw much attention from the viewpoint of environmental preservation high rigidity, In order to predict the effect of drawability factors, the relationships between punch load and punch stroke, the relationships between thickness strain and distance, and are used. According to this study, the results of simulation will give engineers good information to access the drawability of square cup deep drawing at warm temperature.

Numerical simulation of sheet metal forming for panels as well as other components has wide acceptance in the automotive industry. Therefore this paper was focused in the drawability factors (which are friction coefficient, radius of die and punch) on the square cup deep drawing by the explicit finite elements code PAM-STAMP™. The computed results are compared with the experimental results to show the validity of the analysis. In order to compare the simulation results with the experiment results and predict the effect of drawability factors, the relationships between punch load and punch stroke, and the relationships between thickness strain and distance are used. According to this study, the results of simulation by using PAM-STAMP™ will give engineers good information to access the drawability of square cup deep drawing.
